This research is designed to anylize the used of women sexuality at tv advertising. It is  a fact that tv ad is one of the effective marketing communication tools to promotes a product and builds corporate image. However there are a lot of misconduct in implementing tv ads to persuade consumers by showing conversations and scenes with a lot of sexual images. Sexual images in the ads are happened in many marketing events and programs. It has been considered as the effective approach to attract consumers attention and the message would be easy to be remembered and internalized in the memory. This phenomena also had happened in Indonesia where tv ads content sexual images which had caused controversy and rejection among the consumers and authorities. There were feminism issues about the women that should not be treated as the sexual object. The sample of tv ads which content sexual images in Indonesia was the ad of Condom Sutra performing four artist playing bilyard. This tv ads had appeared on the national tv channel in 2015 and had a lot of sexual languages, images and the moves that could be considered as pornographic actions. There were several researchs had been conduct on this particular issue but this research presents the analysis through different point of view. Therefore the semiotic analyzing methods introduced by Roland Barthes is applied in this research paper. The observations methods and qualitative research approach are part of the analyzing process to reach the objective and conclude the phenomena.Keywords : condom sutra, tv ads, sexual image.

Every staff are stressed at work. Organizational interventions were more effective if they improve management including the organization must be paid attention to all nurse. Nurses’ job stress is one of the factors which influence competitiveness among hospitals. Some factors which directly influence nurses’ job stress are the level of work to family conflict, and work motivation. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and motivation on nurses’ job stress at Wulan Windi Hospital. The research used descriptive quantitative and explanatory research method. The population was 54 nurses at Wulan Windi Hospital, and 43 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was based on the criteria: the respondents had been married and had children. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. Interval scale was used for measuring scales and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, while residual test and interaction test were used for moderating variable. The result of the research, in the first hypothesis, showed that, partially, work to family conflict had positive but significant influence on nurse’ job stress . The result of the second hypothesis showed that, partially, motivation had negative and significant influence on nurses’ job stress. The result of the third hypothesis showed that work to family conflict and motivation had significant influence on nurses’ job stress.  Keywords: Work to Family Conflict, Work Motivation, Nurses’ Job Stress

In its development of technology and social media is another alternative for someone to market their products more broadly, one of the product advertisements in the online world can also be in the form of long writing written by reviewers, bloggers and others. All of that can be targeted for those who actively use the internet or are often referred to as citizens. Social media is a vital marketing and communication channel for businesses, organizations and institutions that are included in the political sphere. In addition, social media in terms of culture is very important because it has become one of the most dominated parts of people where they can receive large amounts of information, share content and also all aspects of their lives with others, and receive information about the world around them ( although that information might have questionable accuracy).Keyword: Social media in marketing

This research discussed about the effect of beauty advisor’s ability and trust belief on cosmetics store on consumer’s intention to purchase herbal cosmetics which used the Theory of Reasoned Action that involving mediation of attitude and subjective  norm. 200 respondents who invited the store. Results show that beauty advisor’s ability and trust belief on cosmetics store affect consumer’s intention to purchase herbal cosmetics  through mediation of attitude and subjective norm. Herbal Cosmetics perceive more better and safety who consumtion with excellent service beauty advisor made satisfaction consumer’s  effect to intention to purchase at the store.Key words: cosmetics; purchase intention; beauty advisor's ability; Theory of Reasoned Action; trust belief.

This research is a study about hygienic management towards teachers’ work result in SMK Negeri 1 Medan against SMK Negeri 5 Medan. This research made by the deductive thought with the model of Comparative Corelational analysis. The samples between research location are 70 samples of respondent in SMK Negeri 1 Medan and 66 samples of respondent in SMK Negeri 5 Medan.Data collected between locations effort the result hypothetically using t-test method. The research comparing the R square, t-test value, and Sig. between research locations and got the answer of hypothesis. Results of the analysis showed that there is a relation between hygienic management to teachers’ work result in SMK Negeri 1 Medan with t-test result (13.020) > t-table (2,080) and Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. In another location as in SMK Negeri 5 Medan t-test result (9.000) > t-table (2,080) and Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. The comparing result based on t-test result, Sig. and coefficient determination shown the different result between locations.

This study aims to analyze the development of exchange rate system, inflation and economic growth policies in Indonesia. The model used is a descriptive analysis model by dividing 3 exchange rate regimes from 1978 to 2018. The data used is annual data sourced from the world bank, the federal reserve economic data, and Bank Indonesia. The results showed that the exchange rate system in Indonesia is fluctuated throughout the year. This has an impact on economic growth rate and inflation which is also unstable. Therefore, Bank Indonesia must stabilize the rupiah exchange rate. For further research, it is also advisable to further analyze how the 3 periods of the exchange rate regimes work effectively in transmitting monetary policy through the exchange rate channel to macro variables.Key Words: Exchange rate, growth rate, inflation

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategy consisted of product, price, location, people, process, and tangibles on decision to choose at STIMI, Meulaboh.The research used descriptive statistical method with descriptive explanatory approach. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. The population was all students of STIMI, Meulaboh, in the academic year of 2013, and 106 of them were used as the samples. Measuring scale used interval scale and analyzed by using multiple linear regresstion. The result of equation showed that, simultaneously, the variables of product, price, location, people, process, and tangibles could influence decision to choose STIMI, Meulaboh. Partially, product had positive and direct influence on decision to choose at STIMI, Meulaboh. price had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, location had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, people had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, process had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, and tangibles had positive and direct influence on decision to choose at STIMI, Meulaboh.

This study examines the relationship between participative leadership and employee in role performance in public sector, with mediating role of organizational trust and organizational commitment. Data were collected from 276 employees in several goverment agencies of republic of Indonesia. Convenience sampling method is used to collect the data from responden. This research used path analysis to analyze the data. Based on the reseach finding, participative leadership directly impact on employee in role performance. In addition,organizational trust and organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship beetwen dependen and independen variable. The awareness of discipline is something very important for any organization. One way to improve the awareness of discipline is through being under the immediate. This reseacrh to know the supervision of superior directly to the awareness of discipline the office of labor and population city Banda Aceh. Respondents this research consisting of employees and each head part on any part of which is in these agencies. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires containing questions relating to monitoring the direct and the awareness of discipline. Data on anaslisis using the statistics multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that pengasan immediate superior which includes monitoring, examination, and judgment influential positive on the awareness of discipline. The koefesien terminated (r2) of 0,217 means that 21,7 percent the awareness of discipline on these agencies influenced by monitoring, check and assess the as a form of supervision immediate superior. The rest of 78.3 percent longer had other factors besides monitoring the immediate superior .The results of testing statistics show value F count larger had than the F table at the belief 95 percent. Hypothesis Ha accepted, on the other hand hypothesis H0 rejected, supervision and monitoring of immediate superior, examination, and assessment.

Associated with the new government program announced in October 2013, Sharia Tourism. This study was conducted to analyze how much the tourism industry can flourish once sharia determine appropriate marketing development for Hotel Sofyan Betawi, which became one of the pioneers of sharia tourism in Indonesia. Since 1996 Sofyan Betawi Hotel had changed the concept of conventional management into the management of sharia. Although since 1996, the company's revenue management implementations always up and said to be quite good, but until now stand, consumers of Hotel Sofyan Betawi is not yet  fully know that the hotel management company under the auspices of sharia management.
