Objective - The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The population in this study is 150 employees from a State-Owned Bank. The sampling method uses census techniques so that the number of samples used is 150 employees. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, which is then analyzed using a path analysis technique (SPSS software) to examine the relationships among the constructs, which are: compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and performance. Findings –The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant relationship between job satisfaction, and the work environment has a significant relationship on job satisfaction. The results also prove that compensation has no relationship on performance, work environment has a significant relationship on performance, and job satisfaction has a significant relationship on performance. The results of this study also indicate that as an indirect effect, compensation has a significant relationship on performance through job satisfaction and the work environment has a significant relationship on performance through job satisfaction. Novelty - Previous studies have been carried out in many western countries, raising doubts about generalizations in the same research results in developing countries such as Indonesia. Therefore, the novelty in this study is carried out in the context of developing countries, especially in State-Owned Banks in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Type of Paper: Empirical. The Information Technology sector is one of the best contributing sectors to the Indian GDP growth rate. Even though it is contributing the best, but there are certain issues like frequent movement of the employees’ from one organization to other and the IT companies often using the retrenchment policies in their organization. Here rises the question of job satisfaction, emotional intelligence levels of the employees’ and organizational culture. The main purpose of the study is to find the mediating role of organizational culture in between the emotional intelligence and job satisfaction levels of the employees’. 463 is the sample size and the sample unit is IT professional working at Hyderabad, Telangana. Regression and PROCESS MACRO are the tools used. Emotional intelligence levels of the employees’ were found to have moderately significant impact on Organizational culture and job satisfaction. Process Macro plugin is used for testing the mediation effect. Organizational culture was found to be significantly mediating between Emotional intelligence and job satisfaction

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. This can be realized by treating employees well, giving awards to employees with good performance Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, locus of control, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah dan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi, locus of control, stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan menggunakan quesioner untuk 183 responden, teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (parth analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah, locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah, dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah.This purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational culture, locus of control, and job stress on the performance apparatus of district governments, this study also examine the mediating role of job satisfaction effect on organizational culture, locus of control, work stress on the performance of district governments. <p><em>This study aims to determine the impact of Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction at Private hospital in West Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using AMOS 20 software and mediation analysis is conducted with Sobel’s test. The results showed that organizational culture has possitif affect and significant on job satisfaction,  job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant on employee performance, organizational culture doesn’t affect and hasn’t significant on employee performance,  and job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant mediates the effect of organizational culture to employee performance.</em></p>
