Some of the recent large-scale national projects in South Korea are delayed or suspended due to belated responses to risk occurring on site. Currently, the Far East District (FED) project is being implemented to relocate the US Army bases from Yongsan to Pyeongtaek. Because of lack of experience and understanding about the characteristics of such a project, the deadline of taking over to the US Army Korea has been missed. This study identifies problems of each participant in the Yongsan Relocation Plan (YRP) of the US Army Korea with respect to construction project management and establishes a risk management strategy reflecting characteristics of FED project. To derive significant risk factors influencing YRP, various field data like weekly and monthly reports and other reports on construction condition are analyzed, and experts’ advices are collected and a survey is conducted. Mediators and latent variables are ultimately obtained. Furthermore, a structural equation model is used to both analyze and evaluate complex causal relations among many variables of YRP. The impact of risk factors on the schedule, quality and cost of the project is analyzed. In particular, the case of Site A is examined to see how the project is affected by those risk factors.

For studying the mechanism of the influence of highway project investment risk factors, this paper identify the 12 key potential risk factors. In accordance with KMO test and Bartlet, the test is divided into three sources of risk: the idea of risk management, risk control environment and risk management control, which proposes theoretical models and hypotheses to the cross-bridge. China Railway 12th Bureau 21 units of 125 employees as an object of research, using structural equation model AMOS 18.0 statistics software to verify the theoretical model and research hypotheses. The results show that risk management concept and risk control environment have positive correlation, Concept of risk management and risk management control have positive relationship. There is a positive correlation between risk management and risk management controls. Based on the empirical research conclusion, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

We applied a linear structural equation model to explore the impact of information disclosure, social responsibility, trust, and attitude on consumers' loyalty to housing agents. Participants were 466 consumers and potential consumers of housing agency industry services, who completed a survey assessing the variables of interest. Results showed that information disclosure had a direct and significant impact on trust, and an indirect impact on trust through the mediator of corporate social responsibility (CSR), and that trust had an indirect and significant impact on loyalty through the mediator of attitude. The structural relationships among information disclosure, CSR, trust, and attitude should be acknowledged when discussing consumers' loyalty to housing agents.

The purpose of this study acclaims the important of Auditory, Visual and Tactile in affecting consumer’s decision makingbehavior of buying, it is also to figure out it’s impact in Aqua. Thus, it is important to study “The Impact Of SensoryBranding’s Elements On Consumer’s Decision Making Behavior Of Buying Aqua With Neuromarketing Approach InJember”. The population in this study are Aqua’s consumers in Jember. Sampling is taken using purposive sampling methodfrom 100 respondents. Instrument analysis in this study is performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) withconfirmatory approach. The result shows that: 1) auditory significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buyingAqua in Jember, 2) visual significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember, and 3) tactilesignificantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember.

This paper analyses the risk factors of inventory finacing, establishes path diagram and the structural equation model on relations between inventory financing risk factors and makes the empirical analysis. The results indicate the operation status of the company and the characteristics of the inventory pledged have a significant effect on credit risk, and so of the level of company management on company operation.Based on this, banks should take relative measures while developing the inventory finacing.
