In the modern world, tourism is perceived as a socio-economic event that directly and indirectly affects the development of all related infrastructure. Modern tourism is based on a high level of development of transport, social and service sectors, which ultimately makes it a highly profitable sector of the economy. According to the World Tourism Organization (WTO), tourism is one of the most profitable and dynamic sectors of the world economy today. It is the second most profitable after oil production and refining. Tourism accounts for about 6% of the world's gross domestic product, 7% of global investment, every 16th job, 11% of global consumption spending and 5% of all tax revenues. In this regard, the tourism sector is actively developing in many countries with state support. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the prospects for the development of tourism in Karabakh. Nagorno-Karabakh has great tourism potential, and the restoration of lost infrastructure communications in the liberated territories is expected to create favorable conditions for business, including the development of tourism. In the concept "Azerbaijan 2021-2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development" approved by the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated February 02. 2021 the following five National Priorities for socio-economic development of the country should be implemented in the next decade: 1. Steadily growing competitive economy; 2. A society based on dynamic, inclusive and social justice; 3. Competitive human capital and space for modern innovations; 4. Great return to the liberated territories; 5. Clean environment and "green growth" country. It is clear that sustainable development is also a process of economic and social change in which harmonious development, balanced development, natural resources, investment, scientific and technological development, personal development and institutional change are linked and strengthen the current situation.

Pregnancy is a critical period for a woman's dental health and is characterized by changes in the level and structure of oral diseases. The course of pregnancy is a significant psycho-emotional, immunological and metabolic burden for the female body. Complex psycho-physiological changes in the body during pregnancy are accompanied by pronounced disorders of the oral cavity. The aim of the study was to study the dynamics of periodontal tissue damage during pregnancy and to identify the peculiarities of different methods of prophylactic and therapeutic and preventive measures. A comprehensive dental study was conducted in 170 pregnant women aged 18 to 40 years according to the WHO methodology. The results of the study indicate a significant prevalence (according to the PMA index) of periodontal pathology among pregnant women,the severity of which increases with age and gestational age (from 41.7% to 78.8%). The severity of disease (according to the CPITN index) was clinically characterized by bleeding gums (45.56%), dental plaque and calculus (30.55%), and periodontal pockets (13.57%). The highest incidence of inflammatory phenomena in periodontal tissues occurs in the second trimester, and the critical increase - in the third trimester, indicating the need for a differentiated approach in choosing the timing of preventive examinations of pregnant women and developing differentiated treatment and preventive programs based on the prevailing dental pathologies. The article discusses the priority directions of innovative development of the machine-building complex in Azerbaijan. Mechanical engineering as the most important branch of industry is an industry capable of ensuring sustainable and sustainable innovative development of the country's economy. However, in the era of globalization, this area has faced numerous problems. This can be explained by: a shortage of investments; outdated means of basic production; high competition in domestic and global markets; a shortage of qualified personnel, etc. All this makes it urgent to modernize and recreate the machine-building industry of Azerbaijan in accordance with the requirements of the time. Based on this necessity, the article examines the aspects of sustainable economic development of the machine-building industrial complex. At the end of the article, assessing the current state of the machine-building industrial complex of Azerbaijan, strategic directions of its scientifically-based innovative economic development are proposed. The article discusses the application of "smart technologies" in preventing the decline in production in the oil industry. Unlike other economic sectors, the factors that determine the application of "smart technologies" in the process of modeling and forecasting hydrocarbon fields by oil companies to increase production and ensure the safety of processes in the fields have been studied. Geological surveys carried out by the Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC) AzerGold for the exploration of new deposits and expansion of production areas are giving positive results. For an effective assessment of reserves at the fields, AzerGold CJSC conducts intensive exploration work and drills deep wells in these fields. Since 2017, AzerGold CJSC has been mining Chovdar, Agyokhush, Tulallar, Marakh, Filizchay etc others and Jayirchay gold, as well as it carries out various works on fine metal deposits. The latest financial indicators of AzerGold CJSC give reason to say that it is a stable company. It is expected that AzerGold CJSC will react faster to the growth rates in the world markets due to the work carried out at new gold deposits and efficient use of resources. The net profit of a Closed Joint Stock Company has been growing at a higher rate over the years. AzerGold CJSC produces ingots and coins from Azerbaijani gold and silver in various historical designs. Bars and coins are currently sold in stores owned by Italdizain Group, Levata Group and SI Luxury World, which have a long history of selling premium goods. AzerGold CJSC will soon become better known in the local and international markets as a gold producer of the country. AzerGold CJSC issues bonds, increases the company's technological capabilities for gold production and strengthens production in order to bring more gold to the world market. Recent financial indicators of AzerGold CJSC give grounds to say that it is a stable company. The company's revenue, net profit and total capital of the company in 2019 increased several times compared to 2018.
