According to survey report on the internet, the road accident cases are increasing exponentially. Most of the accident cases are due to distraction of drivers, over speed, panic attacks of drivers. We are proposing a system that will take control of the vehicle system if the driver is distracted. The existing system uses a sensor based indication or Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) installed semi self driving cars. The proposed system uses Convolutional Neural Networks to understand the behaviour of the driver and the environment. Naturalistic data collection of ten drivers is being collected and are treated as a qualifying dataset.

Described are the results of a pilot application intended to automate the data collection and data reduction phases of roadside origin-destination (O-D) studies. Most techniques used to obtain O-D data are quite labor intensive, during both the data collection and the data reduction phase. Frequently, they result in extensive data quality checks and long turnaround periods between the data collection work and the submittal of the corresponding survey report. The application described automates the data collection and data reduction phases by using portable, handheld data collection devices. These devices can be connected to a desktop or laptop computer to transfer the O-D data to a depository database. Included are a brief background discussion, a description of the hardware and software used and the design and development of O-D applications, a description of two applications of the handheld data collection devices, and a list of lessons learned.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to discuss web scraping as a method for extracting large amounts of data from online sources. The author wants to raise awareness of the method’s potential in the field of food price research, hoping to enable fellow researchers to apply this method. Design/methodology/approach The author explains the technical procedure of web scraping, reviews the existing literature, and identifies areas of application and limitations for food price research. Findings The author finds that web scraping is a promising method to collect customised, high-frequency data in real time, overcoming several limitations of currently used food price data sources. With today’s applications mostly focussing on (online) consumer prices, the scope of applications for web scraping broadens as more and more price data are published online. Research limitations/implications To better deal with the technical and legal challenges of web scraping and to exploit its scalability, joint data collection projects in the field of agricultural and food economics should be considered. Originality/value In agricultural and food economics, web scraping as a data collection technique has received little attention. This is one of the first articles to address this topic with particular focus on food price analysis.

Information technology develops in line with human civilization development. One type of information technology implementation in business is electronic commerce (e-commerce), which resulted in the availability of online price data. It raises new opportunities for more efficient and effective price data collection. One method of online data collection that is more efficient, cheaper, and more accessible is web scraping. This research develops an application system which can do web scraping of price easily, database system to accommodate web scraping result and a dashboard system that can give price information accurately and real-time. In addition to pricing information, the resulting application system also provides price forecasting. This research uses the Design Oriented Research method with the expected results in the form of a web scraper application system for commodity price data, by identifying problems that occur as well as efforts in their resolution. Also, testing is done by black-box testing, white-box testing, and system usability scale (SUS). The results of the application show that the use is acceptable with 75.5 scores and goes as expected result.

This study aims to determine the significance of pbv and roe influence indirectly on BBRI's share price. This study uses an associative approach. The associative approach aims to determine the indirect influence of PBV and ROE on BBRI's share price. Data collection techniques performed by researchers is to perform documentation techniques and library studies. The analysis tools used in this study used path analysis with the help of SPSS 22. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results showed that PBV indirectly has an insignificant effect on the share price of BBRI and ROE indirectly has a significant effect on the share price of BBRI

The development of the hydration stages for electron microscopes has opened up the application of electron diffraction in the study of biological membranes. Membrane specimen can now be observed without the artifacts introduced during drying, fixation and staining. The advantages of the electron diffraction technique, such as the abilities to observe small areas and thin specimens, to image and to screen impurities, to vary the camera length, and to reduce data collection time are fully utilized. Here we report our pioneering work in this area.
