Currently, the problem at the aurora motorcycle workshop is that there is no system that can quickly identify the damage that occurs to the motorcycle, resulting in the slow process of repairing the motorcycle. it can be concluded that this application has fulfilled its main purpose, which is an application that can help mechanics at aurora motorbike workshops to determine each level of damage and maintenance on a Honda matic motorbike. This application is able to determine the level of maintenance and damage with forward chaining.

The purpose of this research is to build a Web-Based Information System for Family Planning Services at the Alor District Family Planning and Family Planning Service to make it easier for family planning field officers (PLKB) to convey all information and activities for family planning services. The method used for designing this system is the waterfall method. The results to be achieved through the Web-Based Kampung KB Family Planning Service Information System are to make it easier for family planning field officers to convey all information and family planning service activities carried out to all service users, both service officers and the general public.

But in the cultivation of carp diseases is one of the serious problems encountered by the fish farmers because it could potentially cause harm. Diseases that attack the carp both are still in the larval or adult forms of which are caused by parasitic infections in the form of fungi, protozoa, worms as well as bacterial infection of Aeromonas hydrophylla, Flexybacter colomnaris, and Mycobacterium sp. The multiplicity of types of disease that can attack the carp and the difficult process of detection because of the similarity of the symptoms caused fish farmers making it difficult to determine the methods of prevention and control of the right to address the disease. Detection of disease of carp is seen on the surface of the body of the fish. Therefore, it takes expert system to detect disease carp by involving technology. One of the methods used in the expert system of fuzzy inference system Mamdani. Fuzzy inference system Mamdani reasoning used in this study because of the handling of the value and accuisition of knowledge representation experts can directly representation in the form of rules, which can be understood when placed on the machine inference. The result of this reasoning is to detect diseases of the carp while delivering the right solution to tackle the disease of carp.

The Qur'an Educational Park is an institution that plays an important role in providing religious education, the procedure of reading and understanding al-quran. But the lack of community knowledge about the location of the Quranic Education Park has left the public confused to find and choose the right religious education institutions to give their children education about religion. For that, there need to be built an application that can display the location and information about the Qur'an Educational Park located in the city of Kupang. With Android-based development, it will simplify the community because Android smartphone users are quite a lot and ensure the accuracy of user location data. In addition to showing the location, the application will also provide information about the Qur'an Educational Park in Kupang City that has been marked on google maps.

IMPLEMENTASI DAN EFEKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN MOBILE LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI SISTEM INFORMASI STIKOM UYELINDO KUPANG

This research was made aiming to implement and improve the effectiveness of learning media through mobile-based mobile learning for all courses in Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM information system students. The research target to be achieved is an additional learning media that is interesting and easy to use so that it can increase student interest and student achievement. This research will discuss how to design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of using Mobile Learning applications. This application is made so that students can easily access a course material using the Mobile Learning application by Smartphone and also to increase the effectiveness of conducting online lectures at the Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM information system study program. To measure the effectiveness of the use of mobile learning it is necessary to test among them, from the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test using SPSS 16 it is found that the research subjects are normally distributed and based on the results of the Paired Samples Test t-test it is known that the significant value is 0,000> 0,05. While t-count = -11,142 and for t-table at a significant level ? = 5% (0.05) with degrees of freedom (df) n-1 or 50-1 = 49. Two-sided testing (significance = 0.025) results are obtained for t-table = 2 , 00958 with a significant level of 0.025. In the result t-count < t-table (-11.142 <2, 00958) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that the use of mobile learning media can improve student learning outcomes at the Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM information system.

New Student Admission Information System at Karyadarma University has not used a web-based information system. This information system is an information system used to facilitate the registration administration process so as to make it easier for the Admissions Committee at the University of Kupang Karyadarma. In developing the New Student Admission Information System using the Laravel framework method. This information system uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL database server. The system testing method uses blackbox and usability testing. The results of this study are a website-based New Student Admission Information System that can help the ongoing performance. The results of testing the software that was developed obtained a functionality value of 1 (Good), testing the usability aspect obtained results with a percentage of 94.66% (Very Eligible).
