The research was conducted to teachers education office of DKI Jakarta. By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 52 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the turnover intention have negative direct effect to job performance; (2) the absenteeism have negative direct effect to job performance; (3) the turnover intention have positif direct effect to absenteeism.The job performance can be improved through reduction of turnover intention and absenteeism

The research was conducted to all teachers of elementary school  districts Cileungsi regency of Bogor. By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 80 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the responsibility have negative direct effect to stress; (2) the conflict have positive direct effect to stress; (3) the responsibility have negative direct effect to conflict. The stress can be decreases through improvement of responsibility and to manage of conflict

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of recruitment and organizational commitment on job performance.The research was conducted to all of headmaster at the city of Manokwari by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 91 headmasters as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of research indicates: (1) there is direct effect of recruitment on job performance, (2) there is direct effect of organizational commitment on job performance, (3) there is direct effect of on job performance.Based on those finding it could be concluded that any changing or variation wich occured to the job performance of headmasters atManokwari Regency had been effected by recruitment and organizational commitment.

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the effect of teamwork an organizational learning on job performance of employee at Education and Training Board at  Province of West Borneo. The research was conducted by using quantitative survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 71 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of teamwork on job performance. (2) there is direct effect organizational learning on job performance. (3) There is direct effect teamwork on organizational learning. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by teamwork and organizational learning.

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of work life balance and employee engagementon employees job performance onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia .The research was conducted to all of employees onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 67 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of work life balance on job performance. (2) there isdirect effect of employee engagement on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of work life balance on employee engagement. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by work life balance, and employee engagement.

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of leadership, organization culture and motivation on the job performance of the principals of the state primary schools in South Tangerang, Banten. The research was conducted to all state primary school principals in South Tangerang, Banten province, a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Seventy out of one hundred fifty nine principals was selected randomly as sample by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of leadership on job performance. (2) there is direct effect of organization culture on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of motivation on job performance. (4) there is direct effect of leadership on motivation. (5) there is direct effect of organization culture on motivation. Therefore, the principals’ job performance can be enhanced by leadership, organization culture and motivation.

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of supervision and intrinsic motivation to the crativity of private catholic elementary schools teachers in east Jakarta. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 187 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected by random sampling technique. The result of the research as follows: (1). Supervision of a positive direct effect on crativity, (2). Intrinsic motivation positive direct effect on creativity and (3). Supervision positive direct effect on intrinsic motivation .

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning effect  capability tester team composition and job satisfaction toward Job performance or outcomes Indonesian navy western fleet exercise command. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis.In this research 90 from 100 personel Indonesian navy western fleet exercise command selected random sampling.The research was focused on three aspect : composition team and job satisfaction toward  outcomes. The data were collected with questionare and analyzed with path analysis result on the analysis it is calculated that (1) there the positive direct effect of team composition toward job satisfaction (2) there is the positive job satisfaction toward outcomes (3) there is positive direct effect of team composition toward outcomes.
