This study investigates the effect of primary radio climatic variables on the tropospheric surface radio refractivity across three stations (Makurdi (7.7322° N, 8.5391° E), Jos (9.8965° N, 8.8583° E) and Lagos (6.5244° N, 3.3792° E) in Nigeria. Two years (January 2008-December 2009) primary radio climatic variables data (temperature, pressure and relative humidity) obtained from the archive of the Tropospheric Data Acquisition Network (TRODAN) of the Centre for Atmospheric Research (CAR), which is an activity centre of the Nigeria National Space Research and Development Agency (NASDRA) was used for this study. The measurement was made at 30 minutes interval for a complete 24 hours cycle. The results obtained establish the variation of temperature and relative humidity to refractivity across the region.

This study describes the impact of work culture in implementing the e-planning application to realize good governanc e studies in the Planning ,Research and Development Agency of 50 Kota. There search method used is descriptive qualitative, because the problems are complex so that it requires interviews and observations to get valid data. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the impact of work culture in implementing E-Planning applications to achieve Good Governance at Bapelitbang Kabupaten 50 Kota it has had a good impact but there are still some problems that the authors haveen countered, among others: there are still delays in the preparation and inp t of planning documents, there are no awards given to employees, accommodation of RPJPD programs in application E-Planning and there are still employees who don't understand how to use the E-Planning application.

AbstrakTechnological advances today are very developed, so it can help the community in monitoring home security. One example is offices or houses owned by themselves. In this research I am interested in doing research and development in the field of IoT where this research aims to build a system that can help homeowners to provide security at the door of the house during remote travel. With fingerprint system equipped with door monitoring using botTelegram this system itself is implemented with the concept of internet of things (IoT). In this study using the concept of internet of things implemented in the automatic door system using microcontroller that serves as a prototype regulator so that the prototype can run properly. In this system has an interface in the form of Telegram-based applications by utilizing BotTelegram that serves as a communication tool between users and the system. In this system, users can monitor the security of the door when traveling or at home. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the system can run with a percentage of 85% where the system can open automatic doors with fingerprint configuration data that has been registered in the fingerprint module. Keywords: Internet of things, fingerprints, telegram bots, nodemcu, Door Security
