Kata Kunci: EAP, English Audiopedia, menyimak, evaluasi EVALUATION OF THE EXPLORE-APPLY-PRESENT MODEL WITH ENGLISH AUDIOPEDIA FOR ENGLISH LEARNING IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe development of the Explore-Apply-Present (EAP) model with English Audiopedia needs to be evaluated to obtain recommendations related to decision making regarding the sustainability of the project being developed. This evaluative research was conducted in October-December 2019 with 30 junior high school English teachers and 420 junior high school students as respondents taken from four locations, namely Tangerang, Bandung, Surakarta, and Surabaya. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, interview guides, and focused group discussion. The results of the evaluation showed that the EAP model with a scientific approach can be used as an alternative in teaching listening. Judging from the feasibility level, English Audiopedia was suitable for use as an alternative source of learning English because both material and technical aspects have met the standards in the development and production process by involving experts in their fields. This model was feasible to be developed as an alternative to teaching listening and as an alternative in meeting the limitations of English audio resources that teachers often complained about. However, this model needs to be improved both in terms of presentation format, content, and packaging to make it more attractive and suitable with the users. Keywords: EAP, English Audiopedia, listening, evaluation

The purpose of this developmental research was to develop a scientific approach based science worksheet on the dynamic electrical material topic for ninth-grade junior high school students. The worksheet were developed based on scientific approach. The stages include: observing, asking questions, gathering information, processing information, and communicating. The development model used is the 4-D Model consists of 4 stages: define, design, develop, and desimanate. The results of the validation, a small and large group trials indicated that the used of the scientific approach based science worksheet was appropriate for use. Thus, the developed worksheets can be used in the process of learning for Junior high school science students. Keywords : Worksheet , Scientific approach

To provide educational and learning services to students during the Covid-19 Pandemic, learning is carried out by learning from home. The disparity in learning achievements, especially related to attitude competencies, is strongly experienced during learning from home. This study aims to integrate attitude values through learning with Ki Hajar Dewantara’s scaffolding concept comprising Identifying, Imitating, Developing, Disseminating respectively. This scaffolding is applied to strengthen the character of junior high school students in Yogyakarta Special Province to become Pancasila Students. This is a Research and Development study which applies a qualitative approach. Respondents to this study were teachers, principals, students, parents and junior high school supervisors in this province. Data were collected using focus group discussion, interview, observation.. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman models which comprised data reduction, data display and inference stages. The results of this study is a character education strengthening model during learning from home applying Ki Hajar Dewantara’s scaffolding concept. This model contributes to policy making of character education strengthening during the learning from home online.

SMPK 2 Penabur Jakarta was
the first and chosen by government to run that new examination method. The
purpose of this research is to know about comparison between paper based
test in 2014 and computer based test in 2015 at SMPK 2 Penabur Jakarta,
that was held on May 4 until 7, 2015. Selection of research subject was based
on psychological characteristic of 9
grade students in junior high school
(14 – 15 years old) who prioritized to observe on. The research applied social
judgment theory by Muzafer Sherif. This qualitative-descriptive research used
case study method and based on constructivism paradigm. Data collection was
conducted by interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation
study through online media. The result of this study shows that computer based
test is more excellent than paper based test. SMPK 2 Penabur Jakarta gave
positive response for this innovation.

Keywords: Educational Communication, National Examination, Social
Judgment, Junior High School Students.

Judgment, Junior High School Students.
