The purpose of this service is to provide socialization and training at Gloria Muda Tambakrejo volleyball club, Bulurejo Village, Purwoharjo District, Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this service is discussion and direct training (demonstration and practice) to the coaches and volleyball players of Gloria Muda Tambakrejo. The result of this activity was that the volleyball club coach Gloria Muda Tambakrejo gained new insights regarding the training program and how to train and was able to develop a training program that could be used to develop the technique and game of the Tambakrejo volleyball club. Young Gloria club players get training programmed according to the training program that suits their needs. Increased basic technical skills of passing, smash and vertical jump height of club players Gloria Muda Tambakrejo. Increased skills of passing and smash techniques and physical conditions (vertical jump) by 6.17%. For the basic technique of passing, there was an increase of 9, 53%. For the basic smash technique there is an increase of 3.20%. For the ability to vertical jump there is an increase of 3, 87%.

DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5007/1980-0037.2016v18n3p362 The aim of this study was to verify the influence of the technical skills level on the decision making of novice volleyball players on service, reception and set actions. The sample was composed of 80 novice athletes of school volleyball teams of both sexes. Based on the results from the Volleyball Skills Test Battery, the sample was divided into three groups: low, intermediate and high technical level, by means of One-Way ANOVA. The intermediate group was excluded from further analyses. Decision making was assessed with the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). For data analysis purposes, the independent student-t test was used, adopting significance level of p≤0.05. The results showed that players with low skill level in service and set actions also had lower performance on the decision-making test when compared to players with high technical level. On the other hand, in the reception action, no differences were found among groups. It was therefore concluded that the technical level seems to influence the decision making in service and set actions in novice volleyball players.

The purpose of this service is to hold a volleyball match to get young volleyball players and form a volleyball team in the village of Bulurejo in preparation for the inter-village volleyball championship at Purwoharjo sub-district level. The method used is to monitor volleyball matches between hamlets in the village of Bulurejo. The results of this activity were the talented young players and the volleyball team from the village of Bulurejo. The best players have good abilities in terms of physical conditions and basic volleyball technical skills. Where these two factors are very closed related to the ability to play volleyball a player. Because to have good basic volleyball technical skills requires good physical condition.

In today's new economy—in which “good” jobs are typically knowledge or technology based—many well-educated and culturally savvy young men are instead choosing to pursue traditionally low-status manual-labor occupations as careers. This book looks at the renaissance of four such trades: bartending, distilling, barbering, and butchering. Paulo Freire and Ivan Illich are prominent figures in contemporary education, who broke the stable system of education. Paulo Freire suggests to stop bank style education and to promote andragogy education, which views both teacher and students equally. Education should be actualized through facing problems and should be able to omit naïve and magic awareness replaced with critical and transformative awareness. Different from Freire, Illich offers to free the society from formal schools. Education should be run in an open learning network. Technical skills can be taught by drilling. In addition, social transformation will happen only if there are epimethean people that are minority in existence.
