The article is dedicated to the problem of modeling dynamic ecological-economic models in the case of ecological-economic balance. The nonlinear variant of the model of economic growth considering the ecological balance is proposed and investigated. The mathematical theory of optimal control has been selected for the research of economic growth model.

This paper aimed at the problem of improvement the management system of economic security of natural use objects on a regional level using the organized digital dynamic monitoring for informational provision and justifying the options of efficient management decisions of operative and strategic importance by criteria of ecological, economic and social security. Monitoring of the regional (territorial) natural objects provides constant systematic observation of the processes that take place inside of a “region-state” system and at world’s natural resources market. It needed to create the informational database for efficient management of a nature-use system. We suggest plan of making the scientific and research institute in PoltNTU for conducting investigations based on continuous informational monitoring. At the present stage, the world economy is experiencing a difficult stage of development, which is determined by many factors, in particular, the dynamics of economic growth, the increase in global inequality, and the mixed influence of digital transformation processes. The article analyzed the main trends and risks of modern world economy development, as well as identified key aspects of multilateral regulation and restoration of economic balance on the international scale.
