SMA Negeri 13 Palembang is one of the state schools that aims to produce graduates who are competent in accordance with their fields, talents and interests. In the process of choosing a study program to enter the university invitation path at high school N 13 Palembang, the value of the report card and achievements obtained is a requirement to enter the college invitation path. The students are faced with a variety of considerations and choices are quite complicated. Considerations from the students themselves such as the field of study is mastered, student interests, ideals, achievements, values, academic and social environment while considerations that come from the parents such as education costs and expectations of parents against their children. Various considerations that make students who make decisions in choosing college feelings, invitation of friends and ambitions of parents only, but it can not be used as a proper reply ukaut. Based on these problems then made a decision support system using the method of profile matching that can help students and the school in choosing a study program in accordance with the desired criteria. The design of this decision support system using prototype as a method of developing the system and PHP and MySQL as programming languages.

College students often select their major concentration area wrongly due to thoughtless considerations such as following their close classmates' choice. This may cause losses in time, effort, cost, and also mental energy. The research proposes a decision support system for selecting students' major concentration areas to solve students' problems in determining their study interest in informatics engineering. Profile Matching Method was chosen since it can sort out suitable study interest with students' criteria weight. The web-based decision support system was implemented using HTML, pure PHP programming languages with MySQL as its database. Boostrap and Javascript were added to enhance the web display; all application data will be saved in the hosting provider's web server. The application testing was done to 10 students as respondents in usability testing using Standardized Universal Percentile Rank-Questionnaire (SUPR-Q) for users and admins and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The conclusion was 70% compatibility of the students' major concentration area and the system's recommendation.

This study aimed to create and evaluate an online decision support system (DSS) which allows students to take a multiple intelligence test, determine their most dominant intelligence, suggest the most suitable courses to take for college and provide an interpretation for the result of the evaluation. The system captures the knowledge of an expert in guidance and counseling and embodied it to its knowledge base using fuzzy logic, graph search, and depth-first search. The system was tested at the University of Iloilo–Basic Education Department, Iloilo City, and Tabugon National High School, Tabugon, Dingle, Iloilo by a conveniently chosen graduating high school students. The result of the system was evaluated by 39 guidance counselors from the different secondary schools from the province and city of Iloilo. The evaluation of the system’s functionality was assessed by 15 respondents from the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector using the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126. The reliability of the system was evaluated by comparing the system output with the two other assessment tools from Western Visayas College of Science and Technology (Weber standard) and the University of Iloilo (NDDCTE standard). Using Cramer’s V, the result of the evaluation of the NDDCTE standard as compared to the Decision Support System of the data taken from the University of Iloilo and the data taken from Tabugon National High School has a significant relationship. It implies that there is no significant difference in the results of the two evaluations. The result of the evaluation using Cramer’s V of the Weber standard as compared to the Decision Support System of the data taken from the University of Iloilo and the data taken from Tabugon National High School has a significant relationship. It implies that the two results are highly related to each other. Using arithmetic mean (M) and standard deviation (SD), the result of the evaluation of the system’s output based on the perception of 39 guidance counselors resulted in a “Very Satisfactory” result. This implies that the system generates the dominant intelligence of the student, provide accurate course and study tips based on his/ her dominant intelligence. The evaluation of the respondents to the system’s software quality characteristics based on ISO 9126 resulted in a value described as “Very Effective”. It confirmed that the overall software characteristics of the system passed the ISO 9126 standards.

