This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions through risk taking, self-efficacy, and being proactive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation who took lessons on creative products and entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Surabaya using 188 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained in this study are entrepreneurship education has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, risk taking as a mediation has no significant effect between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy is able to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intentions, proactive is not able to significantly mediate the effect of education entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial intentions. The limitation of this study is that the proposed model was only tested in SMKN 1 Surabaya, students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation. Originality in this study is to measure the mediating variables, namely risk taking, self-efficacy, and proactiveness in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.

This research aims to investigate the direct effect of knowledge management on knowledge-worker productivity and the indirect effect mediated by employees' adaptability and job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. Pindad (Persero) Malang as a specific knowledge-based manufacturing industry company. The research population is employees who work in the department that is closely related to the knowledge of ammunition products. Furthermore, 203 employees became the research sample taken proportionally and randomly from the population using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis method was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) model with a partial least square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that knowledge management has no significant effect on knowledge-worker productivity, but knowledge management has a significant effect on adaptability, and adaptability has a significant effect on knowledge-worker productivity. Knowledge management also has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction also has a significant effect on knowledge-worker productivity. Thus, adaptability and job satisfaction have a full mediating role on the effect of knowledge management on knowledge-worker productivity. This research contributes fill the research gap on the influence of knowledge management on knowledge-worker productivity with the presence of adaptability and job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of nurses at private hospitals in South Kuta. The number of samples used was 82 nurses using saturated sampling technique or census methods and collecting data using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results show that there is a negative and significant influence of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment, as well as the role of organizational commitment as a partial mediator between work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention which has a negative and significant effect. The anticipated model aims to enhance the understanding of the influence of employee quality performance, customer orientation on customer satisfaction and consequential effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 295 customers were assessed with a self-administered questionnaire incorporating purposive judgmental sampling that is a non-probability sampling technique. A second-generation data analysis technique-structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS) was used to analyze the data and to test the hypothesized relationship. The result of the analysis showed a significant positive influence of employee quality performance and customer orientation on customer satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction has been found having a significant positive relationship with customer loyalty. The study can help the management of the restaurants to realize the significance of employee quality performance and customer orientation on customer satisfaction as well as customer satisfaction on loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the determination of millennial women's loyalty to the purchase of halal cosmetics. This study uses a quantitative survey approach by distributing questionnaires in the form of google form. The sampling technique used non-probability purposive sampling to collect data from a sample of 223 respondents with the criteria of millennial women born in the 1980s to 2000s, Indonesian citizens and had purchased halal cosmetics in the last 6 months. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of the study, it shows that of the 5 hypotheses tested, all of them are accepted, namely religiosity has a significant effect on millennial women's loyalty in purchasing halal cosmetics (H1). Then, brand image (H2), profit value (H3) and halal certification (H4) have a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The high level of satisfaction also has a positive effect on the loyalty of millennial women in buying back halal cosmetic products and recommending them to others (H5). This discovery has significant implications that can help producers and distributors develop business strategies, especially halal cosmetic products.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job characteristics and compensation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment on LPD staffs of the Kerambitan, Tabanan. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The sample in this research is 86 employees in all LPD Kerambitan Tabanan. Data analyst method used is SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modeling) based on component or variance that is PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of research indicate that job characteristic and compensation variable have positive effect to job satisfaction. Job characteristics do not affect organizational commitment, while compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment either partially or through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment.

This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
