A prototype of an automated decision support system for creative universities has been developed, which will allow assessing the achievements particularly talented students and identifying the needs in the learning process in order to help organize the educational process in accordance with identified capabilities. Use of a decision support system based on the Bayesian classifier is suggested which will allow to evaluate factors contributing to the progress in teaching students particular techniques, and in perspective to assess the possible resources that will be required to make changes to the learning. The list of specific performance indicators is given. The system should contribute to the formation of the learning plan, taking into account the capabilities of both a group art workshop as a whole, and special needs of an individual to develop, if necessary an individual approach.

Based on data obtained from the E-Learning Bureau of University of Pembangunan Panca Budi, only about 20% of lecturers want to use LMS or e-Learning portal in the teaching and learning process. Some lecturers use other platforms that they find easier and some use email, WhatsApp Group and flash drives in data transfer or assign assignments to students on the other side. Universities are required to use an online learning platform that can be synchronized with the SPADA DIKTI page so that checking online teaching activities can be monitored or reported periodically and easily. This research will focus on assessing lecturers' activities on online learning at LMS using a Decision Support System where the criteria used are criteria that must be met in the study program accreditation form item. The goal is in addition to increasing the activities of lecturers through incentive giving also directly assisting the study program in the fulfillment of study program form documents. The results of this research will be a reference for the leadership in making policies related to the amount of incentive that will be given as well as other provisions that can stimulate lecturers in increasing teaching and learning activities in LMS or e-Learning portals. STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang was established in the year 2000 as an information technology-based tertiary institution which has three study programs, namely under graduate of informatics engineering, diploma three informatics engineering and under graduate of information systems. The three study programs always strive to improve the status of accreditation by continuously improving internal quality and making accreditation a strategy to compete with other universities. To maintain quality, STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang, especially the undergraduate informatics engineering study program routinely monitors and evaluates the performance of lecturers. The problem that is often faced in routine monitoring and evaluation of lecturer performance is the performance evaluation process that is still objective so that to overcome these problems, a decision support system is needed that can assist in evaluating the performance of lecturers at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. The purpose of this study is to make a decision support system for the assessment of performance of lecturers of the first-degree informatics engineering study program at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang using TOPSIS method. The results of this study are in the form of a desktop-based application that can facilitate the monitoring and performance evaluation teams of lecturers in evaluating the performance of lecturers of study programs.

SPK or usually called the Decision Support System is a system for recommending decisions using data, at Tanjungpura University, Faculty of Mathematics and Science, more precisely is Information Systems, which is now has more than 200 students where students are there still often confused to lift the title of what thesis they want, therefore I will create a system that can recommend what thesis is better used in this Information Systems study program using the SAW method, so that students can find out what thesis category is suitable for these students. Because the system uses course scores as data to make decisions, the accuracy of the system can exceed 90%.

SMA Negeri 13 Palembang is one of the state schools that aims to produce graduates who are competent in accordance with their fields, talents and interests. In the process of choosing a study program to enter the university invitation path at high school N 13 Palembang, the value of the report card and achievements obtained is a requirement to enter the college invitation path. The students are faced with a variety of considerations and choices are quite complicated. Considerations from the students themselves such as the field of study is mastered, student interests, ideals, achievements, values, academic and social environment while considerations that come from the parents such as education costs and expectations of parents against their children. Various considerations that make students who make decisions in choosing college feelings, invitation of friends and ambitions of parents only, but it can not be used as a proper reply ukaut. Based on these problems then made a decision support system using the method of profile matching that can help students and the school in choosing a study program in accordance with the desired criteria. The design of this decision support system using prototype as a method of developing the system and PHP and MySQL as programming languages.
