This study was conducted to examine the influence of fundamental factors of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy (DPR). And furthermore the influence of profitability, liquidity and dividend policy (DPR) to return stock in companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2013. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria : (1) It is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013. (2) It is always seem annual financial statements for the period 2010-2013. (3) It is always pay dividends. The data required in this study were drawn from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) from 2010 to 2013 consisting of 20 companies. Multiple regression analysis of the data. Hypothesis test used the t-statistic at the 5% significance level. The results showed profitability and dividend policy (DPR) have a significant effect on stock returns. These results indicate that the performance of the fundamental factors of profitability and dividend payout on stock returns are used by investors to predict stock returns manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013.

And furthermore the influence of profitability, liquidity and dividend policy to return stock in companies incorporated in the LQ45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2014. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria : (1) It is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014. (2) It is always seem annual financial statements for the period 2011-2014. (3) It is always pay dividends. Abstract - This study was conducted to examine the influence of fundamental factors (NPL, and LDR) on stock returns Banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2005-2014. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria as follows, 1) Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005-2014, 2) Always report the annual financial statements during the period from 2005 to 2014, 3) is engaged in the same relative industry. Data required in this study were taken from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), during 2005-2014 has listings for 42 companies banking and samples taken 10 Bank. Multiple regression analysis of data by the method of ordinary least squares (OLS). Hypothesis test used t-statistic and f-statistics at 5% significance level. The results showed Non   perfoming   loan (NPL) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) significantly   affects   stock returns. The results of this study indicate that the performance factors fundamental Non perfoming loan (NPL) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) should be considered to increase the Return Stocks, because by keeping the balance between the funds raised to be channeled into loans and for NPL small or well then will produce maximum profit. Keywords: Non perfoming Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Stock Return

Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return

This study is to conducted to examine the effect of variable earning persistence and leverage toward earning response coefficient. This study used 15 manufacturing companies belonging goodand food industry are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling, based on criteria, there are 35 companies and tested with multiple regression analysis. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and yahoo.finance.com and hypothesis test using t-statistic and f-statistic with significance level of 5%. These results indicate that the effect is not significant earnings persistence and leverage significant effect. The resulted of examinations can be used as basic information for investors before do the injections. Based on this study it can be delivered to the investor Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) to pay attention to other factors in response to the earnings announcement on the company's stock market analysis.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and dividend policy on firm value by moderating profitability in food beverages companies. Samples are Food Beverages Sub Sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is a moderation regression analysis (MRA) using eviews 9. The results of hypothesis testing show that the capital structure variable (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), dividend policy (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on firm value ( PBV), profitability (ROA) strengthens the effect of capital structure (DER) on firm value (PBV), but profitability (ROA) does not strengthen the effect of dividend policy (EPS) on firm value (PBV). These results indicate that the higher the capital structure financed by debt and the greater the dividends distributed to investors, the higher the firm value.Keywords: Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Firm Value

The research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Financial Stability on Misstatement of Financial Statements and to determine the ability of Opportunity Fraud to moderate the influence of Financial Stability on Misstatement of Financial Statements. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which has corporate financial data, especially manufacturing companies. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 308 observational data. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that Financial stability had a positive effect on the misstatement of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018 and Opportunity Fraud weakened the influence of Financial Stability on the Misstatement of Financial Statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity on dividend policy in industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. This research was conducted using quantitative methods using associative methods. The population in this study consisted of financial statements of industrial companies 2016-2018 as many as 45 companies and sampled as many as 11 companies with 33 financial statements. Sampling in this study is by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption and regression tests. The results in this study indicate: The variable taken is dividend policy while the independent variable is liquidity. The results showed that partially the liquidity variable had a negative effect on dividend policy with a t value of -4.095 <2.042 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it could be interpreted that liquidity had a negative effect on dividend policy on companies in various industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the period of 2016-2018.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments
