The high-precision roll attitude estimation of the decoupled canards relative to the projectile body based on the bipolar hall-effect sensors is proposed. Firstly, the basis engineering positioning method based on the edge detection is introduced. Secondly, the simplified dynamic relative roll model is established where the feature parameters are identified by fuzzy algorithms, while the high-precision real-time relative roll attitude estimation algorithm is proposed. Finally, the trajectory simulations and grounded experiments have been conducted to evaluate the advantages of the proposed method. The positioning error is compared with the engineering solution method, and it is proved that the proposed estimation method has the advantages of the high accuracy and good real-time performance.

During the processing of aircraft and other high precision machinery workpieces, if using the traditional machining methods, it will consume a amount of machining costs, and the mechanical processing cycle is long. In this context, this paper designs a kind of robot intelligent processing system with high precision machinery. And it has realized the intelligent online control on the machining process by using the high precision machining intelligent online monitoring technology and the numerical simulation prediction technology. Finally, this system is introduced into the process of data mining for volleyball game, and designs the partial differential variational data mining model, which has realized the key parameter data mining of volleyball games service system, and has provided reliable parameters and technical support for the training of volleyball players.

The area of web-based CAD system has grown since the mid-1990s. This paper introduces a new web-based CAD system for fabric appearance. The system uses the Browser/Server structure, and the designer can employ this system installed on the server to build a 3D model of fabric appearance through the Web browser. The basic architecture is discussed in this paper. Some key technologies, such as graphics display, texture mapping and the data exchange, are also investigated. In the last, some future research directions are presented.

Most of the rural transportation system is composed of two-lane highways, and many of them serve as the primary means for rural access to urban areas and freeways. In some highways, traffic volumes can be not high enough to justify a four-lane highway but higher than can be served by isolated passing lanes, or can present high number of head-on collisions. In those conditions, 2 + 1 highways are potentially applicable. This type of highway is used to provide high-performance highways as intermediate solution between the common two-lane highway and the freeway. Successful experiences reported in Germany, Sweden, Finland, Poland, or Texas (US) may suggest that they are potentially applicable in other countries. The objective of this white paper is to provide an overview of the past practice in 2 + 1 highways and discuss the research directions and challenges in this field, specially focusing on, but not limited to, operational research in association with the activities of the Subcommittee on Two-Lane Highways (AHB40 2.2) of the Transportation Research Board. The significance of this paper is twofold: (1) it provides wider coverage of past 2 + 1 highways design and evaluation, and (2) it discusses future directions of this field.

The increasing demand for high precision indoor positioning in many public services has urged research to implement cost-effective systems for a rising number of applications. However, current systems with either short-range positioning technology based on wireless local area networks (WLAN) and ZigBee achieving meter-level accuracy, or ultra-wide band (UWB) and 60 GHz communication technology achieving high precision but with high cost required, could not meet the need of indoor wireless positioning. This paper presents a new method of high precision indoor positioning by autocorrelation phase measurement of spread spectrum signal utilizing carrier frequency lower than 1 GHz, thereby decreasing power emission and hardware cost. The phase measurement is more sensitive to the distance of microwave transmission than timing, thus achieving higher positioning accuracy. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed positioning method can achieve high precision of less than 1 centimeter decreasing when various noise and interference added.
