Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah para 45 karyawan PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres kerja.This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate on job stress and employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 45 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result suggest that organizational climate influence on job stress and employee performance. In addition, result also suggest that the effect of organizational climate on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress.

This empirical study aims to determine the impact of the productive zakat, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) branch of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Applying structural equation modeling partial least square (PLS SEM), it confidently aims to verify the factors that influence the mustahiq welfare. The data of the research had systematically gathered by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents and analytically processed by SmartPLS 3.0. This paper found that the productivity of ZIS took significantly positive influence on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq. This exploration means to comprehend what impacts Muslims in Bandung in creation choices on purchasing inexpensive food. The objects of this exploration are Muslim cheap food customers in Bandung. Purpose: - The purpose of this research paper is to test the relationship with God and to know the strength among the variables of love - Intimacy, Passion and Commitment, through Triangular Love Scale (TLS). To study the direct and indirect relationship between variables of Love in context with God and to know the mediation effect of Passion between the two variables of love, namely, Intimacy and Commitment. Research Design: - In this study, data was collected through well structured questionnaire from 210 respondents who identified themselves as God-believers. The Partial Least Square (PLS) -Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to measure the relationship among the variables and to conceptualize the model. Findings:- In context of the past studies, a conceptual model is developed to measure the direct relationship as well as indirect relationship among the three variables of love, namely, Intimacy, Passion and Commitment in relationship with God. Structural Equation Modeling analyses revealed that the association between Intimacy and Commitment is mediated by Passion. Limitations:- Other tools can also be used to analyse the same study to know relationship between variables of love with God. Different variables which are not explored can be used to test the relationship with God.Practical Implications:- This study makes significant contributions for religious leaders and researchers who associate themselves with spirituality in order to understand the strength of relationship with God by knowing the impact on variables of love-Intimacy, Passion and Commitment.Originality: - The current study aims to know the strength of relationship with God through the three variables of love, namely, Intimacy, Passion and Commitment. There are lots of studies on Triangular Love Scale in knowing the different perspectives. The results of this study will help to know in actuality as to how much the individual is close to God, attracted towards him and able to maintain his love towards him.

The purpose of this study was to find out how to Improve Employee Performance reviewed from the Perspectives of Performance Allowances, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar. This study used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in the structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) was based on variance or component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. All relationships examined showed positive and significant results. For this reason, in its realization, the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar were expected to be able to improve the performance of the Employees with the Performance Allowances. The realization of employee performance, this is also the impact of the existence of Work Motivation, Performance Allowances, and Work Discipline that will have an impact on improving employee performance in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar.

This study investigates the impact of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and climate (OC) on employee performance. The population used contains employees working in one of the pharmaceutical companies in Cimahi, West Java, where their sum is 1,533 people. By the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, the sum of samples needed is 94. Furthermore, they are picked up by the simple random sampling method. The structural equation model based on partial least square is utilized to analyze the data because of the sample size. After testing hypotheses and discussing the facts, this research infers that OCB has no effect on employee performance, but OC does with a positive sign.

This study aims to determine the effect of MARS model consists of motivation, ability, role perception and situational factors on employee performance. The research was conducted on two public sectors of government with a sample of 83 people. Methods of explorative research are used with the aim of predicting the contribution of MARS Model to employee performance. This research uses structural equation modeling partial least square. The result shows MARS model has a significant effect on employee performance with the motivation variable is the biggest contribution to the employee performance. The results also show that situational factors are proven to mediate employee performance.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan knowledge sharing sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan dan 3 UPTD di bawah Dinas Perhubungan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 120 karyawan dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 79 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi ekstrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, dan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing tidak memediasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan sebaliknya knowledge sharing memediasi pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Knowledge Sharing, Kinerja KaryawanABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Tidore Islands City Transportation Department with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. This research uses a descriptive-verification approach. The study was conducted at the Transportation Office and 3 UPTDs under the Transportation Office. The total population is 120 employees and the determination of the number of samples using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 79 respondents. The analysis tool used is the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has no significant effect on knowledge sharing, extrinsic motivation has a significant effect on knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance. The mediation test shows that knowledge sharing does not mediate the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance, and on the other hand, knowledge sharing mediates the effect of extrinsic motivation on employee performance.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Knowledge Sharing, Employee Performance.

This study seeks to determine the impact of job stress and workload on turnover intention along with the mediation role of job satisfaction. A total of 140 academics and management personnel participated in this study’s survey. A partial least square structural equation modeling was used for data analysis. The results show that job stress and workload have a positive effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job stress, workload, and turnover intention. Future research could adapt and adopt the herein used methodology and research topic to other countries or in other industries.

This study aims to investigate destination brand prestige, and to explore the mediating effects of destination brand worldness between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit. Research is designed to collect primary data from the Taiwanese tourists. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used to test the effects. The research model is appropriately implemented in Smart PLS 3 and a full mediation has existed through the empirical findings. The study shows how destination brand worldness mediates the relationship between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.
