Although there is considerable literature on job satisfaction among nurses in various settings, there is little research about contributing factors, including moral distress to job satisfaction among a certain group of nurses, such as nurses acting as physician assistants. The purpose of this study was to verify the impact of nurse–physician collaboration, moral distress, and professional autonomy on job satisfaction among nurses acting as physician assistants. Descriptive and correlational research was conducted on a convenience sample of 130 nurses from five general hospitals in South Korea. In the final regression model, the adjusted R square was significant, explaining 38.2% of the variance of job satisfaction (F = 8.303, p < 0.001), where ‘cooperativeness’ (β = 0.469, p = 0.001) from nurse–physician collaboration, ‘institutional and contextual factor’ from moral distress (β = −0.292, p = 0.014), and professional autonomy (β = 0.247, p = 0.015) were included. In hospital environments, a more cooperative inter-professional relationship between nurses and physicians led to less moral distress caused by organisational constraints. A higher level of professional autonomy among nurses acting as physician assistants is required to increase their job satisfaction.

Understanding pre-service teachers' mindset, grit, and adversity quotient boosts their morale, confidence, and self-esteem as future educators. This descriptive-correlational research determined the relationship between the aforementioned constructs of pre-service teachers in the Philippines and Hong Kong. The respondents of the study were 155 pre-service teachers from two Asian countries. The data were gathered through answering an online questionnaire generated through Google forms and disseminated through e-Mail and messenger on social networking sites. The responses from the respondents were automatically stored at the Google drive application. The standardized questionnaires were used in the study. The respondent's mindset was assessed using Dweck's Mindset Instrument (DMI). In terms of grit, it was measured using Duckworth's Grit-Short Scale, and the respondent's adversity quotient was examined using The Adversity Quotient Profile® 9.1 by Dr. Paul G. Stoltz. The majority of the pre-service teachers in the two Asian countries are dominated by female students with an ideal age bracket suited as university students possessing a growth mindset. Students with a growth mindset have displayed a higher level of grit and adversity quotients than those students with a fixed mindset. This study concluded that mindset and adversity quotient is significantly associated. Hence, stakeholders involved in the development of 21st-century learners should promote the mindset, but they may also develop other essential parallel variables, such as the adversity quotient, to encourage them to be desirable attribution necessary for being global and competitive citizens of the society.

For athlete's physical condition is one of the things that must be considered. One of them is the VO2maks capacity. VO2maks capacity is the body's ability to enter as much oxygen as possible into the lungs. The oxygen that managed to enter will then be distributed throughout the body to sufficient. Apart from the O2 carrying capacity, an archery athlete also needs flexibility. Flexibility must be possessed to prevent injury. This study aimed to explore and determine the effect of HB and BMI levels on the VO2maks capacity and flexibility of athletes. This research is descriptive correlational research. The sample is archery athletes as many as 24 athletes. The measurement of VO2maks was carried out using the bleep test and HB with the Hb test, while flexibility was carried out using the sit and reach test and BMI by measuring the athlete's height and weight. Based on the r multivariate multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the levels of HB and BMI do not significantly affect the VO2 maks capacity and flexibility of athletes. Significant figures of 0.2583 and 0.2328 indicate this.
