<p><strong>English</strong><br />The milk consumption trend in Indonesia has been growing since 1969, which is thought to be basis for developing existing dairy industry. The paper attempts to review the present picture of dairy industry in Indonesia. The study is based on the secondary data and information obtained from relevant sources. The paper concludes that the dairy industry is heavily regulated. The fluid milk production is characterized by small-size operations on one hand, and the processing side is dominated by quite a few large scale corporations on the other hand. The fresh milk market is relatively more competitive than the dairy products market. Some dairy products are produced under oligopolistic or even monopolistic factories. Although the fresh milk production is organized under co-operative system, its role is weak relative to the factories' role. The role of co-operative will further dwindle when the GATT/WTO agreement becomes in effect. Both price and income elasticities of dairy products seem to be elastic. Thus, as income per capita improves, the demand for dairy products are expected to increase. This will lead to higher growth of imports. To maintain consumers' satisfaction, trade and investment policies in milk factories needs to be relaxed to stimulate fair competition.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Indonesian</strong><br />Konsumsi susu di Indonesia cenderung meningkat sejak tahun 1969, yang menjadi dasar pengembangan industri persusuan saat ini.

Much has been written about the changing structure of dairy farming in Europe in the last decade, but comparatively little has been said about the processing sector. Yet the future market for milk largely depends on the success of the dairy trade in adapting to the new market environment. Accordingly, this paper concentrates on the pressures and strategic issues facing the milk processing sector in Europe. Certainly, in recent years it has had to cope with radical changes in both the production and consumption of dairy products. After several decades of uncontrolled expansion in milk production, the introduction of milk quotas by the European Community in 1984 was a rude shock. In general, the industry was still geared to an expanding milk market. Almost overnight, it was faced with the problem of excess processing capacity.

India is witnessing tremendous growth in dairy industry. The milk production has increased from 20 million tonnes in 1961 to 132 million tonnes in 2012-13. India has been retaining its number one position in milk production for many years. Dairy Industry in India is growing at the rate of 10% per annum. Considering this, it is essential to know the future production to improve and sustain the growth and development of sector. The objective of the study is to find out most suitable forecasting method for milk production for sustainable future production and policy implications. The data used in study is secondary data, collected from FAOSTAT (1961 to 2012) and NDDB (1991 to 2012). Stationarity of data was checked with Autocorrelation Function (ACF) and Partial autocorrelation function (PACF), after confirming the stationarity, Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Vector Autoregression (VAR) models were used. Akaike Information Criteria (AIC), Schwartz Bayesian Criteria (SBC), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), R square and RMSE were used to test reliability of model. The results indicate that ARIMA (1, 1, 1) is more suitable method with the use of SPSS software package for forecasting of milk. Milk production is expected to be 160 million tonnes by 2017.

As a result of the study of the state and problems in the dairy industry of the East Kazakhstan region - the leading region for production of dairy products in the country, development of dairy cattle breeding in the Republic of Kazakhstan and East Kazakhstan region from 2010-2019 was analyzed, using indicators of gross milk yield, average annual cow population, milk yield per cow, structure of milk production in the region by categories of farms. The dynamics of production of dairy products in the region is considered based on the analysis of the volumes of milk production and main types of dairy products; assessment of the level of the average annual production capacity of enterprises, population's demand for dairy products and its actual consumption is presented. Along with this, the main problems of the development of dairy industry in the region are identified: low level of utilization of production capacities, shortage and low quality of used raw materials that do not meet the requirements of sanitary standards, an outdated material and technical base, and ways of solving them are proposed. The formation of specialized dairy farms of large and medium size, the development of agricultural cooperation will contribute to the provision of raw materials for dairy factories in the region. State support and stimulation of the activities of these forms of management will increase production of raw materials for the dairy industry in the region, improve its quality, as a result of compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, carrying out veterinary and breeding work at the required level, as well as integrated approach to ensuring employment of rural population and food security of the country.

