Plant is not only closely related to human beings’ life, but also an integral part of raw materials in production. Protection of nature and plant resources is an increasingly urgent needs around the world. Cognition is a prerequisite for the protection of plant. But the way of plant science popularization is old, the knowledge of plant is too obscure to the general public. The system of plant science popularization based on the QR code spreads the knowledge of plant with illustrations interactively, to facilitate ordinary users to learn, understand and identify plant species. The article will detail all aspects of development of the system, allowing more scholars to understand the digitized plant science popularization under the new media.

Science literacy, science popularization and STEM were analyzed as the structural elements on popular science landscape. Author considers audience, tools and other specific features for each of these elements. Modified definitions are suggested for simplification of further analysis. It was shown that starting from 21st Century science literacy and science popularization can be considered as two separate elements with different objectives and different audience. One more conclusion is the following. Public funding is the mandatory requirement for sustainable development of science literacy. The joint project was proposed for acceleration of World Organization on Science Literacy creation. The essence of this project is to create, print and distribute joint textbook “Create yourself by use your own tale” for increasing children creativity. The book should be adapted to the features of up to 10 countries.

Radio astronomy telescope can get information from invisible universe by receiving electromagnetic waves. Difference from optical telescopes, there exists many difficulties for making the public understanding the radio astronomy phenomenon. In this paper, we will introduce a new platform for radio astronomy science popularization education in order to help public know radio telescope and radio astronomy. The platform consists of a 0.8meter parabolic antenna, a wide bandwidth low noise amplifier (LNA) and a Software Defined Radio (SDR) terminal. Based on SDR terminal which covers the band from 70MHz to 6GHz, we can get some strong emissions such as the Neutral hydrogen, solar radio bursts and so on in this band. People can carry out many radio astronomy experiments focusing on science popularization by this platform. This new science education tool can interest high school students in science and technology, also students can understand how radio telescopes works.

Education is training, part of which is being able to handle information. At meetings such as this, one learns new ways to teach and to adapt ideas to one's culture in a way they can have a greater influence on the lay person (Pasachoff and Percy, 1990; Percy, 1996). A reason to promote science popularization is to give people a chance to experience the pleasure of understanding.
