Inducing Website Design Innovation towards Customer Loyalty

Having an attractive and innovative web design could serve as a basis for both offline and online retailers to provide detailed information towards satisfying potential buying intention amongst online shoppers, and subsequently contribute traffic flow to the intended website. This study revealed that both graphic design and social cues attributes were found to have a positive and significant relationship with customer loyalty. Given the valuable experience to the site, the aim of this study is to investigate the extent to which website design attributes affects customer loyalty towards a particular brand or product.© 2016. The greenhouse is vital to protect indoor crops from the harsh hot-humid climate. This study firstly identifies design attributes of greenhouses such as dimension, shapes, orientation, and shading. Secondly, it assesses the impacts of design attributes on the greenhouse daylight performance using VeluxVisualizer. The results showed an increase in the number of skylights caused higher average daylight illuminance in the greenhouse. All the models passed the requirement for plants with small sunlight claim between 7 and 9 hours per day. This study paves the way for energy-efficient buildings with the aid of building simulation to benefit the users. This paper examines the role of culture and religion in the conception and regulation of visual privacy and design attributes affecting it. The study involves a survey interview of 381 respondents and 11 case studies of Malay Muslims living in two-storey terrace housing in urban areas in Malaysia. Findings indicate despite changes in living condition and a new paradigm in culture-housing, culture and religion play an important role in the conception and regulation of visual privacy. Successful regulation through the physical element and behavioural norms provides visual privacy despite the lack of visual privacy due to design attributes.Keywords: Visual privacy; culture; religion; privacy regulationeISSN 2398-4295 © 2018. This study will explore several issues that might affect consumer decision to become a repeat consumer in traditional marketplaces in Indonesia. This study is conducted via structured self-administrated closed-ended questionnaires. The research subjects are people who know and are familiar with traditional marketplaces and stores. Most of them have preference to shop at a certain marketplace and are familiar with the stores there. The study showed that the quality of service and consumer identification play a significant part in consumer repurchase behaviour in the traditional marketplace in Bandung and its surrounding area. Emerging technological environments and social media networking have led many design companies in Malaysia to select qualified employees with the required skillset. Towards this, graphic design graduates must have an individual portfolio but placing them for a job with relevant skills requirements is not easy. Thus, this paper aims to ascertain the competencies and skillset required by employers. The researcher analyzed 30 internet job advertising to determine three key competencies and skill sets connected with the study's objectives. The purpose of this study was to investigate the design of the exit of MRT Subway, Chalerm Ratchamongkol route. The physical analysis indicated that the station could be grouped the physical design into four categories of total 18 stations. Which have evidence many differences in physical characteristics and may cause problem and confusion in gestalt theory routing for passengers. This study focuses on the works of Hashim Hassan paintings. The artist is known for showcasing the essence of the Malay socio-cultural and philosophy that is in-depth within the community. The scope of the study is his natural, conventional subject matters and the intrinsic meaning of the paintings. Regarding the philosophical and Malay socio-cultural meaning of Wau Bulan Terbang Malam, the painting resonates with the classic Malay song, Engkau Laksana Bulan, by Tan Sri. P. Ramlee.  The painting has also been an inspiration from subject matter the Malay banknotes and coins and the graphic design logo of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. The purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of the national Ukrainian culture in the artistic design of the editions of the Kharkov cooperative publishing house «Rukh». Research methods: Empirical-theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction are used. From the theoretical methods, a description and interpretation is applied. The use of these methods made it possible to prove that the publications of the Kharkov cooperative publishing house «Rukh» are a highly cultured artistic product, shrouded in the aura of the traditions of Ukrainian culture. It is proved that in the 20-ies. XX century. around the «Rukh» united a circle of like-minded writers, critics, editors, illustrators. Book covers were made by M. Samokish, S. Borovoy, V. Krichevsky. It is established that in the graphic design of the editions the editors used font ensembles, decorative elements and other visual materials created by the most prominent representatives of the artistic circles, in which the Ukrainian tradition is traced. In the design of covers used a variety of frames, ornaments of vegetable origin, stylized with letters. At the same time, minimalism of forms, compositions in a black and white version was quite common. Attention is focused on the works of the famous graphs of the era of the Ukrainian revival, created by the order of the Kharkiv cooperative publishing house «Rukh». The features of the national Ukrainian culture in the artistic design of publications are analyzed. Illustrations, graphic elements, style of execution and technique of the Ukrainian artists cooperating with the publishing house are characterized. The study significantly expands the view on publishing at the stage of the formation of Soviet power. The results can be used to write textbooks and teaching aids on cultural studies, the history of publishing and the history of Ukraine.

This study explores the practice of financial interdependence among Malay older people who live in the community in Malaysia. Eleven Malay older people participated in this qualitative study by an in-depth interview. The data was analyzed using six stages of the interpretative phenomenological analysis. Two main themes emerged from the interview transcripts are issues regarding living expenses and financial assistance. Financial interdependence is one of the most effective ways for the Malay older people in the community in Malaysia to adapt their retired status, to achieve maximum life satisfaction and productivity thereby improving their overall quality of life.Keywords: Financial interdependence, Older people, Quality of life, Interpretative phenomenological analysisISSN: 2398-4287© 2017. Tourism is a sector that always has a dynamic movement which will benefit the local community. Lumban Suhi-suhi is a tourist village famous for its ulos on Samosir Island that has become one of the tourist attraction. Due to the limitations of facilities arrangement make it becomes less of the attraction itself. Therefore, the environment-based mechanism becomes one of the concepts that will be applied to improve the tourist facilities in which could increase tourists in that area.
