The concept of entrepreneurial orientation, which emerges with the development of strategic management, refers to entrepreneurship orientations of businesses. The businesses need resources in other words organizational slack in order to develop their entrepreneurial trends. The organizational slack consists of three slack type. These slack types are available slack, recoverable slack and potential slack. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational slack in the businesses has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation. The relationship between organizational slack and entrepreneurial orientation was investigated through 20 companies that were traded in Borsa Istanbul Corporate Governance Index for 2010-2014 period using panel data analysis method. The results of the study indicate the existence of a statistically significant relationship between and the available slack and the recoverable slack with the entrepreneurial orientation in the businesses. According to findings; there was no statistically significant relationship between potential slack and entrepreneurial orientation.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. This study aims to analyze the interaction of ethical culture, spiritual intelligence, ethical content, and students' ethical behavior. The population in this study is a student at one of the leading accounting vocational education institutions in Yogyakarta. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 368 respondents. Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the content of ethics affect the student's ethical behavior. The interaction of ethical culture on the relationship between ethical content and ethical behavior suggests it can strengthen its influence. Similarly, the interplay of spiritual intelligence that demonstrates can strengthen the relationship between ethical content and student ethical behavior.

This article discussed the phonemic correspondence in Sundanese and Javanese using a historical comparative linguistic approach. The problem to be examined in this study is the form of phonemic correspondence in Sundanese and Javanese. The purpose of this study was to determine the phonemic correspondence sets in the comparison between Sundanese and Javanese. The method used in this research to analyze the data is the phonemic correspondence method. The correspondence method is used to find the relationship between languages ​​in the field of language sounds (phonology). Phonemic correspondence is used to determine regular phonemic changes in the languages ​​being compared. Data collection used interview techniques, note techniques and recording techniques. After the data is collected, then the data is classified according to the problem being studied and grouped into more specifics. After that, conclusions will be made based on the results of the data analysis. The data source obtained comes from 200 swadesh vocabularies in Sundanese and Javanese. From 200 swadesh vocabulary data found 49 data included in phonemic correspondence which is divided into 12 correspondence sets. The results of this study include the formation of correspondences in Sundanese and Javanese, namely, (ɛ ~ i) and (i ~ ɛ), (a ~ ɔ) and (ɔ ~ a), (d ~ D), (t ~ T) , (ɤ ~ ə), (b ~ w), (ɔ ~ u) and (ɔ ~ U), (i ~ I), (ø ~ h) and (h ~ ø), (ø ~ m), and (a ~ ə).

The Relationship

Musty odor has occurred annually in Lake Biwa since 1969. Osaka municipal waterworks, which is located downstream of Lake Biwa, has made many efforts to treat musty-odor compounds produced in Lake Biwa from spring through autumn. With the development of analytical methods for the determination of musty-odor compounds, we have been able to confirm that planktonic blue-green algae are the major causes of the musty-odor occurrences. The relationship between the growth of blue-green algae and the water quality was not so apparent. However, through our data analysis focusing on the relationship between musty-odor occurrences due to Phormidium tenue or Oscillatoria tenuis and some nutrients in Lake Biwa, we found that the concentration of nitrate in water may be an important parameter for the estimation of growth of the algae and the musty-odor behavior.

This paper examines the relationship between NPA announcements by banks and the impulsive movement in stock price brought out by these announcements. Primary focus of this study is to determine whether we can create a swing trading model based on back testing the data for the banking stocks listed on the Indian bourses.To achieve this objective we created a databasespanning ten years (2006 to 2016) and collected the daily share prices of eight banks listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The relationship between share price and changes in NPA is studied on the basis of correlation studies and panel-data analysis. Although correlation studies does not establish any significant relationship, but the result of panel-data analysis clearly shows a negative relationship between the two. The result is further utilized to develop swing trading model and get benefit out of it. The novelty of the present study is that it clearly guides the swing traders as to how to earn benefit because of fluctuations in share price due to announce of NPA result.
