This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The important decision faced by financial management which relates to the continuity of company operations is funding decision which is capital structure. Capital structure achieves optimal value if the composition of debt and capital are able to increase company value. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of ownership structure, profitability, firm size, and tangibility against capital structure (research on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016). The population in this research were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. This research used purposive sampling method with certain criteria to determine the sample. The sample used was 38 companies with the research period 2012-2016 at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis using Eviews 8 was used to analyze the data. The result of multiple linear regression test showed that there were three independent variables that affect capital structure they were managerial ownership, firm size and tangibility. Whereas institutional ownership and profitability did not affect the capital structure of manufacturing companies in 2012-2016. The conclusion of this research is managerial ownership, firm size and tangibility have positive and significant effect on capital structure, while institutional ownership and profitability have negative and insignificant effect on capital structure.

Objective: This paper explores whether the firm size and capital structure have an impact on corporate valuation. Then it will raise profitability as an intervening variable on the effect of company size and capital structure on corporate valuation. Research Design & Methods: Data gathering method is finalized by using the documentation method. In this study, data were obtained from published financial reports. Samples from this study were 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Findings: The results exhibited that firm size affected profitability and firm value. In the meantime, the capital structure has a big influence on performance and does not affect the company's valuation. Profitability has a positive effect on corporate value. This study also concludes that profitability can mediate firm size to firm value. Conversely, profitability cannot mediate capital structure on corporate value.   Implications & Recommendations: This study offers empirical evidence that profitability can be an intervening variable in firm size's effect on firm value. In further research, other variables can be added, which are considered to mediate company size and capital structure on corporate value.  Contribution & Value Added: This study's results contribute to the financial literature, especially those related to public corporations' value in Indonesia. As a practical contribution, stockholders can use this study's outcomes as additional information in investment decisions.

  The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, sales growth, asset structure, and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable. The population are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012 - 2017. Sampling using purposive sampling and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are firm size and asset structure have a positive effect on capital structure. Sales growth and profitability have a negative effect on capital structure. Capital structure, sales growth, and asset structure have a negative effect on firm value. Firm size has a positive effect on company value. Capital structure cannot mediate the influence of firm size and profitability on firm value. Capital structure can mediate the effect of sales growth and asset structure on firm value.

The company has a specific goal by increasing the prosperity of its owners and shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (total assets) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). The object of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method with several specified criteria, and a sample size of 12 companies, and obtained for five years from the annual financial reports, so that a total of 60 company samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained from a ready-made form, has been collected and has been processed by other parties in the form of a sample of company annual financial statements. To determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, the analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to examine the influence of capital expenditure variables, company growth, and company size on firm value through financial performance is moderated by the capital structure of the company in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research methodology uses quantitative methods, the number of observations as many as 50 sourced from 45 companies over 5 annual periods. The results of this study found that: (1) Capital Expenditure (Capex), Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) had no effect on Company Value (PBV), (2) Capital Expenditure (Capex) does not affect Financial Performance (ROE), (3) Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) have a significant effect on ROE, (4) Financial Performance (ROE) has a significant positive effect on Value Company (PBV), (5) Financial Performance (ROE) does not mediate the effect of Capital Expenditure (Capex), Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) on Firm Value (PBV), (6) Capital Structure (DER) moderates the influence of Financial Performance (ROE) to Company Value (PBV)

The purpose of this study is to formulate a determinant model of capital structure and firm value. The population of this study is the tourism industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. In this study the entire population is sampled (Total Sampling). Data collection procedures by collecting audited (annual report) financial report data issued by the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that partially profitability, institutional ownership and firm size had a significant effect on capital structure while company growth had no significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the profitability variables, institutional ownership, company growth and company size affect the capital structure. Partially profitability, institutional ownership, company size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while company growth does not significantly influence firm value Simultaneously profitability, Institutional ownership, company size, company growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value in the sector tourism industry.

This research was aimed to evaluate whether there is a Leverage, Total Assets Turnover, Earning per Share, Current Ratio, Profitability, and Firm Size have related to dividend policy of manufacturing companies which is registered on Indonesia stock exchange in period 2017-2019. This research is included in type of quantitative descriptive research which uses data from 162 manufacturing companies that is registered on Indonesia stock exchange in period 2017-2019. This research also uses purposive sampling method that have 52 samples. Data in this research are all of the financial reports from each company that is published  on www.idx.co.id. The variables related in this research are leverage, tato, eps, current ratio, profitability, and firm size. The research’s method uses descriptive analysis and multiplelinear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that Leverage have a negative effect to dividend policy, Total Assets Turnover have a negative effect to dividend policy, Earning per Share does not have a negative and significant to dividend policy, Current Ratio have a negative effect to dividend policy, Profitability does not make a significant contribution to dividend policy, and Firm Size does not have a negative and significant to dividend policy of manufacturing companies on Indonesia stock exchange. Simultaneously, Leverage, Total Assets Turnover, Earning per Share, Current Ratio, Profitability, and Firm Size together have a significant with dividend policy of manufacturing companies on Indonesia stock exchange. The intrinsic value of a company refers to the real value of a company. Company value in the concept of intrinsic value is not just the price of a set of assets, but the value of the company as a business entity that has the ability to generate profits at a later date. In the company appraisal process, that how the capital structure can affect the value of the company or not, the presence of various risks, taxes, and other costs, as well as changes in leverage can increase the value of the company and reduce it. This study aims to analyze the effect of company size and asset growth through capital structure on the intrinsic value of companies in the property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 with a total sample of 37 companies. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that company size has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, asset growth has no effect on capital structure, company size and asset growth have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic value, while capital structure has no effect on intrinsic value, and firm size and asset growth there are no direct effect on intrinsic value through capital structure. This study also obtained the result that firm size is more dominant in supporting intrinsic values of Property and Real Estate Companies in Indonesia. In the midst of an unstable Indonesian economy, it requires every company to be able to face and anticipate all situations to survive in increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to test whether receivables turnover, working capital turnover, cash turnover and capital structures have an influence on profitability in large and small trade sector manufacturing companies listed on the stock Exchange Indonesian. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research which uses data from 62 companies manufacturing large and small trade sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 18 samples. The research methods used are methods of descriptive analysis and analysis methods of multiple linear regression.The results showed that in a partial receivables turnover has no significant effect on profitability,working capital turnover has no negative and significant effect on profitability,cash turnover has no effect Significant impact on profitability and the capital structure has no significant effect on the profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Simultaneously the receivables turnover,working capital turnover,cash turnover and capital structure together have significant effect on the company's profitability measured from the profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