Abstrak—Pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi adalah kegiatan untuk memilih dan memberikan penghargaan kepada siswa yang mencapai kinerja tinggi dalam kurikuler, ko-kurikuler, maupun ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara berjenjang mulai dari tingkat program studi, departemen, fakultas, perguruan tinggi, hingga di tingkat nasional. Mawapres secara langsung atau tidak langsung dapat mengangkat martabat mahasiswa dan perguruan tingginya. Dalam proses seleksinya melibatkan pertimbangan atau kriteria yang sifatnya crisp : IPK, karya ilmiah, prestasi unggulan dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris. Tetapi dalam kenyataannya kriteria tersebut ada yang bersifat fuzzy, dengan demikian memungkinkan adanya kriteria bersifat campuran antara crisp dan fuzzy sehingga timbul kesulitan dalam melakukan pengurutan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan multi kriteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pengambilan keputusan pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi di Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Airlangga. Dari aplikasi ini bisa diperoleh hasil perangkingan selain dengan metode standard (sesuai pedoman Dikti), juga ditampilkan hasil perangkingan dengan metode TOPSIS, dan Fuzzy TOPSIS. Dengan beberapa alternatif perangkingan, diharapkan dapat memberi masukan buat pimpinan fakultas sebelum melakukan pengambilan keputusan. Dari 10 kandidat yang mengikuti seleksi pada tahun 2016, menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan ketiga metode memberikan hasil yang berbeda untuk beberapa rangking. Sedangkan beberapa rangking yang lain sama. Terjadinya perbedaan ini disebabkan karena nilai dari beberapa kriteria dari kandidat berdekatan. Adanya perbedaan hasil perangkingan, saat memberikan masukan kepada pimpinan fakultas sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci— Fuzzy TOPSIS, Pemilihan Mahasiswa Vokasi Berprestasi , Sistem Pendukung KeputusanAbstract— Achievement student election is an activity to select and provide awards to students who reached high performance in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular. This activity is carried out gradually from the level of the study program, department, faculty, university, up to the national level. Achievement Student election directly or indirectly can raise the dignity of the students and the university. In the process of selection involves crisp consideration or criteria: GPA, scientific work, achievement seeded and English. Actually, there are one or more fuzzy criteria in this case. Since there are many criteria that is a mix between crisp and fuzzy cause difficulty in sorting process so that it becomes an interesting problem. To solve the problem, we need a decision support system with multi-criteria. This research aims to design and build a decision support system in achievement Student election at the Vocational Faculty of Airlangga University. From this application can be obtained the results of rank as an alternative to the standard method (according to the guidelines of Higher Education), also display a resulted rank from both TOPSIS method and Fuzzy TOPSIS. With some alternatives, rank can provide an important information for faculty leaders before making a decision. In 2016, the output of selection to 10 candidates shows that by using the three methods gave different results for some rank. There were differences are due to the value of some of the criteria of the adjacent candidate. Sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mendukung kemajuan dan kualitas perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Kenaikan jabatan merupakan suatu faktor yang sangat penting bagi perencanaan karir pegawai dan juga untuk meremajakan suatu posisi jabatan agar diduduki oleh seseorang yang mempunyai kriteria-kriteria yang cocok. Untuk itu perlu diterapkan salah satu metode didalam sistem pendukung Keputusan didalam memilih pegawai yang cocok sesuai dengan kriteria dilingkungan Universitas Potensi Utama yaitu aspek penilaian umum, aspek penguasaan bidang kerja dan aspek perilaku. Sehingga dengan penerapan metode profile matching didalam system pendukung keputusan dalam proses evaluasi kinerja pegawai diharapkan dapat menentukan urutan prioritas pegawai, yang digunakan untuk membantu pihak manajemen dalam membuat keputusan untuk promosi kenaikan jabatan pegawai yang dinilai berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja pegawai dengan profil jabatanHuman resources within an enterprise organization is very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its objectives. Promotion is a very important factor for employee career planning and also to rejuvenate a job position that was occupied by someone who has the matching criteria. For it is necessary to apply one of the methods within the Decision Support system in choosing a suitable employee in accordance with the criteria of the environment of the University Main Potential namely general assessment aspects, aspects of the mastery of work and behavioral aspects. So with the application profile matching method in the decision support system in the employee performance evaluation process is expected to determine the priority order of employees, which is used to assist management in making decisions for the promotion of employee promotions were assessed based on performance evaluation of employees with occupational profiles.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.

AbstrakMemilih pemasok  yang  tepat atau vendor diantara pemasok  yang  ada  adalah  isu  penting  bagi  top manajemen. Proses penentuan vendor pada PT. Gema Graha Sarana dilakukan secara manual, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui presentasi dari setiap calon vendor. Setelah itu dilakukan rapat pimpinan untuk membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing vendor. Rapat pimpinan perusahaan menggunakan sistem votting sehingga cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang objektif dan tidak menutup kemungkinan penilaian dilakukan secara subjektif. Saat ini sudah berkembang pesat teknologi dalam segala bidang salah satunya teknologi dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah  pendekatan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode sistem pendukung keputusan salah satu nya dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan tahapan yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan pemetaan gap, melakukan pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total, dan perhitungan untuk menentukan perangkingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan vendor  yang cocok agar mampu menyediakan layanan jasa maintenance server dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga dari tahapan-tahapan tersebut diperoleh sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memilih vendor yang akan diajak kerja sama dalam melakukan pekerjaan maintenance server dan jaringan dengan memilih PT. The process of determining vendor at PT. GemaGrahaSarana, Tbk is done manually, which begins with the collection of information through the presentation of each potential vendor. After that conducted a leadership meeting to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each vendor. Company leadership meeting using the voting system so that way is considered still less objective and did not rule out the assessment is done subjectively. Nowadays, technology has been developed in all fields, one of them is technology in determining decision making, therefore to assist in solving the problem it is necessary to do an approach by using a method of decision support system of one of them by using method matching profile with stages that is Determining Criteria , Gap Mapping Calculation, Weighting, Calculation of Core Factor and Secondary Factor, Total Value Period, and Calculation for Determining Ranking. The purpose of this research is to determine the suitable vendors to be able to provide server and network maintenance services as needed. So from these stages obtained a decision to select a vendor who will be invited to work together in doing maintenance work server and network by choosing PT. One effort in the development of information technology today requires fast and accurate information in its implementation. in the assessment of the work ability of well-performing and poor employees with the support of a decision support system it produces one of the implementations of the development of information technology in improving the quality of the company's work. where the decision making process determines employee demotion is still done manually. still there are often a number of errors such as misdirection. Therefore, to make an assessment in making a decision to choose a decent demotion employee based on the assessment carried out in the field. Then the decision support system that will be built with a computerized system so that decision making is done quickly and accurately. For this decision support system, use the Profile Matching method or matching the demotion of employee demos with the profile of the employee assessed with the specified Criteria. Making an application program must be made carefully, so that it looks easy to understand and proven useful and useful for users. the system built can help PT. Nafasindo in determining the demotion of employees who are decent and can reduce errors in determining the demotion of employees

Decision support system for selecting color guard with VIKOR and Borda methods. It has been made as a tool to select color guard at the Sei Rampah High School. The criteria used in the decision support system for color guard selection are: height, weight, agility, stamina, and body language. Color guard selection activities are a routine activity every year, so GINADA marching band coach Sei Rampah hereby selects to select permanent members in the marching band. Decision Support System in an organization can be seen as important in supporting the smooth running of activities and achieving an organizational goal. SPK can come in various forms, ranging from simple forms of data processing to complex application forms, and can also be used to accelerate and improve the quality of the decision-making process in the organization.
