Abstract. Sidoarjo has great potential in the development of the fisheries sector, on of them is located in Tambak Cemandi, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Tambak Cemandi, has a local scale fish auction. Because this fish auction is close to the sea and the place is not suitable for use, so it is very potential to be developed as a tourist destination and is very attractive as a culinary tourism spot with a special menu of sea fish. The application of the design for the development of fish auction places and culinary tours is with the theme of Architectural Insightful. Architecture with its own environmental insight as a response to the local climate and to reduce the smell of activities carried out in the fish processing area. The methods used in designing this project are observation, interview, data analysis, and documentation. The development that will be carried out in this project is to improve the fish auction area and add facilities to facilities that do not yet exist. The theme raised is environmentally sound architecture with macro natural architectural concepts. To support the macro concept raised, there is a micro concept of attractive forms that are applied to the game and the colors that stand out to show the attractive form concept. Micro has a functional space concept which aims to create a functional space design effectively by optimizing the lighting system in the room, the room in the fish auction is open in design so that air circulation can go in and out freely. For micro, the concept of land layout uses a directed concept where visitors and employees are distinguished from the parking area to the entrance to the land, when visitors enter the dropping area, visitors will be directed to the dropping area and then enter the area with a recreational land layout design where the design makes visitors directed. the way when on the site.Keywords: Fish Auction, Culinary Tourism, Architectural Insightful, Attractive, Functional, Recreational Abstrak. Sidoarjo memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan sektor perikanan, salah satunya di Tambak Cemandi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Tambak Cemandi, memiliki tempat pelelangan ikan skala lokal. Karena tempat pelelangan ikan ini berdekatan dengan laut dan tempatnya kurang layak untuk digunakan sehingga sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata dan sangat menarik juga digunakan sebagai tempat wisata kuliner dengan menu khusus ikan laut. Penerapan desain pengembangan tempat pelelangan ikan dan wisata kuliner ini yaitu dengan tema arsitektur berwawasan lingkungan. Arsitektur berwawasan lingkungan tersendiri sebagai respon terhadap iklim daerah setempat serta untuk mengurangi bau dari aktifitas yang dilakukan di area pengolahan ikan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan proyek ini yaitu observasi, interview, Analisa data, dan dokumentasi. Pengembangan yang akan dilakukan pada proyek ini yaitu memperbaiki area tempat pelelangan ikan dan menambah fasilitas dari fasilitas yang belum ada. Tema yang diangkat yaitu arsitektur berwawasan lingkungan dengan makro konsep arsitektur alami. Untuk mendukung makro konsep yang diangkat maka ada mikro konsep bentuk atraktif yang di terapkan pada permainan dan pewarnaan yang menonjol untuk menunjukan konsep bentuk atraktif tersebut. Mikro konsep ruangnya fungsional yang bertujuan untuk mencipatakan desain ruang fungsional secara efektif dengan mengoptimalkan sistem pencahayaan pada ruangan tersebut, ruangan pada tempat pelelangan ikan di desain terbuka agar sirkulasi udara dapat keluar masuk secara bebas. Untuk mikro konsep tatanan lahan menggunakan konsep terarah yang dimana pengunjung dan karyawan dibedakan untuk area parkir hingga pintu masuk ke lahan tersebut, pengunjung ketika masuk akan diarahkan ke dropping area lalu masuk ke area tersebut dengan desain tatanan lahan rekretaif yang dimana desain tersebut manjadikan pengunjung akan terarah jalannya ketika berada di dalam site tersebut. ABSTRACT Carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative pathogens are a critical public health threat and there is an urgent need for new treatments. Carbapenemases (β-lactamases able to inactivate carbapenems) have been identified in both serine β-lactamase (SBL) and metallo-β-lactamase (MBL) families. The recent introduction of SBL carbapenemase inhibitors has provided alternative therapeutic options. Unfortunately, there are no approved inhibitors of MBL-mediated carbapenem-resistance and treatment options for infections caused by MBL-producing Gram-negatives are limited. Here, we present ZN148, a zinc-chelating MBL-inhibitor capable of restoring the bactericidal effect of meropenem and in vitro clinical susceptibility to carbapenems in >98% of a large international collection of MBL-producing clinical Enterobacterales strains (n = 234). Moreover, ZN148 was able to potentiate the effect of meropenem against NDM-1-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae in a murine neutropenic peritonitis model. ZN148 showed no inhibition of the human zinc-containing enzyme glyoxylase II at 500 μM, and no acute toxicity was observed in an in vivo mouse model with cumulative dosages up to 128 mg/kg. Biochemical analysis showed a time-dependent inhibition of MBLs by ZN148 and removal of zinc ions from the active site. Addition of exogenous zinc after ZN148 exposure only restored MBL activity by ∼30%, suggesting an irreversible mechanism of inhibition. Mass-spectrometry and molecular modeling indicated potential oxidation of the active site Cys221 residue. Overall, these results demonstrate the therapeutic potential of a ZN148-carbapenem combination against MBL-producing Gram-negative pathogens and that ZN148 is a highly promising MBL inhibitor that is capable of operating in a functional space not presently filled by any clinically approved compound.

