Objectives Love trauma syndrome is a common occurrence among college students that can result to psychological and educational problems. The current research supposed to illustrate the role of personality traits, early maladaptive Schemas and spiritual health in prediction of love trauma syndrome. Methods The present study was a correlational research based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The population includes all students of Tehran universities who suffers love trauma syndrome. 500 subjects were selected by cluster random sampling and answered the Love Trauma Inventory(LTI), Hexaco Personality Questionnaire(HEXACO), Young Schema Questionnaire(YSQ-SF) and Spirituality Index of Well-Being(SIWB). Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling using LISREL software. Results SEM model showed a root mean square error of 0.043 which indicate good model fit. Conclusion The provided model for predicting LT syndrome was a good fitting model. Personality traits, early maladaptive schemes, and the spiritual health could predict LT syndrome. Extraversion, excitement, humility/honesty, sacrifice, abandonment/ instability and life plan are the best predictors for intensity of love trauma syndrome.

Introduction: Increase of job satisfaction and reduction of job burnout are among the most challenging concepts in the field of occupation / organization. They are also considered as the basis of many policies to increase the productivity and efficiency of an organization. One of the most important causative factors of burnout is personality traits. In this context, schemas, as the personality traits described in personality development psychology, play a significant role. Therefore, investigating the relationship between these transformational patterns and occupational burnout can be considered as an essential issue in the field of occupational healthMethods: This descriptive study was conducted on 220 personnel of Public Health School in Yazd Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences. The participants were selected using simple random sampling method and the data were collected using the Maslach Job Burnout Questionnaire and the Young Short-form Short-Scale Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spss 20 by applying the central tendency indicators, t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient to test the hypotheses.Results: The results of this study showed a negative but significant relationship between most of the early maladaptive schemas and the two subscales of burnout (emotional exhaustion and depersonalization). The results also showed a positive and significant relationship between the schema score of release / instability and individual performance (r = 0.206, p-value = 038.Conclusion: According to the results of our study, it can be said that some of the areas of early maladaptive schemas cause stress in the university personnel and repetition of these stresses causes burnout. Therefore, understanding these areas and planning to prevent and control them are practically required to promote organizational productivity in the field of occupational and industrial research.

AbstractDespite increasing interest in healthcare clowning, especially to evaluate its effectiveness in a large variety of settings, no investigations have been oriented toward exploring the potential risks associated with burnout in clown doctors. This paper aims to investigate the relationship between personality traits, emotional intelligence, and burnout and to predict the burnout levels of 160 Italian clown doctors. The multiple linear regression findings showed that the best predictor for emotional exhaustion was neuroticism and for personal accomplishment were consciousness and emotional intelligence, while no correlations were found between the variables taken into account and depersonalization. These findings highlighted how specific personality traits are linked to different dimensions of job burnout and were discussed in the context of clown doctors’ burnout.
