With reference to Mach’s relation, an attempt has been made to develop a practical model of cosmology. Main features of this integrated model are: eternal role of Planck scale and Mach’s relation, light speed expansion and rotation, slow thermal cooling, internal acceleration and anisotropy. At any stage of cosmic expansion, there exists a tight correlation between gravitational self energy density, thermal energy density, cosmic angular velocity and Hubble parameter. In this model, total cosmic matter is dark matter only. During cosmic evolution, part of galactic dark matter is slowly transforming to visual mass. Magnitude of galactic dark mass is proportional to . Considering the current cosmic maximum angular acceleration, MOND’s approach implicitly seems to support the cosmological estimation of 95% invisible matter and 5% visible matter. Estimated flat rotation speeds of DD168, Milky Way and UGC12591 are 49.96 km/sec, 199.66 km/sec and 521.75 km/sec respectively. As per the reference data, their corresponding flat rotation speeds are 52 km/sec, 202.6 km/sec and 500 km/sec respectively. Within a range of (50 to 500) km/sec, these striking coincidences are strongly supporting our proposed concepts. We are working on collecting data for most of the galaxies and updating this draft with detailed tables and figures in our next revision. Proceeding further, applying our idea to Sun and Proton, their current dark masses are and respectively. Current cosmic graviton wave length seems to be around 3.6 mm. Even though, this model is free from ‘big bang’, ‘inflation’, ‘dark energy’, ‘flatness’ and ‘red shift’ issues, at estimated present Hubble parameter is cosmic radius is 146.3 times higher than the Hubble radius, angular velocity is 146.3 times smaller than the Hubble parameter and cosmic age is 146.3 times the Hubble age. With future observations and advanced telescopes, it may be possible to see far distance galaxies and very old stars far beyond our Milk Way.

Without considering Big Bang and Inflation, we have developed a quantum model of cosmology associated with Machian universe having Planck scale origin, total dark matter, light speed expansion, light speed rotation, equality of gravitational self energy density and thermal energy density, radially decreasing internal acceleration and radially increasing anisotropy. In this short communication, we present various applications of current cosmic angular velocity.

We present a Machian model of Quantum Cosmology with full dark matter and light speed expansion and rotation. During galaxy formation and evolution, fraction of dark matter transforms to visual matter with a relation of the form, m_vis = constant * (m_dark)^2/3. Using this relation and replacing MOND’s ‘critical acceleration’ with “current cosmic maximum angular acceleration”, galactic flat rotation speed range of (50 to 500) km/sec can be fitted well. Estimated flat rotation speeds of DD168, Milky Way and UGC12591 are 49.96 km/sec, 199.66 km/sec and 521.75 km/sec respectively. Based on these striking coincidences, it is possible to say that, MOND’s approach is implicitly connected with cosmological estimation of 95% invisible matter. Considering galactic total matter and current cosmic maximum angular acceleration, galactic working radii, angular velocity and visual matter density can be estimated. Even though, this model is free from ‘big bang’, ‘inflation’, ‘dark energy’, ‘flatness’ and ‘red shift’ issues, at 2.722 K, estimated present Hubble parameter is 66.24 km/sec/Mpc, cosmic radius is 146.3 times the Hubble radius, angular velocity is 146.3 times lower than the Hubble parameter and cosmic age is 146.3 times the Hubble age. With future observations and advanced telescopes, it may be possible to see far distant galaxies and very old stars far beyond the current observable cosmic radius.

We would like to emphasize that, extraordinary physical concepts like Big bang, Inflation, Dark energy and Superluminal expansion demand super-normal efforts and need observational support. Observational data is raising day-by-day non-conformity and demanding changes in the original concepts. It is very interesting to note that James Peebles, the famous cosmologist and 2019 Nobel laureate strongly believes that Big bang concept is inappropriate in understanding the universe. It is better to understand and develop models of cosmology based on well supported physical concepts rather than extraordinary physical hypothesis. Unification point of view, quantum cosmology must be given a priority and one should make a note that, Spin is a basic property of quantum physics and rotation is a very common experience. In this context, with reference to life cycle of living creatures and independent of red-shift data, we have developed a quantum model of cosmology associated with Machian universe having Planck scale origin, total dark matter, light speed expansion, light speed rotation, equality of gravitational self energy density and thermal energy density, radially decreasing internal acceleration and radially increasing anisotropy. We are working on understanding and correlating observed redshift data in a unified approach. In this letter, we present various galactic applications of current cosmic angular velocity.

With reference to Planck scale, increasing support for large scale cosmic anisotropy and preferred directions and by considering an increasing ratio of Hubble parameter to angular velocity, right from the beginning of Planck scale, we make an attempt to estimate ordinary matter density ratio, dark matter density ratio, mass, radius, temperature, age and expansion velocity (from and about the baby universe in all directions). We would like suggest that, from the beginning of Planck scale, 1) Dark matter can be considered as a kind of cosmic foam responsible for formation of galaxies. 2) Cosmic angular velocity decreases with square of the decreasing cosmic temperature. 3) Increasing ratio of Hubble parameter to angular velocity plays a crucial role in estimating increasing cosmic expansion velocity and decreasing density ratios of dark matter and ordinary matter. 4) There is no need to consider dark energy for understanding cosmic acceleration.

