This study aims to analyze the effects of human capital and organizational learning on employee performance with innovation behavior as a mediator. This study is conducted at a privately owned bank in Gorontalo City with a sample of 92 respondents. Researchers use purposive sampling with data collection technique that is questionnaires in Google Form. Data analysis is performed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) human capital has positive effect on employee performance and innovation behavior, (2) organizational learning has positive effect on innovation behavior, (3) innovation behavior has positive effect on employee performance, and (4) innovation behavior mediates the effect of organizational learning on employee performance but cannot mediate human capital on employee performance.

BUMDes is one of the income sources for the village managing assets, services, and other businesses for the village community's welfare. BUMDes empowers rural communities as an autonomous region in increasing productive efforts to alleviate poverty and unemployment. Therefore, the measurement of BUMDes's performance needs to be done through the level of local resources used and the implications of the results achieved. It was required to formulate appropriate development policies so that BUMDes have high competitiveness and fulfill their role in increasing the community's economic independence. This study was conducted in East Java BUMDes because East Java province is the third province with the largest number of BUMDes in Indonesia, so it was quite representative to represent the presence of BUMDes in Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach carried out using the structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) method with the Resource-based View (RBV) approach to measure the effect of BUMDes resources used on its competitiveness. The analysis showed that structural capital had a positive effect on human capital and relational capital. Human capital had also been proven to have a positive effect on relational capital. The indicator that influenced competitive advantage was human capital. Training is needed to increase the human resources capacity, online marketing training and organizational reform, infrastructure, and professional management systems need to be done.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the positive effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in generation Y civil servants in Ministry of Trade. The data in this study are obtained through a questionnaire with the target population being all Y generation civil servants in Ministry of Trade, Jakarta. The number of samples specified is401 samples. Sampling is carried out using simple random sampling through the SPSS program. The statistical analysis in this study uses partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPls 3.0 program. The final result of this research shows that there is a positive effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PNS generasi Y di Kementerian Perdagangan. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui kuesioner dengan target populasi adalah seluruh PNS generasi Y pada Kementerian Perdagangan, Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebesar 401 sampel. Penarikan sampel dilakukan menggunakan simple random sampling melalui program SPSS. Analisis statistik pada penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui program SmartPls 3.0. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh positif dari disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.Keywords: work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance

One of the efforts to improve employee performance is through improvements in time management and communication within the organization. The increasing of time management and communication is expected to increase work motivation for employees. The increasing of employee’s motivation is also expected to have an impact on improving the performance of the employees themselves. This study aims to examine the employee performance through time management, communication and work motivation that was conducted at the Kepeng Money Craft Industry in Kamasan Village, Klungkung District, which involving all 40 company employees as research respondents. This research was conducted in a census. The distribution of questionnaire to the respondents is the method used in collecting the data, then the data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS) method, through the SmartPLS 3.0 program, at a significance level of 0.05 (5%). The results of this study found that time management, communication, and work motivation each had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Time management has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Time management has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Communication has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation mediates some of the effects of time management on employee performance. Work motivation mediates some of the effects of communication on the performance of employees of the kepeng handicraft industry in Kamasan Village, Klungkung Regency.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

This study aims to analyze the influence of team work, leadership style and organizational culture on nurse performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research unit is nurses at Type B hospitals in Jakarta. The population is 1362 nurses. Methods of collecting data using surveys. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 523 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that teamwork has a positive effect on nurse performance. Teamwork does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style does not affect nurse performance. Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of teamwork on nurse performance. Organizational commitment can play a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of leadership style on nurse performance.

This research uses quantitative research, the aim is to determine the influence of human resource development, religiosity, on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees using a purposive sampling method to determine respondents' responses to existing variables. The analysis was performed using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that human resource development has no effect on employee performance, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect in moderating human resource development on employee performance and religiosity on employee performance. This means that the more often human resource development is given, the higher the employee's performance and the higher the employee's religiosity, the higher the employee's performance will be and will result in job satisfaction for employees at the Sharia Business Unit Bank in Palembang City.  Keywords: Human Resources Development, Religiosity, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction.  AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia, religiusitas, terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan meyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 100 karyawan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap variabel yang ada. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memoderasi antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dan religiusitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti semakin sering pengembangan sumber daya manusia diberikan maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan dan semakin tinggi religiusitas karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi dan akan menghasilkan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan pada Bank Unit Usaha Syariah di Kota Palembang.  Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Religiusitas, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah para 45 karyawan PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres kerja.This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate on job stress and employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 45 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result suggest that organizational climate influence on job stress and employee performance. In addition, result also suggest that the effect of organizational climate on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job security on workmotivation and its impact on the performance of the Contract Employees Civil Service Police Unitand Wilayatul Hisbah Banda Aceh. Data analysis is the process of simplification of data into aform that is easier to read and implement. The method chosen to analyze the data must match thepattern of research and variables to be studied. This study using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with a research tool or software such as Partial Least Square (PLS) from the research thathas been done through observation and secondary data it can be concluded that compensation, jobsecurity, work motivation and employee performance contracts Police Unit Praja dan WilayatulHisbah Banda Aceh still not good, then the hypothesis 1 is rejected. From the research that hasbeen done can be concluded that the hypothesis that compensation and job security simultaneouslyand partially effect on work motivation can be received from the research that has been done canbe concluded that hypothesis stating that compensation and job security simultaneously andpartially effect the performance is acceptable. From the research that has been done can beconcluded that the hypothesis that motivation influence on work motivation can be accepted. Information about the factors that influence turnover intention is needed by managerial in providing strategic steps to overcome the negative effects of high turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of turnover intention on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderator variable. The sampling method used was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data used respondents' perceptions of the variables, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that turnover intention has a negative relation toward employee performance and commitment, although not significant. This condition can occur because of tugging to get high-performing talents in the service industry. This condition is triggered by the increasingly open competition in the world of work so that employees are aware of having to create a positive impression for the company to be left, which will usually be a recommendation to the next destination company. High organizational commitment is an important factor in improving employee performance. High organizational commitment will reduce the desire of employees to leave a company (turnover intention) and reduce the negative influence on employee performance, so that despite high turnover intention, employee performance is remaining high. This happens especially in service companies whose main capital is human resources.

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..
