The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Government Internal Control System, Compliance with Accounting Rules, Law Enforcement and Unethical Behavior on the Tendency of Accounting Fraud with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable in Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study was OPD in the Riau Provincial Government. The sample in this study were officials or employees involved in financial management / accounting at OPDs in Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 35 OPDs with 105 respondents. The sampling method is saturated sampling method or census. The data collection method is a survey method. Data analysis using SEM using SMART PLS. The results showed that the government's internal control system, regulatory compliance, law enforcement and unethical behavior had an effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Organizational commitment is an intervening variable between the government's internal control system, compliance with accounting rules and adherence to accounting rules and the tendency of accounting fraud, but organizational commitment is not an intervening variable between unethical behavior and the tendency of accounting fraud.

A cooperative is a governmental organization established to enhance economic growth and national unity. As the development of the law on cooperatives, the present and developing institutions similar to Savings and Loan Union is called Credit Union. A cooperative is very vulnerable to the risk of loss. Insecurity is possible because of the tendency of accounting fraud. Some things that can affect the tendency of accounting fraud are internal control, compliance compensation, and information asymmetry. This research aims to determine whether there is any influence of internal control system effectiveness, compensation compliance, and information asymmetry on the tendency of accounting fraud. The research uses the quantitative method, and the research subject is Sehati Credit Union. The research data consist of primary and secondary data, especially the purposive sampling data which are collected from 36 respondents. Whereas, the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The research concludes that the effectiveness of internal control system has a partially positive significant influence on the tendency of accounting fraud, compensation compliance has a partially negative significant influence on the tendency of accounting fraud, and information asymmetry has a partially positive significant influence on the tendency of accounting fraud. It means that the effectiveness of the internal control system, compensation compliance, and the information asymmetry have significant influences on the tendency of accounting fraud. This study aims to determine the effect of integrity and morality of individuals on accounting fraud with internal control systems as a mediating variable. The population in this study are 37 Regional Organizations in Badung. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling with 74 respondents. The results showed that individual integrity and morality had a negative effect on accounting fraud, integrity and morality of individuals had a positive effect on the internal control system and the internal control system had a negative effect on accounting fraud. Internal control system partially mediates the negative effect of Integrity on accounting fraud. Internal control system does not mediate the negative effect of Individual Morality on Accounting Fraud. The results are expected to be able to provide insight for relevant parties to pay more attention to internal control systems because they can influence mediating integrity against accounting fraud. The research aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of internal control on trends in accounting fraud, examine the effect of information asymmetry on trends in accounting fraud, examine the effect of compensation appropriateness on accounting fraud trends. Qualitative research was carried out through in-depth surveys and interviews with the management of Islamic banks in Malang, customers, and academics about the need for an internal control system that is in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic banks. The development of an internal control system using the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of The Treadway Commissions) framework was adopted and adapted to the characteristics of Islamic banks. The results of the study offer a model of an Islamic bank's internal control system through five components of the COSO, namely (1) the control environment, (2) risk assessment, (3) control activities, (4) information and communication, and (5) monitoring that will benefit banks sharia to achieve strategic and operational goals, accuracy of financial reporting, and compliance with applicable policies and laws. Thus it will be able to help eliminate risks so that the performance of profit-sharing based financing can also be improved

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to examine employee perceptions in government institutions, namely the influence of procedural justice, distributive justice, effectiveness of the internal control system, suitability of compensation, organizational culture, unethical behavior, and law enforcement against fraud in the Mimika Government, Papua. The number of samples in this study were 140 respondents in the Mimika Government, Papua.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study indicate that unethical behavior has a positive effect on fraud potential, law enforcement has no effect on potential fraud, the effectiveness of the internal control system has a negative effect on fraud potential, procedural justice has a negative effect on fraud potential, distributive justice has no effect on potential fraud, suitability compensation does not affect the potential for fraud, and organizational culture does not affect the potential for fraud in the Mimika government sector in Papua.</em><em></em></p>

The Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in BALI serves as a container of wealth belonging to the village and the village in the form of money or other securities; and as a village-owned financial entity directed at increased efforts The village and support the development of the village. However, there are some cases of fraud/fraud that occurs in the LPD in Bali that have affected the losses especially on the village. Some researchers have conducted research on the likelihood of Fraud Accounting But there are still inconsistent results, researchers will examine the relationship between the internal control system, the tendency to fraud accounting with internal audit as a moderate variable, and give an overview of internal control system in the LPD in Bali province. This Study used LPD samples in the still active province of Bali.  Muse a random sampling method based on the Cluster of 1.283 LPD and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained are the system Internal control of the LPD in BALI does not affect the likelihood of fraud accounting and internal audit on the LPD in BALI is unable to moderate the influence of internal control system to fraud accounting tendencies.

This study aims to analyze the antecedent variables of religiosity (suitability of compensation, money ethics and internal control system) and the consequences on accounting fraud among regional officials. The study method used here was descriptive quantitative method with a correlation approach, the sampling used purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the officials of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) of Serang City and Regency. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS program. The results of the study showed that the suitability of compensation had a negative effect, money ethics had a positive effect, the internal control system had a negative effect and religiosity had a negative effect on accounting fraud among the regional officials. Then the suitability of compensation, money ethics and internal control systems were proved to be the antecedent variables of religiosity.
