ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk menilai ada tidaknya pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan kontribusi, hasil investasi, dan likuiditas terhadap solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Risk Based Capital pada Asuransi Jiwa Syariah di Indonesia secara parsial ataupun simultan. Penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling dan ditemukan 10 perusahaan sampel. Dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews9 melalui uji regresi data panel didapatkan persamaan RBC = -563.8638 + 44.05145 Ukuran + 1.922926 Kontribusi - 0.333289 Investasi + 0.911149 Likuiditas + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keempat variabel bersama-sama memengaruhi solvabilitas. Ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan sementara itu pertumbuhan kontribusi, hasil investasi, dan likuiditas menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap solvabilitas Asuransi Jiwa Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015-2019.Kata Kunci: Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Kontribusi, Hasil Investasi, Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Asuransi Jiwa Syariah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study isto determine whether there is an effect of company size, premium growth, investment returns, and liquidity on solvency as proxied by Risk Based Capital on sharia life insurance in Indonesia partially or simultaneously. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method found 10 sample companies. With the help of Eviews9 application through the panel data regression test, it is obtained the equation RBC = -563.8638 + 44.05145 Size + 1.922926 Contribution - 0.333289 Investment + 0.911149 Liquidity + e. The results showed that the four variables together affect solvency. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kontribusi neto, klaim, hasil investasi, dan reasuransi syariah terhadap surplus underwriting dana tabarru’ perusahaan asuransi jiwa syariah periode 2014-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan unit analisis regresi data panel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunkan peneliti adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan asuransi jiwa syariah periode 2014-2019, yang berjumlah 15 sampel perusahaan asuransi jiwa syariah yang terdafkat di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Secara parsial hasil temuan dari penelitian ini yang diaproksiasikan melalui variabel Kontribusi Neto, memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan, Klaim memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan hasil investasi dan Reasuransi Syariah memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap surplus underwriting dana tabarru’. Secara simultan Kontribusi Neto, Klaim, Hasil Investasi, Reasuransi Syariah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap surplus underwriting dana tabarru’ dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Dengan nilai Adjusted R2 menunjukkan hasil senilai 0.941663 yang artinya 94%, sedangkan sisanya 6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.  Kata kunci: Surplus Underwriting Dana Tabarru’, Asuransi Jiwa Syariah, Regresi Data Panel ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of net income, claims, investment returns, and sharia reinsurance on the underwriting surplus of tabarru funds in Islamic life insurance companies for the period 2014-2019. This research used a quantitative method approach with panel data regression analysis unit. The data used in this research is secondary data, using purposive sampling method. The data used by researchers is the financial statements of sharia life insurance companies for the period 2014-2019, which can assess 15 samples of sharia life insurance companies registered in the Financial Services Authority. Partially the results of the research findings which are applied through the Net Contribution variable, have a significant positive effect, Claims have a significant negative effect, while investment returns and Sharia Reinsurance have no significant effect on the tabarru 'underwriting fund surplus. Simultaneously Net Contribution, Claims, Investment Results, Sharia Reinsurance have a significant effect on the tabarru fund underwriting surplus with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. With the Adjusted R2 value shows the calculation result of 0.941663, which means 94%, while the remaining 6%, other variables are outside this study.Keyword: Surplus Underwriting Tabarru’ Fund, Sharia Life Insurance, Panel Data Regression

This researcher examines how thin capitalization, profitability, and company size affect tax avoidance. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 69 manufacturing companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study shows that the independent variable thin capitalization has no effect on tax avoidance. While profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, and company size has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of proportion of  independent commissioner and executive’s compensation on tax aggressiveness. This research uses quantitative method by using panel data regression analysis. The population in this research is all financial sectors firm listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2014 - 2017. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling method and acquired 59 firms and 236 observations. The result of this study indicates that executive’s compensation has negative effect on tax aggressiveness. On the other hand, Proportion of independent commissioner has positive effect on tax aggressiveness.. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh proporsi komisaris independen dan kompensasi eksekutif terhadap agresivitas pajak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor jasa keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2014 sampai dengan 2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 59 perusahaan dan 236 observasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan kompensasi eksekutif berpengaruh negatif terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sementara itu, proporsi komisaris independen berpengaruh  positif terhadap agresivitas pajak.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Islamic Governance Score, struktur kepemilikan, umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pengungkapan ISR oleh Bank Syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia pada tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi data panel.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 11 bank umum syariah di Indonesia atau sebanyak 55 observasi dan 6 bank syariah di Malaysia atau sebanyak 30 observasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara parsial, pengaruh Islamic governance score terhadap pengungkapan ISR berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan pada bank syariah di Indonesia dan berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada bank syariah di Malaysia. Pengaruh struktur kepemilikan  terhadap pengungkapan ISR berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada bank syariah di Indonesia dan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan pada bank syariah di Malaysia. Umur dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan ISR di bank syariah Indonesia dan Malaysia. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada bank syariah di Indonesia maupun di Malaysia. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan ISR pada bank syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia tahun 2015-2019. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran berkaitan dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan ISR pada bank syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia.Kata Kunci: Islamic Social Reporting, Pengungkapan,  Bank syariah. ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the effect of the Islamic Governance Score, ownership structure, company age, profitability, and company size partially and simultaneously on ISR disclosure by Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia in 2015-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression techniques. Sampling using purposive sampling with 11 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and 6 Islamic banks in Malaysia. This study found that part, the effect of Islamic governance score on ISR disclosure has an effect insignificant negative on Islamic banks in Indonesia and negatively affects Islamic banks in Malaysia. The effect of ownership structure on ISR disclosure has a significant negative impact on Islamic banks in Indonesia and has a negative and insignificant effect on Islamic banks in Malaysia. Age and company size significantly affect ISR disclosure in Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. Profitability has a positive and insignificant impact on Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect ISR disclosure in Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia in 2015-2019. The implication of this research is to provide an overview of the factors of ISR disclosure in Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia.Keywords: Islamic Social Reporting, Disclosure, Islamic banks.

