This study aims to determine the effect knowledge management influences employee performance at the Makassar Religious Training Center Office. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using total sampling techniques. The population is all employees of the Makassar Religious Education Training Office, amounting to 53 people, while the samples taken are 53 respondents, but in the test there were only 40 questionnaires that were feasible to be tested. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, BLUE has also been tested (Best, Linear, Unbiassed and Estimated or Classical Assumption Test in the form of normality assumptions, autocorrelation assumptions, linearity assumptions, and heterocedasticity assumptions. Data analysis methods use simple regression techniques. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

A preliminary survey that was conducted shows that in 2013, the turnover rate of employees of PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi reach the number of 9,3%. Turnover intention may lead to a worsening of the employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors affecting turnover intention so that management will be able to push it down.

To answer the problem, a model is developed for this empirical research with four observed variables, i.e.: job security, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and employee performance. There are five hypotheses proposed in this research. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi. There are 128 data to be studied with Structural Equation Modeling Analysis Method.

The result of the hypotheses test according to the Critical Ratio and the probability value shows that job insecurity has negative significant effects on turnover intention, organizational commitment has negative significant effects on turnover intention, turnover intention has negative significant effects on employee’s performance, job insecurity has positive not significant effects on employee’s performance, and organizational commitment has positive not significant effects on employee’s performance.

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership on employees work activity moderated work discipline at Islamic banking in Makassar. Data collection uses the primary data obtained from questionnaires using technitk proportionated random sampling. The population is all 162 permanent employees from 11 Islamic banks in Makassar City, while the sample taken is 62 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. Methoddata analysis using SEM technique (Sturctural equation modeling) assisted with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis of leadership is accepted in part because it shows the result of hypothesis test that negative and significant. This means that influential negative leadership and significant to employees work activity. then result research on work discipline shows that the hypothesis is accepted because it shows results a positive and significant hypothesis. this means that positive discipline work is positive and significant to employees work activity. While the results of research on discipline work as the strengthening variable indicates that the hypothesis is accepted as it shows the results a positive and significant hypothesis. This means that the work discipline variable can strengthen variable leadership on employees work activity. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Islamic Banking

Community empowerment is a form of development which directly involves the community. In community empowerment program, the position of the community is as program consumer but as program producer instead. Community empowerment aims to achieve community independence and welfare. Zakat is a subsystem which can support community empowerment program. It’s consistent with the objective of zakat, which is material and spiritual wellbeing. To encourage the success of the program, there should be support from various parties, including companion and social capital supports. The purpose of the present study was determining the direct effects of companion and social capital on participant of zakat recipient and its impact of economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman. The present study used primary data by involving 72 zakat-receiving micro businesspeople (mustahik businesspeople) in Wonosari Sub-district, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research instrument was questionnaire with likert-5 scale which has high reliability and validity based on Cronbah Alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin values. The empirical model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of hypothesis test shows that companion and social capital affected the participation of zakat recipient, and the participation of zakat recipient affected the economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Teacher Performance and School Facilities on Student Success in Studying Knowledge Through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City Methods and Types of data in this study, are quantitative data obtained through the results of a survey of students. This study uses primary data that is data obtained directly from respondents who filled out and developed the questionnaire through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City. With a student population of approximately 1,508 students. The sample of this study was 125 students and alumni. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24.0. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the software used is AMOS 18. The results of the research and testing of hypotheses that have a significant effect are as follows: 1. Teacher competence has no significant effect on the learning process. 2. Motivation does not significantly influence the learning process. 3. Teacher performance has a significant effect on the learning process. 4. Facilities have a significant effect on the learning process. 5. Competence does not significantly influence student success. 6. Motivation does not significantly influence student success. 7. Teacher performance does not significantly influence student success. 8. Facilities have a significant positive effect on student success. 9. The learning process has a significant effect on student success. Purpose This study aims to introduce adaptive performance as an organizational performance dimension and examine the possible dynamics between the dimensions of a learning organization and adaptive performance. Design/methodology/approach This study used a survey and applied factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. Findings The results supported adaptive performance as an organizational performance dimension. Also, the findings of this study empirically proved that perceived knowledge and adaptive performance mediate the positive relationship between a learning organization and perceived financial performance. Research limitations/implications In addition to the current Dimensions of a Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) studies, this study revealed that adaptive performance, one of the nonfinancial outcomes improved by learning, had a significant effect on financial performance. Also, this study provided evidence of the additional construct validity of the DLOQ, particularly its performance measures. Practical implications This study advises practitioners to take a close look at how learning and organization development activities improve organizational performance overall. Originality/value This study supported a claim that learning and organization development activities in organizations have a strong potential to induce variance in intangible performance.

The conformity of employee competencies with their positions and innovation in work implementation is required by the presence of the Civil Servants (PNS) professional demands. Knowledge management is necessary to fulfill the knowledge needs of employees so that competence, innovation, and employee performance can be improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management, competence, and innovation on employee performance. All employees in the Finance and Equipment Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture were involved as the research object. The data were obtained using the census method of 103 Finance and Equipment Bureau employees, interviews with appraisal officials and personnel managers, and employee performance appraisals in 2019. The data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. This study indicates that knowledge management has a significant effect on innovation and competence, whereas innovation significantly affects performance. However, knowledge management and competence do not seem to have a significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge management indirectly has a significant effect on performance through innovation. Nevertheless, knowledge management does not seem to have a significant effect on performance through competence. The suggestion for further research is it shall be conducted in a work unit that requires special skills so that the employee competence is taken into consideration.
