The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of the enterprise information system in order to submit a proposed information systems strategy. Research methods used in this research is the analysis of the Enterprise Architecture. The proposed planning is business strategy planning and information technologysystems in companies, which can be used within a period of several years. The conclusion from this study is that the proposed planning system can help the company's performance in running business processes, and create a competitive advantage for the company to stay afloat and ahead of the stiff competition in the present or in the future.

PT.XYZ is a gas oil manufacturing company, which produces offshore oil and gas drilling equipment. In supporting its business processes, this company uses a separate module application which causes data flow to be interrupted and results in the company experiencing delays in managing data and getting information on time. Based on the analysis of the problem, the researcher will design an integrated enterprise information system architecture for sales, finance, raw material procurement, production, project plan, and inventory. The method used is the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework which consists of four phases, namely the vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture phases. This enterprise architecture design produces a blueprint as a guideline or framework in the development of information systems at PT. XYZ. The overall result of this research is to produce an enterprise architecture information system design

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of tires. Good business strategy is necessary for the company to compete with local competitors as well as with other companies in the group XYZ. Business strategy is also needed in order to achieve its goal in providing the best services for customers. Support the implementation of information systems and information technology is needed to support the company's business strategy. Planning of the Enterprise Architecture is necessary for the company to run its business processes. Enterprise architecture is composed of the Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. Business processes and organizational activities executed using the data collected, managed, secured and distributed using applications, both custom applications and common applications that run over the technology infrastructure and computer networks. The research report in this thesis discusses about planning the Enterprise Architecture of Manufacturing Information System Architecture Based Cloud Computing using TOGAF, a case study in PT.XYZ. In planning this architecture using the TOGAF-ADM to pass the following stages: Defining planning the Architecture Vision, Planning the Business Architecture, Planning the Information System Architecture, Planning the Technology Architecture, Solutions and Opportunities, Migration Planning, Implementation Management, and Change Management Architecture. The research process is done by looking at the business strategy on the manufacturing process and products distribution from PT. XYZ. The results of this study are planning the enterprise architecture of manufacturing information system at PT. XYZ to support the implementation of enterprise information systems as a whole, to solve the integration problems of information systems, and improve effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of information technology infrastructure.

An integrated information system is needed in an enterprise to support businessprocesses run by an enterprise. Therefore, to develop information system can use enterprisearchitecture approach which can define strategic planning of enterprise information system. SMPNegeri 1 Jambi can be viewed as an enterprise because there are entities that should be managedthrough an integrated information system. Since there has been no unification of different elementsin a unity yet, enterprise architecture model using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) isneeded which will obtain strategic planning of enterprise information system in SMP Negeri 1Jambi. The goal of strategic planning of information system with Enterprise Architecture Planning(EAP) is to define primary activities run by SMP Negeri 1 Jambi and support activities supportingprimary activities. They can be used as a basis for making data architecture which is the entities ofapplication architecture. At last, technology architecture is designed to describe technology neededto provide environment for data application. Information technology has developed in various fields of life. Along with these developments, technology also plays a very important role in agriculture and animal husbandry. However, the Bali Etawa Farm company has not utilized information technology so that in carrying out its business processes there are obstacles. One of the obstacles facing Bali Etawa Farm today is that the existing processes are not yet integrated, both in terms of production, sales and warehouse processes. With these problems, it is necessary to create an Enterprise Information System to integrate all processes in Bali Etawa Farm. The research method used in this research is the waterfall method which is also called the classic life cycle and data collection is interviews, observation and documentation at Bali Etawa Farm. Based on the results of data collection, the constraints and flow of business processes that exist at Bali Etawa Farm are identified. From these results, a system design, database design and interface design are made, from these designs then poured into the coding to make the system, after the system is completed, the system will be tested. The results of system testing are as expected so that the enterprise information system has been successfully created.

Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise Sistem Informasi Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Sosial, dan Transmigrasi (Disnakersostrans) Kabupaten Purwakarta dirancang dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) dengan metode Architecture Development Method (ADM). Penggunaan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM digunakan sebagai acuan dalam merencanakan suatu arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi sehingga dapat dibangun suatu sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang saling terintegrasi dan selaras dengan kebutuhan aktivitas bisnis organisasi khususnya dalam pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap organisasi. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan metode Value Chain. Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan proses bisnis yang ada di Disnakersostrans Kabupaten Purwakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blue print arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi yang menghasilkan lima aplikasi lama yaitu IPK, SIMPKH, SIMDA, SISKOTKLN dan TKA online dan dua puluh tiga aplikasi baru. Serta menghasilkan arsitektur teknologi berupa arsitektur jaringan sebagai acuan dalam pembangunan sistem lebih lanjut, sehingga dapat menunjang proses bisnis yang ada di Disnakersostrans Kabupaten Purwakarta.      Kata kunci: TOGAF, ADM, arsitektur enterprise, sistem informasi, blue print The enterprise information system architecture planning of Manpower, Social and Transmigration Office (Disnakersostrans) of Purwakarta is designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). The TOGAF ADM framework is used as a reference in planning an enterprise information system architecture so that it can build an information system and information technology that is integrated and aligned with the needs of the organization's business activities especially in the service to the community. Data collection is done by interview and direct observation to the organization. Analytical tools used are Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Value Chain method. Enterprise architecture planning is aimed to build information systems and information technology in harmony with existing business processes in the Disnakersostrans Purwakarta. The results of this research are the blue print of business architecture, data architecture, application architecture that produces five old applications namely IPK, SIMPKH, SIMDA, SISKOTKLN and TKA online and twenty three new applications. As well as produce technology architecture in the form of network architecture as a reference in further development of the system, so it can support the existing business processes in the Office of Disnakersostrans Purwakarta.Keywords: TOGAF, ADM, enterprie architect, information system, blue print

Information technology is an important part of the company. With the application of information technology, the enterprise information system will be integrated well, so this will help the business processes within the company, and it is also expected to assist management in controlling the procedures performed by the staff. The problems faced by this company is the company is already using the company's accounting informationsystem but not yet optimal and integrated, so the company experienced problems in purchasing, inventory and cash sales. This includes systems that can help to document each transaction on cash purchases and sales cycle, as well as the inventory cycle system that is not running properly. Expectations of this study, the evaluation of accounting system will facilitate the work of the purchasing department, warehouse, finance and accounting and sales departments in managing the time spent in the operations of the company. This will provide benefits in thepreparation of reports by management in terms of accuracy and speed reports for faster and accurate decisionmaking.

Utilization of information systems or technology in an organization is needed to improve organizational efficiency. This relates to the rapid development of information systems or technology that affect the ongoing business processes. The effectiveness is in the form of aligning business strategy with information system strategy and business transformation. However, the dilemma faced especially in Government agencies such as the Balikpapan City Department of Transportation is how to align business strategies and information systems strategies that will be used so as to achieve organizational goals.  Responding to the problem, it is necessary to align between the business needs of the organization and the needs of the application to support the vision and mission to be achieved by the Balikpapan City Department of Transportation. This can be achieved by using the framework of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) which provides a detailed method of how to build, manage and implement an enterprise architecture known as the Architecture Development Method (ADM), hereafter referred to as TOGAF ADM. This research produces a mapping of business needs and application needs to support the vision and mission to be achieved through the information systems or technology architecture design including business architecture modeling, information system architecture, and technology architecture on the Balikpapan City Department of Transportation.
