The paper considers the results of therapy of clinical manifestations of genital prolapse using electromyosymmulation and Kegel exercises. The obtained data allow us to consider this type of conservative treatment quite effective. This therapy can be recommended for women with contraindications to surgical correction of prolapse.

The article describes genital prolapse as a pathology of female genital organs. The factors leading to the occurrence of genital prolapse in women of different age groups are presented. Clinical manifestations and mechanisms of their occurrence are substantiated. Considered variants of treatment of women with genital prolapse of various degrees of severity. Illumination of the data of our research of the method of prophylaxis of genital prolapse in the late postpartum period with the help of Corelax vaginal cones. Urine incontinence is the loss of bladder control, or leaking urine. The current study aimed at providing a physiotherapy intervention such as adding neuromuscular taping to Kegel exercises for increasing the pelvic floor muscles. The study was conducted at the Wredha Khusnul Khotimah house in Pekanbaru. The study is an experimental research with a randomized pre- and post-test group design, and made a comparison between the two groups. The study compared the RUIS (Revised Urinary Incontinence Scale) scale value before and after the intervention. The study sample comprised of 20 middle-aged people with urine incontinence condition who were recommended neuromuscular taping in addition to their Kegel exercises for six weeks. Mann Whitney test found p-value < 0.05, so it could be concluded that there was a difference between the RUIS value before and after the intervention in both groups. The addition of neuromuscular taping to Kegel exercises is more effective than Kegel exercise alone for urine incontinence condition in middle-aged individuals. Background: Pelvic floor disorders affect many women globally. Objective: To provide a critical appraisal of the literature on the effects of pelvic floor disorders on the quality of life and functioning of pregnant and postnatal women. Methods: Available literature was reviewed and summarized to discuss the definitions, pelvic floor anatomy, dysfunctions, and the mechanism of the condition, and more specifically, on the strengthening exercises for the pelvic floor muscles. Results: Pelvic floor disorder is an important public health concern because of the high prevalence, deleterious effects on pregnancy, and its outcomes as well as impacts on the health care system. They include genuine urinary incontinence, bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, weakness of the pelvic muscles, weakness of the muscles of the core stability, as well as the prolapse of pelvic organs. Pregnancy and subsequent vaginal delivery are associated causes of pelvic floor muscle disorders. Approximately 60% and 50% of community settlers and residents of nursing homes respectively are affected by urinary incontinence and the numbers increase with hysterectomy. Multiple birth, obesity, chronic coughs, overweight babies, and heavy lifting are associated risk factors. Treatment of pelvic floor muscle disorders should involve an increased physical activity prescription among women diagnosed with weaker pelvic floor muscles, engaging the multidisciplinary team, increasing the quality of life and functioning of women during and after pregnancy. Training aimed at strengthening the pelvic floor muscles is beneficial and prevention of dysfunctions. Conclusion: Structured and well organised pelvic floor muscle training regimen also known as Kegel exercises are important in preventing disorders of the pelvic floor during pregnancy and after delivery.

The relevance of this study is due to the high prevalence of stress urinary incontinence in women of different age groups and the search for effective conservative treatment methods. The aim of this study was to present scientific data based on modern evidence on the effectiveness of conservative treatment methods and their safety in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women. A review of the literature (original articles, systematic reviews) on the use of conservative therapy for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women was carried out. Depending on the severity of stress urinary incontinence in women, their age and concomitant diseases, the options for the proposed treatment may vary. For the conservative treatment of the disease, along with lifestyle modification and the use of hygiene products, it is possible to use training and electromyostimulation of the pelvic floor muscles, innovative laser technologies, and drug therapy. The first line therapy is to train ones pelvic floor muscles. The best effect of the training is observed in younger patients with mild to moderate severity of the disease using stationary biofeedback simulators under the supervision of medical staff. An alternative to this type of treatment is to conduct training of the pelvic floor muscles in the biofeedback mode with portable simulators remotely under the supervision of specially trained personnel. In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, this therapy is gaining wide popularity, as every patient should be offered acceptable and effective treatment options.

Hypothesis/aims of study. Despite the growing prevalence of pelvic floor dysfunction in women in the postpartum period, there is still no consensus on its etiology and pathogenesis. The prerequisite for serious disorders to occur in the future is the initial stages of pelvic floor dysfunction after childbirth, despite the fact that they occur without severe symptoms and, remaining undiagnosed in a timely manner, further reduce the quality of life of women. Despite the availability of information on causal relationships between childbirth and the appearance of pelvic floor dysfunctions, this knowledge among women of reproductive age is still limited, which warrants further study. A number of methods have been developed to assess the pelvic floor, among which are non-invasive techniques, including a quantitative assessment of the strength of contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, as well as techniques that assess the microcirculation of the vaginal wall. The aim of this study was to evaluate the parameters of the strength of contractions of the pelvic floor muscles and to identify possible correlations between the obtained parameters. Study design, materials and methods. The study was carried out using methods for measuring the blood microcirculation of the vaginal wall using laser Doppler blood flowmetry in women after the first birth. Results. We obtained indicators of the strength of contractions of the pelvic floor muscles and indicators of the blood microcirculation of the vaginal wall in primary women, and we revealed the dependence of the obtained indicators on the weight and age of the mother, as well as the weight of the fetus at birth. Conclusion. The obtained indicators will allow a comprehensive assessment of the pelvic floor in primiparous women, as well as to identify possible risk groups for genital prolapse development in the future.

Background. Pelvic organ prolapse is one of the most common women's diseases worldwide. Genital prolapse incidence among women over 50 is on average 41%. There are variety methods for genital prolapse treatment; they are divided into surgical and non-surgical ones. One of the conservative treatment methods is a use of pessaries. According to different studies an efficacy of pessary therapy is approximately 60%. Aim to estimate a safety and efficacy of genital prolapse conservative treatment with a cube pessary on the basis on standardized questionnaires. Outcomes and methods. In ANO “NRITO Clinic” Urology and Gynecology Center 26 women with various degree genital prolapse were treated with pessary within the period from August 2015 to March 2016.