We present a string-based picture of the cosmological evolution in which (CP-violating) gravitational anomalies acting during the inflationary phase of the universe cause the vacuum energy density to “run” with the effective Hubble parameter squared, [Formula: see text], thanks to the axion field of the bosonic string multiplet. This leads to baryogenesis through leptogenesis with massive right-handed neutrinos. The generation of chiral matter after inflation helps in cancelling the anomalies in the observable radiation- and matter-dominated eras. The present era inherits the same “running vacuum” structure triggered during the inflationary time by the axion field. The current dark energy is thus predicted to be mildly dynamical, and dark matter should be made of axions. We highlight the general scenario of dark matter freeze-out while the energy density of the universe is dominated by a decoupled non-relativistic species. Decoupling during matter domination changes the freeze-out dynamics, since the Hubble rate is parametrically different for matter and radiation domination. Furthermore, for successful Big Bang Nucleosynthesis the state dominating the early universe energy density must decay, this dilutes (or repopulates) the dark matter. As a result, the masses and couplings required to reproduce the observed dark matter relic density can differ significantly from radiation-dominated freeze-out.

<p>From the beginning of Planck scale to the scale of the current Hubble radius: 1) Considering the relation, subjects of black holes and cosmology, both can be integrated into evolving black hole cosmology and cosmic horizon problem can be relinquished. 2) Considering ‘continuous light speed expansion’ of the cosmic black hole horizon, attributed results of cosmic inflation can be re-addressed completely. If ‘nature’ of the universe is to expand with light speed, then there is no need to think about the existence of currently believed ‘Lambda term’. In addition, ‘light speed expanding cosmic space’ can be called as ‘flat space’. 3) Considering the ratio of gravitational self-energy density and thermal energy density to be  (where  is the Planck scale temperature, and is cosmic temperature at any time). Quantum gravity can be implemented in low energy scale current cosmological observations. Considering the above concepts, currently believed dark matter energy density and visible matter energy density both can be accurately fitted with the ratio of current gravitational self-energy density and current thermal energy density. To proceed further, the authors would like to highlight the following three points: 1) Deep-space red shift non-linearity can be expected to be connected with cosmological gravitational and relativistic effects and cannot be considered as a major criterion of cosmic evolution. 2) Until one finds solid applications of super luminal speeds and super luminal expansions in other areas of physics like astrophysics and nuclear astrophysics, currently believed ‘cosmic inflation’ cannot be considered as a real physical model and alternative proposals of inflation can be given a chance in exploring the evolving history of the universe. 3) Implementing Planck scale in current paradigm of cosmological observations and standard cosmology is very challenging and is inevitable.</p>

<p>In the heuristic approach, with reference to ‘conservation of energy’, ‘initial light speed expansion’, ‘continuous light speed rotation’, ‘Kerr-Schwarzschild radius’, ‘conservation of centripetal force’, ‘Planck scale’, ‘quantum gravity’ and ‘Hindu model of cosmic age’, we introduce a heuristic ‘model of cosmology’. The authors would like to stress the fact that, ‘with light speed rotation’ qualitatively ‘Hubble parameter’ and ‘angular velocity’ both can be shown to be secondary physical constants and their individual roles can be shown to be similar. With five unified, simplified and workable assumptions, a number of useful cosmological formulae can be generated. With reference to current microwave back ground temperature obtained magnitude of current Hubble parameter is accurately fitting with the recommended value. With the proposed assumptions:1) the intended purpose of ‘lambda’ term can be understood and in future it can be relinquished. 2) Cosmic acceleration and dark energy concepts can be relinquished at fundamental level. 3) Cosmic flatness can be well understood.4) Comic ‘horizon problem’ can be eliminated at fundamental level. In future, either from ‘academic interest’ point of view or from ‘serious research’ point of view, this model can be recommended for in depth analysis at fundamental level.</p>

With reference to known galactic rotation speeds and previous publications on our light-speed expanding Flat Space Cosmology model, a toy model variation is presented herein for the purpose of exploring possible time-dependent relationships between galactic dark matter, visible matter, total matter, redshift, radius and angular velocity. The result of this exploration, in the form of graphs and tables, provides for remarkable correlations with current galactic observations and perhaps moves us closer to understanding the scalar nature and influence of dark matter and Lambda on the expanding universe. With reference to light speed expansion, if one is willing to re-define cosmic red shift as [z/(1+z)], without considering Lambda cosmology inputs, light travel distances can be reproduced with a marginal error of +8.6% at z =1.2, (i.e. traditional light travel distance is 8.6% higher than our estimate), 0% at z = 11.5 and -5.5% at z = 1200.( i.e. traditional light travel distance is 5.5% lower than our estimate).