Dwelling is an essential form of conscious human activity. The form, aesthetics or beauty, and organization of environment that build become part of how a person lives. The concept of dwelling itself closely related to time and space. Therefore, the concept may shift or replaced according to the phenomena that occurred during the period of time. It is the same thing that we feel today in the presence of COVID – 19. Newly promoted health protocols, such as social isolation creates domino effect. Outdoor activities must be carried out in the dwelling, causing the shelter to need a place to accommodate these new needs. This also creates new problems with the existence of various age groups in one family. With the aim of creating a family ecosystem in one dwelling based on issue of social isolation that interferes with how to interact, the Architectural Programming (Cherry, 2009) method are applied and also points from MASS : Designing senior housing for safe interaction (2020). The application of this method produces programs that suit the needs of each age group in a family as well as paying attention to initial issue, in this case social isolation. One for Three: Multigenerational House is a new shared space concept that combines the needs of three generation and attention to safe interaction in social isolation. Bentuk, estetika, dan organisasi lingkungan binaan semuanya menjadi bagian dari bagaimana seseorang tinggal. Konsep berhuni memiliki kaitan yang erat dengan waktu dan ruang. Oleh karena itu, konsepnya akan tergeser atau digantikan sesuai dengan fenomena yang terjadi pada kurun waktu yang dimaksud. Sama hal nya yang kita rasakan saat ini yaitu adanya COVID – 19. Protokol kesehatan yang baru digalakan seperti sosial isolation dan menimbulkan efek domino. Kegiatan outdoor harus dilakukan di dalam hunian sehingga menyebabkan hunian memerlukan tempat untuk menampung kebutuhan baru tersebut. Hal ini juga menimbulkan masalah baru dengan adanya kelompok usia yang bervariasi pada satu keluarga. Dengan tujuan menciptakan ekosistem keluarga dalam satu hunian berdasarkan isu terhadap social isolation yang mengganggu cara berinteraksi, maka diterapkan metode Architectural Programming (Cherry, 2009) dan poin dari MASS : Designing senior housing for safe interaction (2020). Penerapan metode ini kemudian menghasilkan program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap kelompok usia dalam suatu keluarga, serta memperhatikan isu awal yaitu social isolation. Satu untuk Tiga : Hunian Multigenerasi merupakan konsep berhuni shared space yang baru dengan menyatukan kebutuhan tiga generasi dan memperhatikan poin safe interaction in social isolation. Selain itu, . Satu untuk Tiga : Hunian Multigenerasi tetap mempertahankan nilai kemandirian dan identitas pada segala usia.

One of revealing and widely used concepts in Physics and mathematics is the Dirac delta function. The Dirac delta function is a distribution on real lines which is zero everywhere except at a single point, where it is infinite. Dirac delta function has vital role in solving inhomogeneous differential equations. In addition, the Dirac delta functions can be used to explore harmonic information’s imbedded in the physical signals, various forms of Dirac delta function and can be constructed from the closure relation of orthonormal basis functions of functional space. Among many special functions, we have chosen the set of eigen functions of the Hamiltonian operator of harmonic oscillator and angular momentum operators for orthonormal basis. The closure relation of orthonormal functions  used to construct the generator of Dirac delta function which is used to expand analytic functions log(x + 2),exp(-x2) and x within the valid region of arguments.

This work deals with the finite element approximation of a prestressed shell model using a new formulation where the unknowns (the displacement and the rotation of fibers normal to the midsurface) are described in Cartesian and local covariant basis respectively. Due to the constraint involved in the definition of the functional space, a penalized version is then considered. We obtain a non robust a priori error estimate of this penalized formulation, but a robust one is obtained for its mixed formulation. Moreover, we present a reliable and efficient a posteriori error estimator of the penalized formulation. Numerical tests are included that confirmthe efficiency of our residual a posteriori estimator.
