This study aims to determine the significance of pbv and roe influence indirectly on BBRI's share price. This study uses an associative approach. The associative approach aims to determine the indirect influence of PBV and ROE on BBRI's share price. Data collection techniques performed by researchers is to perform documentation techniques and library studies. The analysis tools used in this study used path analysis with the help of SPSS 22. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results showed that PBV indirectly has an insignificant effect on the share price of BBRI and ROE indirectly has a significant effect on the share price of BBRI

This study examines the importance of work ethics for employees in the organization towards performance achievement by bringing up the role of adversity quotient mediator. The study aimed to investigate and explore the direct and indirect influence through mediators by using path analysis techniques with the help of AMOS version 24. The process of data collection was carried out using three research variable scales. The number of research respondents is 220 employees. The results of the analysis prove four hypotheses that have been shown to have direct influence, and the role of the mediator is perfect in mediating the two variables. The results of this study can be useful for organizations and practitioners of psychology in industry and organizations.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Change In Total Assets on Price Book Value with Debt To Equity as an intervening in metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is an associative study with documentation data collection techniques, the population in this study This amounted to 16 companies and samples taken amounted to 14 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed that Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on Debt To Equity, Return On Equity had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Debt To Equity, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity has a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Return On Equity and Price Book Value has a negative and insignificant effect, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Growth Assets and Price Book Value has a negative and negative effect not significant.

This research aimed to determine the influential value to the performance of employees. The type of research was quantitative descriptive. The population and sample used saturated sample technique so the sample in this research were 93 people. ((The data and documentation and developed by interviewing respondents)). The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis tools used simple regression. The results of the research showed that the value of local wisdom has a positive and insignificant effect. This is evidenced by the results of the regression value of positive 0.089 with a significant level of 0.592 greater than 0.05. This results is reinforced by the results of the determination coefficient test of 0.073 or 7.3% of the contribution of the value of local wisdom to the performance of employees in the population service office and civil enumeration in Bulukumba Regency. While 92.7% was influenced by other factors that were not examined in this research.Key word: Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Popolasi dan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang. Data dan dokumentasi serta dikembangkan dengan wawancara terhadap responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Alat analisis menggunakan Regresi Sedehana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai kearifan lokal berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan”. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai regresi sebesar positif 0,089 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,592 lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji kofisien determinasi sebesar 0,073 atau 7,3 % kontribusi nilai kearifan lokal terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bulukumba. Sedangkan 92,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian kali ini. Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal, Kinerja Pegawai

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage and the performance of marketing seaweed processing in Wakatobi. The variables of this study are market orientation, product innovation, competitive advantage and marketing performance. The population of this study was seaweed farmer groups with the number of respondents 48. The analysis used was descriptive and inferential analysis with the help of path analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the direct influence of market orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on the performance of seaweed processing marketing in Wakatobi. While the indirect influence of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage plays a role in pseudo mediating.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran pengolahan rumput laut di Wakatobi. Variabel penelitian ini adalah orientasi pasar, inovasi produk, keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelompok petani rumput laut dengan jumlah  responden 48. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan bantuan alat analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung  orientasi pasar, inovasi produk dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pengolahan rumput laut di Wakatobi. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing berperan dalam memediasi semu.

The performance of education office organizations was influenced by the behavior of its employees. This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, leadership style, personality, and organizational justice towards the job performance of the employee education office in Jakarta. Research samples were 221 employees of the Jakarta Education Office. Data collection using questioner with the Likert scale, The results of the research there was a direct influence of leadership style towards organizational justice; Organizational culture on organizational justice; Personality towards organizational justice; Leadership style on job performance; Organizational culture towards job performance; Personality towards job performance, then organizational justice towards job performance, and personality through organizational justice towards job performance. It was concluded that the level of job performance was influenced by variations in leadership style, organizational culture, personality, and organizational justice.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance through work motivation and job satisfaction at the Secretariat of the Takalar Region Representative Council. Data collection was carried out at the Secretariat of the Takalar Region Representative Council. The study applies saturated samples so that the number of samples was 49 respondents. Data were analyzed using the path analysis method. The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and job satisfaction, but an insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership through both work motivation and job satisfaction show a significant effect on employee performance.

The objective of this research was to study the relationship between workload and working environment on employee performance at PT. Ital Fran’s Multindo Food Industries subdivision Bali. The methods of data collection on this research were  interviews, dissemination of questionnaires and library studies through literature review. Independent variables in this study were the workload (X1) and working environment (X2). Dependent variable was employee performance (Y), and for  intervening variable was employee loyalty (Z). The results showed that workload had no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the working environment and employee loyalty had positive and significant influences on employee performance. The influence of workload and working environment on employee performance through loyalty was 48% while the remaining 62%  was influenced by other factors or error values. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of inflation, ROE, DER, and EPS on stock prices. This research was conducted at Concern Goods Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. The number of samples of this study were 31 companies. Data collection is done by the method of non-participant observation. Based on the results of the analysis found that inflation, ROE. DER, and EPS simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially Inflation and DER have no significant effect on stock prices, this indicates that investors do not see Inflation and DER as a decision to buy shares. While partially ROE and EPS have a significant positive effect on stock prices, this shows that investors pay attention to ROE and EPS in deciding to invest. The higher the ROE and EPS, the higher the investor's interest in investing in the company's capital, so that the share price will go up. Keywords: Inflation, ROE, DER, EPS, stock price

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (2) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (3) the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty. The type of research (explanatory effect). Samples of 110 respondents of savings accounts in BRI branch Samarinda. This study uses survey methode and data collection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of data used path analysis. Results of the path analysis can be seen that: (1) service quality variable have a significant effect on customer satisfaction variable; (2) service quality variable have a significant influence on customer loyalty variable; (3) customer satisfaction variable do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty variable.