This study aims to determine the analysis of factors affect the capital structure of registered textile and garment companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2016 period. Variables in this study namely Profitability (ROA), Asset Structure (SA), Sales Growth (PP) and Company Size (SIZE) and Capital Structure (DER). The population in this study is the Textile and Garment company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 17 companies later 15 companies were sampled using a purposive technique sampling. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with comparison of t-statistics with t-tables. The results of this study indicate that profitability (ROA) is not positive effect on Capital Structure (DER), t-statistic of 1.386407. Asset Structure (SA) has no positive effect on Capital Structure (DER), statistic equal to 0.296574. Sales Growth (PP) influences positive for Capital Structure (DER), the statistic is 1.873566. Size The company (SIZE) does not have a positive effect on the Capital Structure (DER), statistic at 0.570955.

This study examines and analyzes the factors that influence capital structure.  Independent variables in this study are company size, liquidity, profitability and asset structure.  The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period.  The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling and 12 company samples are obtained within a period of 4 years so that 48 company samples are obtained.  The data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression.  Hypothesis testing is done using the t test and the F test. The panel data regression test results show that simultaneously company size, liquidity, profitability and asset structure have an influence on capital structure.  While partially the variables that significantly influence the capital structure are company size.  While the liquidity, profitability and asset structure variables do not significantly affect the capital structure.

The purpose of this research is to examine whether (1) inflation effect to banking profits (2) exchange rates effect to banking profits (3) working capital effects to banking profits. Data collection was done by purposive sampling method, so that 38 banking companies were collected. Data analysis techniques using panel data regression analysis techniques. Data is processed using Eviews 10.0. The results of this study indicate that inflation and working capital have a positive effect to profit. Meanwhile, the exchange rate has a negative effect to profit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah (1) inflasi berpengaruh terhadap laba perbankan (2) kurs berpengaruh terhadap laba perbankan (3) modal kerja berpengaruh terhadap laba perbankan. Data diambil dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga terkumpul 38 perusahaan perbankan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Eviews 10.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  inflasi dan modal kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap laba. Sedangkan, kurs mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap laba.

This study aims to examine how much influence Financial Distress, company size, and Leverage have on Audit Delay with Auditor Reputation as a Moderating Variable in All Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 Period. Sampling in the study using the method of purposive sampling obtained 32 companies with a research period of 5 years. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect estimation results using Eviews 9. The results showed that financial distress partially had a positive effect, company size partially had a positive and significant effect on audit delay, while leverage had a positive effect on audit delay.

This research aims to test the company's size, profitability and audit opinion on audit delay in the mining and mineral sector in IDX. This study used samples in the mining and mineral sector in IDX 2013-2019. Based on purposive sampling, the number of mining and mineral companies used in the research sample is as many as 9 companies. Hypothetical testing using panel data regression using the E Views 8.0 program. The results showed that the size of the company had a significant positive effect on audit delay, profitability had no effect on audit delay and audit opinion had a significant negative effect on audit delay.

This research is an analysis on Sharia Rural Banking (BPRS) Listed on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan website (www.ojk.go.id) during Year 2012 – 2015. The research entitled “Analysis variables that influence Murabahah Financing and influence to Return on Asset (Study on Sharia Rural Banking  on Indonesia during Year 2012 – 2015)”. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of non performing financing, wadiah savings, financing to deposit ratio, operating expenses operating income toward murabahah financing and influence to return on asset. This research used panel data regression analysis as model to test the hypothesis. The population in this research was Sharia Rural Banking (BPRS) on Indonesia during Year 2012 – 2015 consisting of 168 banks. While the samples of this research were taken by purposive sampling method which were 25 banks. The result of this research showed that: (1) non performing financing has no effect toward murabahah financing, (2) wadiah savings had positive effect toward murabahah financing, (3) financing to deposit ratio has no effect toward murabahah financing, (4 operating expenses operating income had negative effect toward murabahah financing, (5 murabahah financing had positive effect toward return on asset. Implication based on result of this research was the management need to increase wadiah savings and need to decrease operating expenses operating income because it can increase the murabahah financing. The management also needs to increase murabahah financing, because it is in this research is proven to increase the return on asset.
