Satisfaction of Consumer represent storey level satisfaction of consumer after what in processing in data processing. This research use glorious partner at CV case study of collection. This research aim to to know storey level satisfaction of consumer to quality of Glorious LIMITED PARTNER, CV Partner product of Collection with CSI method and which need to be improve repaired and developed any kind of according to IPA method. This Research is executed to Glorious LIMITED PARTNER, CV Partner cutomer client of Collection which have transacted more than one year. from this Research represent research of quantitative diskriptif with research device method. Amount of research sampel 100 Glorious LIMITED PARTNER, CV Partner cutomer client of Collection that is. Data analysis use Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA) And Customer Satifaction Index ( CSI). Result of research show attribute which need to be paid attention Glorious LIMITED PARTNER, CV Partner of Collection to fulfill satisfaction of its consumer is I kuadran that is Product specification ( 7), Price Product According to Quality ( 8), Product Company Have Positive Image In Company ( 18) Given By Company.

This study aims to identify the dominant factors of the successful implementation of benchmarking on the performance of contracting companies and test the significance of the application of benchmarking on the performance of contracting companies. The research sample was saturated samples of 65 qualified contractor companies. The method and type of research used were correlational methods of multiple regression analysis using SPPS. The results of the study concluded that 1.Benchmarking significantly influences the performance of contracting companies in the Blitar City DPUPR; 1. The ranking of success factors for the Blitar City contractor companies in the process of implementing benchmarking (1) planning, (2) data collection, (3) acception and action and (4) analysis; 2.Benchmarking has proven to significantly improve company performance as measured by increasing (1) Corporate Finance (2) Company productivity, (3) DPUPR Consumer Satisfaction, (4) Community Satisfaction, (5) Quality of the company's construction technical personnel, (6) Satisfaction employee work, (7) Project acquisition rate in one year, (8) Effective completion of construction work, (9) Construction product quality.

As a major health referral centre, the hospital demanded to provide comprehensive services provided by a multi-disciplinary team according to the needs of patient. In the expansion of a growing number of hospitals in Yogyakarta especially Sleman area where retreat acquire customers even more stringent, it is necessary to increase the quality of services. There are five determinants of service quality namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Collecting data is done by observation and distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents, and Importance-Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index are used to determine satisfaction level of outpatients. As a results, six out of twenty attributes need improvement, namely: a) The condition of the hospital is clean, comfortable and tidy; b) Guidance and information boards poly is easy to see and read; c) The ease and accuracy of obtaining information for patients (referrals, lab results, etc.); d) The hospital staff has a quick response to the needs of patients; e) Attention physicians in managing patients and willingness to provide a particular time for consultation; and f) The prescribed medication is suitable and safe. It is known that the value of CSI by 76% means the service is not satisfied the patient.

Based on the traditional theory of the intelligent systems, as well as the present study on intelligent tourism, Tourist Satisfaction Index model of Intelligent Tourism is put out in this paper. With the data collected in Nanjing, statistic materials suggest that two variables, Perceived Quality of the Intelligent Tourism and Intelligent City, play the most important roles in tourist satisfaction of intelligent tourism. The further analysis reveals that the factor under Perceived Quality of Intelligent Tourism, including Intelligent Transportation, Public Service Platform, Intelligent Hotel and Intelligent Travel Agency, as well as the factors under Intelligent City including Intelligent Governance and Intelligent Environment are the most important factors in the model.