The dairy industry is one of the important components of the food industry in Ukraine. Significant dynamic and structural changes in the procurement, processing and foreign trade of milk and dairy products have been observed in recent years. Further prospects for the development of the dairy industry are formed under the influence of a decrease in agricultural harvesting of milk, a decrease in the volume of deep processing of milk (production of butter and cheese), changes in foreign trade. It is important to study the current state of the dairy industry and identify trends in its further development. The tendencies of milk procurement by agricultural enterprises and households of Ukraine are investigated. Over the years milk production in agriculture has been dynamically diminishing, with a shift to entrepreneurial forms of dairy farming. It has been noted that the decrease in milk production volume in recent years has influenced the dynamics of industrial production of dairy products. In particular, in recent years the production of cheese and butter has decreased significantly, and milk production has been characterized by unstable trends. The general characteristics of Ukraine's foreign trade in milk and dairy products are presented. In recent years, the value of the export-to-import ratio has been positive for most dairy products. Over the last year (2018), exports of butter, condensed milk and cream, condensed milk and cream and whey prevailed in Ukraine. At the same time, they imported more cheese and butter, fermented or fermented milk and cream. The main part of the exported dairy products was export of butter and milk and cream condensed, imported mainly cheese. It is established that the main problem of the dairy industry today is the low level of milk production. Therefore, financial and investment processes should be stimulated to build farms and increase livestock production at enterprises to offset losses from reduced milk production by households. At the same time, it is necessary to encourage deep processing of milk, in particular the production of butter (main export product) and cheese (to avoid import dependence).

In third world countries, where the level of mechanization in agriculture is low, livestock rearing is mainly for draught purpose. On the other hand, the use of animals for draught purpose is low in developed countries owing to the high level of farm mechanization and the animals are mainly reared for the consumption of meat and milk. Milk production in Pakistan is an important enterprise for over five million households owning buffaloes and cattle. Supply response of livestock has been undertaken mostly in developed countries. In developing countries livestock farming is not done on a large scale basis. This study is an attempt to obtain the best estimates of the response of milk producers while making a decision about production allocation of milk in Pakistan. The main objectives of the study are: (1) to test whether Pakistani milk producers respond to price movements (2) to estimate the elasticities of production with respect to milk producers: (a) relative price (b) credit and lagged production (c) to make a comparison of short-run and long-run price elasticities with that of developed and underdeveloped countries (d) to identify policy measures. The study is based on secondary data at the Pakistan level and covers a period of 31 years, starting from 1971-72 to 2002-03. Marc Nerlove’s (1958) partial adjustment lagged model is used for the study. The result of the analysis reveals that in the process of making the production decisions for milk production, all the variables (relative price, credit availability and lagged milk production) are equally important.

