The selection of suppliers is essential to minimize the cost of procuring raw materials for production. This research is important to do in order to increase company profits and ensure the smooth production process. This study aims to select suppliers of shipbuilding raw materials of PT. LMI based on the best ranking order using the ANP-PROMETHEE method implemented in a decision support system. The variables used are 16 sub criteria and 6 alternatives. The ANP-PROMETHEE method is used because of its advantages in handling multi-criteria assessment based on subjective assumptions from decision makers. Stages of the study began with the ANP method to get the importance of weight then proceed to the calculation with the PROMETHEE method to get an alternative ranking. The results of this study is an application as a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help make supplier selection based on predetermined criteria. From the results of the study it was concluded that the ANP-PROMETHEE method can be implemented and is the right solution for supplier selection, ANP handles the problem of multiple objective decision making so that objectivity is maintained, while PROMETHEE handles the multi attribute decision making problem. Other conclusions are obtained that the PROMETHEE calculation has a more significant influence in determining the final outcome of an alternative ranking than the ANP. An input of ANP value is needed with a long number interval so that the results of the calculation of the Consistency Ratio (CR) approach the CR threshold (0.1) so that the ANP has a significant influence in determining the final outcome of an alternative ranking. The CR number that was tested was 0.0629 and proved unable to change the alternative ranking final results, when the CR number that was tested was 0.0993, it was proven to be able to change the alternative ranking final results.

Abstract: In the decision making process of the feasibility of corn raw materials so far only see the physical raw materials tend to be subjective so that in the decision making process of the feasibilityof corn raw materials must take a long time , sometimes the decision taken is not appropriate so that this needs to be addressed again for the feasibility of corn raw materials. From the description above need to be made an auxiliary program for decision support system by using fuzzy SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method in determining corn raw material that is acceptable to PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program which will be made more to assist manager or staff in taking decision and not replace it. The results of this study are expected to assist managers or staff in making decisions for the process of assessing the feasibility of corn raw materials in PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia so as to improve the quality of human resources. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. Supplier selection is a complex problem in the current Industry 4.0 era. The large number of suppliers with different performance qualities makes it difficult for the company's internal parties to choose the appropriate supplier. The suitability of quality suppliers needed to supply raw materials needed by the industry is an important matter to be resolved. In the hand tractor assembly industry, this small and medium industry is also very dependent on the availability of supply materials, and of course it also depends on the selection of the supplier itself. In this study, the object of research is the 151 hand tractor assembly manufacturing industry using 10 main criteria for selecting suppliers. Each criterion has a weight that is calculated using the Fuzzy AHP method so as to obtain alternative supplier results that are displayed in order. A supplier is a company or individual that provides the raw materials needed by the company and its competitors to produce certain goods. In this study, a decision support system for supplier selection at the company has been developed using the AHP fuzzy method. The results of this study are expected to help companies in selecting suppliers that match the predetermined criteria. In building a decision support system that provides supplier recommendations, the authors apply the AHP fuzzy method in the process. With the Supplier Selection Decision Support System Using the AHP Fuzzy Method, it can help companies in selecting suppliers. Based on the research that has been done, suggestions can be made for a Decision Support System for Supplier Selection Using the Fuzzy AHP Method so that in the future it can facilitate the use of a more dynamic system

The Promethee method belongs to the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem solving group which is a very important scientific discipline in decision making or a problem that has more than one criterion (multi criteria). The main objective of the PROMETHEE approach is to facilitate the decision making process by grouping decision types into 6 criteria functions that can adequately represent all types of decisions to solve everyday cases and quantify the degree of preference by using a maximum of 2 parameters that have economic characteristics significant To avoid the element of subjectivity in determining money riots, the authors try to implement a decision support system contained in PROMETHEE that is able to assist in determining the level of money riots. Decision support system is an interactive system that supports the decision making process (Kurniawan, 2015). PROMETHEE method is one method that uses the principle of outranking to solve the problem of decision making to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on established criteria.

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

The teacher is a major milestone in the world of education, the ability and achievement of students cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in teaching and guiding students. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in Article 1 explained that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education and education medium. Whereas in Article 4 of the Act, it is explained that the position of teachers as professionals serves to enhance the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents to function to improve the quality of national education.Decision making is an election process, among various alternatives that aim to meet one or several targets. The decision-making system has 4 phases, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. These phases are the basis for decision making, which ends with a recommendation.The Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method is a rarely used decision support system method. This method is a method developed by stevanie and Bhatt (2010) to solve the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With the right consideration, this method can be one of the tools to determine policies in decision-making systems, especially the selection of outstanding teachers. The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. This paper describes the development of decision support system application to assist students who want to enter college so that no one choose the majors incorrectly. This application uses fuzzy logic method because fuzzy logic is very flexible in data which are vague and can be represented as a linguistic variable. The purpose of this application is to assist students to choose available majors at University Multimedia Nusantara which are appropriate with his/her capabilities. This application accepts five kinds of input values i.e. Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, and TIK. Received input will be processed by the calculation of the system for decision-making and the application will generate output that shows how great a match for each majors. With this application, prospective students can find out where the majors that match his/her capabilities. This application has ninety nine percentage of match result accuracy.
