Based on rural population return management, governance theory, and information technology theory, this paper analyzes the specific performance of rural areas in managing population return, and describes the overview, quantity, life status, and demographic characteristics of rural population return, as well as the current situation of rural population return management. A method of managing rural population return based on a rural population return management model constructed by a machine learning algorithm is designed. The empirical results show that the method designed in this paper is low-cost, fast, and highly accurate, and is well suited for improving and expanding the system for managing rural return flows. The research in this paper provides a reference for further promoting the transformation strategy of rural governance in the context of new urbanization.

The thesis examines the question of which of the compared sales law systems is most likely to realize the (economic) interests of the seller in connection with the consumer’s claim for specific performance, which is characterized by a high level of consumer protection. In this respect, the thesis examines 7 different complexes - from the position of specific performance in the system of purchase warranty rights to the scope of specific performance owed and the objection of disproportionality. Dogmatic focal points are, for example, the problem of self-execution in the light of European Union law and the allocation of certain damage items to specific performance or to damage claims in the light of the case law of the European Court of Justice.

Can reenactments be a way to create counter-narratives in and for the museum? Through the analysis of political performance (or what the artist Tania Bruguera calls ‘political-timing-specific’ artworks), this essay discusses the potential of reenactment as both a practice of materializing memories and narratives of oppression and of rethinking museum policies in terms of preservation and display. Its main argument is that, while the archive can be regarded as a form of materializing the memory of these works, reenactment is more than a way of recovering the past; it is also a device for reconstructing memories of activism and oppression. This essay further suggests that reenactments of political-timing-specific works demand a change in accessioning, conservation, and presentation practices, which might be inclined to erase decentralized art-historical and material narratives.

Abstract Burkholderia pseudomallei (B. pseudomallei) can cause melioidosis that is usually fatal. A reliable and rapid detection method is greatly needed for disease surveillance and diagnosis. Herein, an ultrasensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor was constructed for accurate determination of B. pseudomallei coupled with multifunctional Au@Co-MOF@ABEI nanocubes and 3D magnetic walking nanomachine. The synthesized nanocubes could not only immobilize enormous ABEI but exhibit superior peroxidase-like activity to decompose H2O2 to produce plentiful reactive oxygen species (ROSs) that could further react with ABEI, so that the enhanced ECL signals were achieved. Meanwhile, the target-activated walking nanomachine was efficiently driven by Exonuclease III (Exo III) for further improving the sensitivity of the biosensor. As a result, the fabricated ECL biosensor could detect pathogenic gene down to 60.3 aM with a linear range from 100.0 aM to 100.0 pM. Moreover, the biosensing platform successfully achieved the determination of B. pseudomallei down to 9.0 CFU mL−1 in serum samples. This work exhibited an ultrasensitive and specific performance for B. pseudomallei detection, which would become a versatile tool in the early diagnosis and treatment of melioidosis.

Nowadays, with the rapid development of China, Folk culture turned to be ignored due the openness and progressive. Folk culture needs to be inherited as well as developed. So, we need to pay more attention to folk culture. Meanwhile, book binding design is inseparable from culture. This dissertation studies how to design books better and how to publicize Gannan Hakka culture which belongs to Folk culture better through books. This article revolves around Gannan Hakka culture under the folk culture, to get in further logically and discover the method of how to design the book which could be able to represent the feature of Gannan Hakka Cultuer hierarchically. Firstly, this dissertation introduces the present situation of book binding design and the importance of folk culture to the design of book binding. Secondly, we can take some examples about the behavior to the book binding design in folk culture from three elements in visual communication design graphic, text and color. And then drawing a conclusion with the design principles and performance techniques in the design of the book binding, besides illustrating the specific performance of Gannan Hakka by diet, customs, clothing, architecture. Finally, I finish the "Gannan Hakka culture," this book is the final research results of my book binding design used in Gannan Hakka culture.

Background: Through scholastic sports programs, adolescent athletes compete to represent their communities. However, few studies investigate the changes in physiological and mental profiles during varied sport periodization among this population. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the changes in sports performance and stress-related biomarkers between the competitive season (CS) and off-season (OS) in elite adolescent basketball players. Method: Nine elite Division I male basketball players (age: 15–18 years. old) participated in this study. Basketball-specific performance, salivary dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S)/cortisol levels, mood state, and sleep quality were all accessed during the CS and OS periods. Results: The training load during OS was 26.0% lower than CS (p = 0.001). Muscle mass, aerobic capacity, 10 m sprint, and Abalakov jump (AJ) power during OS were greater than that during CS (+2.2–9.8%, p < 0.05), but planned agility was greater during CS (p = 0.003). The salivary DHEA-S/cortisol was greater during CS than during OS (p = 0.039). The overall mood state and sleep quality did not differ between periods, but the POMS-tension was higher during CS (p = 0.005). Conclusion: The present study demonstrates that muscle mass, aerobic capacity, peak AJ power, and 10 m sprint performance, but not planned agility, were greater during OS compared to CS among elite adolescent basketball players. Furthermore, the stress-related responses reflected by the D/C ratio and mood tension were relatively lower during the OS in these athletes. Thus, this study suggests that coaches and sport science professionals should closely monitor athletes’ training states across varied training/competition periods to better react to modifying training or recovery plans.

While previous studies identify doodling as a useful educational tool, this study sought to determine if doodling can build creative or emotional self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is an individual’s belief in their own capacity to express behaviors necessary to attain specific performance goals. The current study also sought to determine if doodling can be a form of self-care. Research collected was quantitative and qualitative using surveys to measure both creative and emotional self-efficacy along with a doodling activity. Ten participants were recruited through convenience sampling on social media and were included in the study after meeting the inclusion criteria of identifying themselves as a normally functioning adult. Individual times spent on doodling ranged from thirty minutes to three hours. The study took place during the Covid-19 pandemic which impacted the ability to recruit volunteer participants. The researcher collected data from the Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale (ESES) and Creative Self-Efficacy Scale (CSES). The results from this study support the use of doodling in art therapy as well as its effect on an individual’s self-expression and self-efficacy. The research also explores the use of doodling as a form of self-care. Recommendations for future research include expanding the population size and variety, as well as having a facilitator present to guide and witness the process.
