Abstract Fire severity assessment plays a significant role in post-fire management, which relates to burned area recovery, economic valuation, and law enforcement. Although various fire severity assessments have been conducted in several burned areas in Indonesia, the standardized method seems limited. This study aims to define criteria and indicators for forest and land fire severity assessment based on systematic reviews using a text mining approach. Systematic reviews on peer-reviewed journal articles related to forest fire severity published in 2010-2021 from Google Scholar source was conducted using Publish or Perish application using keywords of forest fire, severity, criteria, indicator, vegetation, soil, wildlife, living trees, mortality, survival, a burned area, abundance with no citations nor patents included. The linkage among forest fire severity related terms was analyzed using the VOSviewer application, which is based on a text mining approach to identify the most common criteria and indicators for fire severity assessment. The study revealed that there are 991 articles published fits to the keywords, of which 269 articles close related to forest fire severity from 75 peer-reviewed journals. Text mining analyses resulted in 4 clusters of forest fire severity related terms. The criteria commonly used for forest fire severity assessment are vegetation and soil, while the options for indicators including diversity, abundance, forest structure, tree mortality, and burn depth. These criteria and indicators are recommended for formulating forest fire severity assessment standard methods in Indonesia.

Tropical peatlands are fragile ecosystems with an important role in conserving biodiversity, water quality and availability, preventing floods, soil intrusion, erosion and sedimentation, and providing a livelihood for people. However, due to illegal logging, fire and conversion into other land use, the peatlands in Indonesia are under serious threat. Efforts to restore Indonesia’s tropical peatlands have been accelerated by the establishment of the Peatland Restoration Agency in early 2016. The restoration action policy includes the rewetting, revegetation and revitalisation of local livelihood (known as the 3Rs). This paper summarises the regulatory, institutional and planning aspects of peatland restoration, in addition to the implementation of the 3Rs in Indonesia, including failures, success stories, and the criteria and indicators for the success of peatland restoration.

Healthcare quality criteria and indicators allow the head of the health care facility to clearly orientate in the degree of achievement of targets and improvement of results for patients. Studies of approaches to the formation of criteria and indicators of quality in the conditions of real domestic clinical practice, in particular, dental, are isolated. At the same time, in Ukraine there are no clinical protocols of dental care based on evidence-based technologies, which contain clinical quality indicators. The purpose of the study was to conduct a research on approaches to the development and usage of criteria and indicators for the quality of dental care in dental health facilities. Materials and methods. Such materials were used in the study as work plans for 2010-2019, administrative documents (orders), maps of expert assessments, "Guidelines for quality", internal audit protocols (a total of 149 units) of the three regional health care institutions of the dental profile. Methods, which were used, are system and process approach, content analysis, comparative analysis, graphical method. Results and discussion. In each institution, criteria and quality indicators are developed and monitored at the level of the doctor, line managers, the head of the institution and the medical council. Line managers conduct expert quality assessment, generalized "models of end results" which are formed at the level of the head of the institution. Detailed sets of criteria for the quality of the dental care process, ancillary processes and quality management systems are formed. Quantitative evaluation of the corresponding results on a scale and individual percentages is carried out. In general, the set of quality criteria and indicators is excessive in number, which does not meet the quality criteria defined by the standards for quality management systems, it contains mainly indicators of traditional industry reporting. At the same time, the world's evidence-based technologies of dental practice contain clinical indicators that reflect the use of interventions that have a proven impact on the quality of dental care expected by the patient, and which ensure efficient use of resources. Conclusion. The introduction of evidence-based technologies in dental practice is appropriate to improve approaches to the development of quality criteria and indicators, monitoring of clinical processes and compliance audits should be used, expert assessment should be carried out in case of defects

The article reveals the problem of determining the criteria and indicators of the formation of future mathematics teachers' information competence. The significance of the competence approach in the educational process has been revealed and the structure, components, levels, indicators of future mathematics teachers' information competence have been characterized. It was found that the basis of the competence approach to the formation of future mathematics teachers' information competence is the desire to implement two main tasks: education should form in future mathematics teachers the qualities necessary for the implementation of professional activities; criteria and parameters for evaluating the results of modern education should be unified and expressed in terms and results that can be interpreted and taken into account in any educational institution of any country. An approach based on human development, or personality development, offers a more open framework for promoting the students' holistic development by expanding all choices to achieve what they value most, not just the economic benefits of education. Information competence, under these conditions, appears as a proven ability of an individual to use information technology for guaranteed mastery and delivery of information in order to meet their own individual needs and meet societal requirements for the formation of general and professionally specialized human competencies. Competence approach to training in many countries is implemented at the level of national educational standards. Analysis of cultural features and specifics of economic development of the vast majority of developed countries leads to the recognition of a common trend in the vocational education system: purposeful transition to professional standards based on performance and systematic description of qualifications in terms of professional and key competencies.

The article presents theoretical generalizations of the process of forming the written competence of a junior schoolchild by means of calligraphic skills. The relevance of the issue raised in the article is associated with identifying the problems of deteriorating handwriting of a primary school student and the task facing an elementary school teacher, increasing the percentage of children who have a calligraphically accurate writing skill. The primary rules for mastering a calligraphic skill are the rules of landing, the position of the notebook, and then the rules related to the writing process, such as the tilt and position of letters on a line. The formation of written competence through the calligraphic skill of a junior schoolchild is the most important task of an elementary school teacher. This article is devoted to the issue of studying the written competence of younger students through the selection of diagnostics to determine the level of formation of calligraphic skills in younger students. When identifying the level of formation of calligraphic skills among first graders, the article describes the criteria and indicators of assessment: graphic literacy; calligraphic clarity and stability; connectivity; writing speed. On the basis of the selected criteria and indicators of the formation of calligraphic skills among first graders, the characteristics of the levels are also presented: high, medium and low. In accordance with the criteria and indicators of the formation of calligraphic skills, diagnostic tasks were selected for the first graders.
