Reuse of old industrial building is an important subject industrial structural adjustment and urban planning, as well as is part sustainable development strategy in China. Jingdezhen is an outstanding historical and cultural city as well as world famous Porcelain Metropolis which has rich tourism and cultural resources. In recent years, Jingdezhen has made some achievements in tourism industry, but it still has some problems in its overall development with slow speed. So it is becoming an urgent problem for how to explore the tourism resources and develop the tourism industry in Jingdezhen. Through analyzing the present situation and existing problems in tourism development in Jingdezhen, this article puts forward some effective measures to deal with the problems, thus, to promote the sustainable development and innovation of tourism resources of historical and cultural city in Jingdezhen.

The Southeastern Spanish Region of Guadix is a mainly agrarian territory located in the Granada province, which is in demographic decline and has low economic dynamism. Reversing such a difficult socioeconomic situation requires the implementation of policies capable of promoting demographic revitalization and fruitfully exploiting potential for sustainable development in the zone. Such policies must be based on an appropriate diagnosis of the existing problems. In order to provide elements to make said diagnosis, this research combines the use of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitatively, the evolution of demographic dynamics in the region have been analyzed, as well as its levels of occupation, education, its economic situation, or its environmental conditions. In this regard, correlation analysis, factorial analysis, and clustering have been completed with the aim of revealing internal territorial imbalances. A series of qualitative interviews with key actors has also been conducted. Finally, given the little success of development programs applied to date, among other things, it is concluded that a greater involvement of local actors in said programs is needed. Thus, these actors have to be involved in development policies, which in turn must take into account the socioeconomic, cultural, environmental, and geological resources available in the area.

High Ti-bearing blast furnace (BF) slag is the smelting waste of vanadium titano-magnetite. It has great production but low utilization. The high Ti-bearing BF slag is used in building materials industry, which recycles waste material, saves resources and energy, benefiting environmental protection and achieving sustainable development of resources. Study on the recycling of high Ti-bearing BF slag will be an important subject of our researches in future.

At present, it is so prominent in the development of the petrochemical industry in China，and it is accompanied by petrochemical wastewater, which has become a big problem need to solve urgently.Because petrochemical wastewater mainly contains benzene-compound, organic matter, high salt wastewater and oil sewage, etc. They are very damaging and highly contaminated.
