This study aims to determine the effect knowledge management influences employee performance at the Makassar Religious Training Center Office. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using total sampling techniques. The population is all employees of the Makassar Religious Education Training Office, amounting to 53 people, while the samples taken are 53 respondents, but in the test there were only 40 questionnaires that were feasible to be tested. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, BLUE has also been tested (Best, Linear, Unbiassed and Estimated or Classical Assumption Test in the form of normality assumptions, autocorrelation assumptions, linearity assumptions, and heterocedasticity assumptions. Data analysis methods use simple regression techniques.The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Application Knowledge Management And Motivation To Employee Performance that is mediated by Learning Organization either directly or indirectly. The data in this study using the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 248 employees in Construction Consultant Company of Inkindo Member of East Java. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with Amos program. The primary data is obtained from the questionnaire which measurement using Likert scale  which tested the  validity  and  reliability, SEM evaluation and  hypothesis test  with  the respondent's deskritif and variable. Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on the SEM test shows that Knowledge Management and Motivation affect the learning organization, besides Knowledge Management and motivation also have an effect on the performance that is mediated by learning organization either directly or indirectly.

Competence, motivation and performance are an important part of a government institution that plays a role in achieving the vision of the government institution. This attracts researchers to conduct research with the aim to determine the effect of competence and motivation both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The research method used a survey method with 78 respondents. The research data includes primary data taken through a Likert scale questionnaire, where the level of validity and reliability has been tested first. The analytical method used is descriptive and verivative with technical path analysis. The test results showed that competence and motivation together had an effect of 26% on employee performance and the remaining 74% came from other factors not examined by the researcher. Partially the influence of motivation on employee performance is more dominant than competence

The development of business through internet media is increasing, along with the increasing of Internet users in the world especially in Indonesia. Advertising is a factor that is quite important in attracting the Purchace interest of the consumer in this research is Tokopedia in the city of Palembang. Advertising is any form of non-personal communication and promotion of ideas, products or services that are paid for by certain sponsors or that have not yet been identified in order to create consumer buying interest. While buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to the purchase. In this research, the object of research is Tokopedia consumers in Palembang. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia application users in the city of Palembang. the number of samples was 349 respondents. The test is carried out in three stages, namely the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the hypothesis test The results of this research indicate that advertising has a positive effect on consumer buying interest of Tokedia in Palembang, it can be seen from the regression test results Y = 4,571 + 0.821 + e. If seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 80% consumer buying interest can be explained by advertising. While 20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as discounts, brand image, price, availability of goods and others.

This study aims to determine whether the queuing system affects customer satisfaction at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch Office. Data collection using primary data obtained from questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. The population is all customers of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch Office totaling 5,970 customers while the sample taken is 100 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as tested classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of normality, heteroscedasticity and linearity. Methods of data analysis using simple regression techniques with SPSS 21 program. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that the queuing system has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Working Conditions and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar Employees. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Working Conditions and work motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.

<p><em>Supporting factors that are presented are the quality of human resources, work competence, and work commitments analyzed how they affect the performance of employees of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu</em><em>, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection uses interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Work on data analysis methods using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. This study used a sample of 30 employees taken using total sampling techniques.</em></p><p><em>             </em><em>The results of the study based on the F test showed that the quality of human resources, work competence and work commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu </em><em>employees, where the value of F<sub>count</sub> (17.583)&gt; F<sub>table</sub> (2.98) with a significance level of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. T-test results show that the quality of human resources (X<sub>1</sub>) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu </em><em>employees, where the t<sub>count</sub> (2.382)&gt; t<sub>table</sub> (1.706) and the significance value of 0.025 &lt;0.05, work competence ( X<sub>2</sub>) positive and significant effect on the performance of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu </em><em>employees, where the t<sub>count</sub> (4.704)&gt; t<sub>table</sub> (1.706) and the significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 and work commitment (X<sub>3</sub>) also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu</em><em>, where the t<sub>count</sub> (3.860)&gt; t<sub>table</sub> (1.706) and the significance value of 0.001 &lt;0.05. Adjusted R Square value of 0.632 means that employee performance can be explained by the quality of human resources, work competence, and work commitments of 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.</em><em></em></p>

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership on employees work activity moderated work discipline at Islamic banking in Makassar. Data collection uses the primary data obtained from questionnaires using technitk proportionated random sampling. The population is all 162 permanent employees from 11 Islamic banks in Makassar City, while the sample taken is 62 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. Methoddata analysis using SEM technique (Sturctural equation modeling) assisted with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis of leadership is accepted in part because it shows the result of hypothesis test that negative and significant. This means that influential negative leadership and significant to employees work activity. then result research on work discipline shows that the hypothesis is accepted because it shows results a positive and significant hypothesis. this means that positive discipline work is positive and significant to employees work activity. While the results of research on discipline work as the strengthening variable indicates that the hypothesis is accepted as it shows the results a positive and significant hypothesis.