The purpose of the article is: to assess organizational and economic state of the Ukrainian dairy industry production and to identify the causal links of transformational changes that have taken place and are taking place in Ukraine and have led to undesirable consequences; to determine reasons for existing natural milk production in Ukraine even in the XXI century; to offer a step-by-step solution of organizational and economic problems of dairy industry development in order to provide the domestic market with the required quantity and quality of dairy products and export potential, considering modern Ukrainian realities and experience of the leading countries of the world. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the systematic approach to determining economic processes based on the dialectical method of cognition, as well as using scientific developments of domestic and foreign scientists on the efficiency of milk production and processing, laws and regulations of state authorities of Ukraine on dairy farming and milk processing during formation of the relevant market. Monographic and abstract and logical methods were used to substantiate the research methodology and theoretical generalizations in determining the essence of organizational and economic principles of development of the dairy subcomplex and justifying the typicality concept. When working with analytics and empirical knowledge of phenomena and processes, such methods of economic research were used: comparative analysis, economic and statistical, graphic. To analyse the economic efficiency of milk production depending on various influencing factors and select groups for identifying typical dairy farms, the method of statistical groupings was used. Determining the directions of development and improving efficiency of milk production and processing in the relevant consumer market required the use of calculation and design, balance, extrapolation and other research methods. Research results. The role and place of personal peasant farms and agricultural enterprises through their volumes and structure in the general problem of providing products of the population of Ukraine were considered. Taking into account modern Ukrainian realities and experience of the world's leading countries, a step-by-step solution of organizational and economic problems of dairy industry development was proposed in order to provide the domestic market with the required quantity and quality of dairy products and increase export potential. Scientific novelty. For the first time, the causal links in the historical process between households and agricultural enterprises and their role in shaping the volume and quality of milk are considered. The reasons that led to the undesirable consequences were identified and suggestions for their elimination were given. It is substantiated that the quality of milk produced in households for own consumption is of high quality. Practical significance. Necessary ways of liquidation of impersonal transfer of milk from the household before it gets into the receiving tank of the procurer were offered. It should be achieved in our conditions only by increasing the number of livestock kept in a separate household: from 1-2 cows to at least 15-20 animals, i.e. the creation of dairy family farms, as it have been done in Poland, France etc. In this case, a milk producer is fully responsible for its quality. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of food security and analyze the development trends of the milk market in terms of providing the population with dairy products. Research methods. In the process of the study, dialectical methods of cognition, a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, monographic (with generalized domestic and foreign experience in determining the economic essence of food security), analysis and synthesis (when studying the levels of milk production and the physical and economic accessibility of the population to these products) were used , statistical groupings (when identifying the place of regions in the national volume of dairy production), economic and statistical (when processing mass statistical data), abstract logical (when substantiating theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions). Research results. The theoretical aspects of food security as an economic category are substantiated, the essence of which is reduced as the ability of the state under various conditions to provide guarantees and meet the needs of the population for food products at a scientifically grounded level of consumption for effective demand. The analysis of the development of the milk market in the context of ensuring food security, in particular of such a segment as the consumption of milk in accordance with the scientifically grounded norm, is carried out and trends in the provision of milk to the regions of Ukraine are determined. Scientific novelty. The analysis of the level of dairy products consumption by the population of the regions of Ukraine made it possible to determine a certain level of imbalances in the production and formation of regional food stocks and to classify the regions of Ukraine by functions in the milk market according to the level of provision with their own production, which made it possible to substantiate the need for interregional exchange of industry products in order to improve the level consumption per capita and strengthening food security. Practical significance. The recommendations of the authors can be used by the Departments of agro-industrial development of regional state administrations in the development of food security programs, taking into account both the development of their own milk production and the exchange between regions. AbstractCrowdfunding is a method of financing new ventures, commercial, cultural or social, often in return for future products or actions, engaged in by many investors. Currently, it is an important element in the structure of available sources of financing for investment projects. Despite the interest of potential investors, individual social sponsors and large-scale activities of institutions promoting knowledge about the functioning of crowdfunding aimed at encouraging and promoting it as a source of capital for new ventures, there is a lack of knowledge and, consequently, experience on its development and achievement. The aim of this study is to analyze this source of financing, assess its development globally and in Poland. In the preparation of the article,. a critical analysis of foreign and Polish literature was carried out, and descriptive and comparative research methods applied. The research task undertaken in the study was to analyze the crowdfunding market globally and in Poland. The Polish crowdfunding platforms were detailed and compared in terms of value in relation to the largest global platforms. The source for analyses of crowdfunding development in Poland was available literature on the analyzed topic and secondary data from the websites of specialized internet platforms. The article depicts a new, but important, aspect of financing the activity of enterprises, which is crowdfunding. It should be emphasized that there is still insufficient knowledge about this type of institution and, as a result, the importance and role that social financing plays in the financial market.

Milk is an important intake to meet nutritional needs. Both consumed by children, and adults. Indonesia has many producers of fresh milk, but it is not sufficient for national milk needs. Data mining is a science in the field of computers that is widely used in research. one of the data mining techniques is Clustering. Clustering is a method by grouping data. The Clustering method will be more optimal if you use a lot of data. Data to be used are provincial data in Indonesia from 2000 to 2017 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study are in Clusters based on 2 milk-producing groups, namely high-dairy producers and low-milk producing regions. From 27 data on fresh milk production in Indonesia, two high-level provinces can be obtained, namely: West Java and East Java. And 25 others were added in 7 provinces which did not follow the calculation of the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, including in the low level cluster.
