The article is devoted to the modeling a semantic knowledge networks. The knowledge network is the basic concept of the problem of knowledge management. This is a new discipline that implements the principles of sustainable development of education. The method of constructing a semantic knowledge network allows us to analyze the connections between educational disciplines: “Economic Cybernetics”, “Algorithms and Programming” and “Calculus”. The paper compares the topological characteristics of the concept graphs related to various disciplines. We develop the algorithm to implement the subject area model in the form of a semantic knowledge network. 125 concepts are analyzed that provide optimal mastering disciplines and establish the connection between them.

The aim of the paper is to provide a new view on the practice of concept development and the implementation of strategic management in the context of the return of some agricultural enterprises to the principles of a planned economy. Lack of research on this direction makes a topic of the paper is promising for consideration. This paper provides evidence-based explanations of the problem. As a result of research followed steps were made: the components of the algorithm of actions for the main executor of the strategy are singled out; the scheme of realization of strategic planning is offered; a list of predictive calculations has been compiled, which underlie modeling of the main directions of the industry development and are necessary for forecasting the development of agriculture; the criteria and principles of sustainable regional development have been determined and a scheme for its implementation has been developed.

Forests offer diverse values to society, including timber, aesthetics, wildlife and biodiversity values, employment and wealth. Forests must be managed to provide the balance of values at the landscape level that the prevailing society deems to be consistent with the basic concept of sustainable development: to satisfy the needs and aspirations of present generations of humans without compromising the ability of future generations to satisfy their needs and aspirations.Management of forests to satisfy the requirements of sustainability will not be successful if based solely on the science of ecology, because this science cannot tell foresters what their goals should be. It will also fail if it is based solely on green religion, because this frequently ignores the ecological requirements of many of the living organisms in forest ecosystems, and the needs of the world's present human population, let alone the increase in human numbers that is expected within the next century.Broadly-defined environmentalism should be the basis for managing and conserving the world's forests. This management should be based on the ecology of these forests, should address the multiple values they provide, and should respect current ethical standards concerning the environment. The foresters performing this management should be dedicated environmentalists (in the broad sense). Unless the forestry profession becomes the leader in forest environmentalism, there is a significant risk that forestry in the future will be based largely on green religion.

The paper presents a comprehensive approach to monitoring the level of sustainable development of the enterprise. The basic principles and elements of forming the system of monitoring sustainable development of the enterprise were considered and systematized. The paper provides an analysis of existing approaches to assessing the sustainability of the enterprise during its development. The analysis of the results of monitoring the sustainable development of the enterprise allows to record stable and unstable periods of its development, which helps managers choose the strength of management impact according to the current situation. The theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development of economic systems are elucidated on the basis of the analysis of scientific publications. The authors have pointed out the importance of introducing the concept of sustainable development and possible benefits from its use. The enterprises implementing the sustainable development strategy in Ukraine have been highlighted. Based on the results of the study, the information and analytical content of the monitoring system for sustainable development of some processing enterprises of Ukraine was substantiated. The analysis of the application directions of the sustainable concept development has been carried out and a practical example of the information implementation and analytical system for monitoring the sustainable development of a food industry enterprise has been examined using as an example the Obolon Corporation, Kiev. The positive experience of using this method of monitoring the sustainable development of the Obolon Corporation should become an example for most processing enterprises in Ukraine.

The article deals with the problem of sustainable concept development of the regional agro-industrial complex (AGC). A reasonable and objective approach to this problem using the knowledge of regularities of socio-ecological-economic systems development and the study of divergent environmental factors and internal environment enables developing effective management decisions of strategic and tactical nature of the selection tools sustainable agriculture development. The formal presentation of the agro-industrial complex's main stability characteristics allows providing a comprehensive assessment of its condition to justify a particular structural model of the sustainable development strategy of AGC with changes in the level of exposure to environmental parameters.

This paper is aimed at discussing the sustainable development of innovative product design. From the theoretical point of view of sustainable development, this paper explores the three stages in innovative mechanical Products design: concept development, material selection and life cycle control. The main result is to infuse the concept of sustainable development into these three stages in order to provide new room for development of innovative mechanical Products design. This paper breaks new grounds in specifying the process of innovation of mechanical Products design, enabling the binding point of theory and practice to be more practicable and concrete.