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of services provided by the bank in serving kepusan customers using 5 dimensions of assurance, reliability, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness, so from that dimension is unknown dimension into the client's preferences into consideration the quality of services by banks in Surakarta. The method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) doped with Miscrosoft software Excel for Windows and SPSS for windows. Questionnaires distributed amounted to 90 respondents with a sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of data processing by using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) obtained an average rate of 95.21% suitability. Furthermore, for the assessment of the quadrant where the priority that should be corrected is related  Equanimity  customers  and  Ease  of  providing  services.  However  the  overall  services provided  by the  bank  are  quite  satisfied  because  of  the  20  attributes,  only  the  second  to  be prioritized. It was also evident from the results of the methods CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) indicates the level of customer satisfaction by 80.80%. The value is in the range from 66 to 80.99%, so overall customers are satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the bank in Surakarta.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction to services and explain the factors that must be prioritized in order to meet consumer expectations in Senyum Media Bondowoso. The method used is quantitative research with the Servqual method and the Kano model. The population of this research is all the customers of the Senyum Media Bondowoso store and the samples used are 150 samples using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results of the research show that the quality of service in CV. Senyumindo Mediatama Bondowoso is not in accordance with what is desired by customers, because the calculation is carried out using the Service Quality method, the results obtained are the average value of service quality, the average value of service quality for all dimensions of service quality is -4,967. On the other hand, for the Kano category is in the Indifferent category, which means that the attributes that are in the category of less attention by consumers, therefore the existence of these attributes does not affect the decrease or increase in the level of satisfaction of consumers. This category has no effect on consumer satisfaction with functional or dysfunctional services and goods.

This study describe the design features and performance of the unglazed transpired solar dryer for large and medium scale drying of Dates in the Dates growing area of Pakistan. The dryer has the designed capacity to dry 500 Kg of Dates from Khalaal (70% humidity) to Tamar (25% humidity), at 55 C ± 5 C in 72 continuous hours using biomass furnace as an auxiliary heat source and it covers approximately 256 m2 areas. This is the ideal humidity condition to store Dates for one year without any further degradation. In traditional open sunshine the huge quantity of Dates are dried in over 150 h hours and requires hectare of area to spread the Dates. Moreover, the quality of Dates in the open sunshine is affected badly due to two main reasons. Firstly, the heavy dust in the area that sticks the Dates during the drying process makes them unable to eat. Secondly, the Monsoon rains in the months of July and August also destroys Dates placed in the open areas for drying. Dera Ismail (D.I.) Khan, a remote district of Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa province of Pakistan, was selected to study the performance of Dates dryer, where solar insolation is 700-750 W/m2 in the months of July and August. The Dates were dried continuously and during off sunshine hours biomass auxiliary source was used. This solar dryer, containing eight trolleys and each trolley is loaded with twelve trays, is the first in Pakistan to dry a large amount of Dates. Moreover, the unglazed transpired dryer is designed in such a way that it can withstand the dusty atmosphere of D.I. Khan and also protect the Dates from dust and rainy water during the drying period. The design does not have any adverse effect on the quality of dried Dates. In D.I. Khan around 350 days are sunny per year and solar thermal technology is economically feasible compared to other conventional energy resources with a payback period of 3 and 7.5 years compared to un-subsided and subsided cost of Natural Gas respectively. The Natural Gas is the cheapest conventional energy source in Pakistan. But solar thermal technology is yet not popular source of energy in the area due to lack of information, fear of initial capital cost and weak government policies for renewable energies. This study also incorporates the recommendations to overcome these issues regarding Solar Thermal Technology, PACS Number: 44.40.+a, 89.30.Cc, 84.60.- h, 89.30.-g.

Performance Evaluation is a system and how to determine the work ofindividuals, employees, work units and organizations as a whole thatare used to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of importanceand customer satisfaction on service and position of each variablewhen associated with performance indicators and service usersatisfaction in the terminal of Haluoleo Airport cargo. Performance Evaluation at Haluoleo Airport Logistics Terminalcan be measured by several indicators to determine the level ofimportance and satisfaction felt by the customers. To know the level ofimportance and satisfaction in the use of approach through analysis ofImportance Performance Analysis of interest analysis and performanceanalysis, each using a 5 Likert scale. Based on the analysis, the value ofcustomer satisfaction is 88%, which means the service criteria are verysatisfied and the quality of service at the Haluoleo Airport cargoterminal is in very good condition based on the user's rating. Overallthe value of customer satisfaction for service performance is 0.88 withthe criteria of service users feel very satisfied for the performance.
