The article is devoted to the study of the communicative aspect of advertising technologies. The authors point out the need to study it in order to improve the effectiveness of advertising impact on the consumer in the field of installation services of fire alarm and video surveillance. Determination of effectiveness has led to reflection of criteria and indicators of advertising impact on the consumer and the choice of the most effective forms of work in the current conditions of the regional market. To ensure the validity of their assumptions, the researchers made an attempt to test the main provisions of the work in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), thereby confirming the results obtained.

В настоящей статье рассматриваются вопросы развития пожарных извещателей, контролирующих появление дыма, превышение заданного значения температуры и скорости ее роста, наличие угарного газа и использующих мультикритериальные алгоритмы для оценки обоснованности сигналов тревоги. Анализируются результаты проведенных отечественными организациями сравнительных испытаний мультикритериальных и традиционных «пороговых» пожарных извещателей и возможности их применения на судах в составе систем пожарной сигнализации. Определено, что при повторении одних и тех же модельных очагов пожаров зафиксированные значения контролируемых параметров отличались незначительно. При этом для каждого модельного очага можно было обнаружить свои характерные черты. Сделан вывод о том, что внедрение мультикритериальных алгоритмов обработки информации в судовые системы обнаружения пожаров не только сокращает время обнаружения пожара, но и позволяет расширить функциональные возможности системы. Используя мультикритериальные пожарные извещатели в системах пожарной сигнализации можно будет распознавать, что именно горит: дизельное топливо, ветошь, изоляция электрического кабеля или что-либо другое. Отмечается, что требования к судовым мультикритериальным системам сигнализации обнаружения пожара нашли свое отражение в Правилах классификации и постройки морских судов Российского морского регистра судоходства. This article discusses the development of fire detectors that control the appearance of smoke, the excess of a given temperature and the rate of its growth, the presence of carbon monoxide and use multicriteria algorithms to assess the validity of alarm signals. The results of comparative tests of multicriteria and traditional fire detectors conducted by domestic organizations and the possibility of their use on ships as part of fire alarm systems are analyzed. It was determined that when the same model fires were repeated, the recorded values of the controlled parameters differed slightly. At the same time, for each model focus, it was possible to detect its own characteristic features. It is concluded that the introduction of multicriteria algorithms for information processing in ship fire detection systems not only reduces the time of fire detection, but also allows you to expand the functionality of the system. Using multi-criteria fire detectors in fire alarm systems,it will be possible to recognize what exactly is burning: diesel fuel, rags, electrical cable insulation, or anything else. It is noted that the requirements for ship multicriteria fire detection alarm systems are reflected in the Rules for the Classification and Construction of Marine Vessels of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

Introduction. The fire safety of the protected object is determined by the possibility of reliable fire detection. Insufficiently effective operation of the fire alarm system can lead to the death of people, unacceptable material and other damage. The video surveillance system, being one of the main links of the engineering security system, monitors emergency situations in real time and, in particular, a breakout of fire at the protected object. Goals and objectives. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state and trends in the development of video surveillance equipment aimed at improving the fire safety of protected objects. Tasks include regulatory justification of the use of video surveillance in fire alarm systems, review of methods of fire detection by video surveillance and improving their effectiveness under the influence of interfering factors, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of video surveillance in fire protection systems. Methods. The methods of the system analysis and probability theory are used. Results and discussion. The requirements of regulatory documents for detectors with a video detection channel for their effective operation in fire alarm systems are considered. The main directions of development of means and methods of application of video surveillance in fire protection systems are defined. It is shown that reducing the risk of non-detection of fire to an acceptable level can be achieved by increasing the probability of effective operation of the fire alarm system, as well as by increasing the positive impact of the video surveillance system, which is a part of the complex security system of the object. Conclusions. Video surveillance significantly increases the efficiency of fire detection. It allows you to get a visual picture of the state of the protected object, which has such a high information content that no other security means can provide. The use of video surveillance equipment in fire alarm systems, as well as their integration with industrial and fire automation systems is one of the main reserves for increasing the fire safety of facilities. The number of casualties in fire-related accidents has increased recently as fires have increased. Among facilities that reduce casualties in case of fire, the alarm is a fire-fighting facility that allows occupants to quickly evacuate to a safe space through alerts in case of danger. Location indicator lamps indicating the location of the transmitter in alarm systems play a very important role in the event of a fire. In the event of a fire, an alarm is issued through the transmitter, and fire transmitters ensure prompt action. However, performance control of the location indicator is not performed during inspection of the legal firefighting facility; only the lighting condition is checked. It is essential to maintain the performance of the location indicator of the transmitter, which can induce rapid evacuation and reduce casualties. This study investigated the performance state and management method of a position indicator lamp that can easily recognize the location of the transmitter. In the case of aging position indicators, it was found that the luminance was low and that identification could not be secured.
