Kata kunci:motif kargoisme, cerita rakyat Fakfak, antropologi sastra AbstractThe study was intended to describe a cargoism reflection in the folklore of Fakfak through the approach of literary anthropology. To analyze cultural elements of Fakfak cargoism motive (cargo cult) in folklore, descriptive methods of interpretation used to utilize interpretations by presenting them in a description.Data collection is done with interview and recording techniques, and then analyzed using literary anthropology approaches with content analysis models. Analysis shows the cargoism motive in 6 Fakfak folklore called  Botol Manci, Kisah Kaprangit Gewab, Patahnya Sayap Burung Kasuari, Perlawanan Para Binatang Buruan, Perundingan Sekelompok Burung, and Pohon Kayuclearly reflected. These findings confirm the claim that any repressive action will inevitably result in resistance. It is not suprising, therefore, that most stories have ulterior motives. Keywords:cargoism motive, Fakfak folklore, literarture anthropology

Neurophysiological studies depend on a reliable quantification of whether and when a neuron responds to stimulation. Simple methods to determine responsiveness require arbitrary parameter choices, such as binning size, while more advanced model-based methods require fitting and hyperparameter tuning. These parameter choices can change the results, which invites bad statistical practice and reduces the replicability. New recording techniques that yield increasingly large numbers of cells would benefit from a test for cell-inclusion that requires no manual curation. Here, we present the parameter-free ZETA-test, which outperforms t-tests, ANOVAs, and renewal-process-based methods by including more cells at a similar false-positive rate. We show that our procedure works across brain regions and recording techniques, including calcium imaging and Neuropixels data. Furthermore, in illustration of the method, we show in mouse visual cortex that 1) visuomotor-mismatch and spatial location are encoded by different neuronal subpopulations; and 2) optogenetic stimulation of VIP cells leads to early inhibition and subsequent disinhibition.

Child neglect is a phenomenon that often occurs in society which means that adults fail to take responsibility for providing various needs or adequate needs for the child. This can be seen from the needs such as clothing, food, shelter, education to the health of the child himself. This study aims to examine the legal protection of children who are victims of neglect and uncover criminal sanctions against perpetrators of neglect of children. This study uses a normative method considering that there is still a lack of legal norms, with a legislative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained through library or recording techniques. After the data is collected, it is then processed descriptively qualitatively. Legal protection for neglected children is a right for every citizen, especially children, which can be divided into preventive and repressive protection. Law Number 35 of 2014, regulates various matters relating to the protection of children about what is prohibited until the sanctions in Article 76B contain that all forms of exploitation such as neglect and involving children in bad or wrong conditions can be subject to the threat of punishment as stated in Article 77B sentenced to imprisonment for 5 years or a fine of up to IDR 100,000,000.

Employing DNA as a high-density data storage medium has paved the way for next-generation digital storage and biosensing technologies. However, the multipart architecture of current DNA-based recording techniques renders them inherently slow and incapable of recording fluctuating signals with sub-hour frequencies. To address this limitation, we developed a simplified system employing a single enzyme, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT), to transduce environmental signals into DNA. TdT adds nucleotides to the 3 prime ends of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) in a template-independent manner, selecting bases according to inherent preferences and environmental conditions. By characterizing TdT nucleotide selectivity under different conditions, we show that TdT can encode various physiologically relevant signals like Co2+, Ca2+, Zn2+ concentrations and temperature changes in vitro. Further, by considering the average rate of nucleotide incorporation, we show that the resulting ssDNA functions as a molecular ticker tape. With this method we accurately encode a temporal record of fluctuations in Co2+ concentration to within 1 minute over a 60-minute period. Finally, we engineer TdT to allosterically turn off in the presence of physiologically relevant concentration of calcium. We use this engineered TdT in concert with a reference TdT to develop a two-polymerase system capable of recording a single step change in Ca2+ signal to within 1 minute over a 60-minute period. This work expands the repertoire of DNA-based recording techniques by developing a novel DNA synthesis-based system that can record temporal environmental signals into DNA with minutes resolution.
