The present study suggests a method of integrating user performance and attitudes toward the computer system into the quality control procedures (QCP). The objective of this approach is to enable the decision makers to manage by exceptions (MBE) and thus be more effective and more efficient. Accordingly, this study computes the correlations between performance related variables and users' attitudes. The computer facility management will investigate only systems whose users have demonstrated performance or attitudes below a desirable minimum level and thus manage by exception. Likewise, the relationship between performance and attitude will be investigated.

This article discusses intelligence analysis and the importance of an analyst equipped with critical thinking and sound reasoning in producing good intelligence analysis. Producing good intelligence analysis requires reasoning and critical thinking on the part of the analysts. In addition, they are also tasked with recognizing and coping with deception as well as influencing decision-makers without conveying preference on the choices available. This restraint in conveying preference should not, however, prevent the intelligence analyst from caring about his side of success or the outcomes of the policies they are supposed to inform. Successful intelligence provides advantages to decision-makers they would not otherwise have, so an analyst must know the frame of mind of the decision-maker and the strategy to help the policymaker to succeed. Intelligence is a building of the relationship of trust and collaboration between partners seeking wins for their team. Good intelligence is both subjective and objective and herein lies the essence of the analyst's conundrum: to be an expert and critical thinker, targeted for manipulation, legally denied relevant knowledge, responsible for advising, but prohibited from judging. The practice of intelligence analysis, the collection of information, the anticipation of an opponent's moves, the conveying of knowledge through assessments and estimates, and the collaboration and trust in the analyst and policymaker's relationship forms the focus of this article.

Since the introduction of Modigliani and Miller’s (1958) proposition of irrelevance capital structure principle, a wide debate on capital structure has emerged. The literature on the topic has been studied intensively as they are increasingly recognized as the central of the corporate finance field. In addition, an in-depth study focusing on the determinants of capital structure has also increased as it acts as an important indicator for the firms in making capital structure decision. However, the results remain inconclusive making the determinants of capital structure not clearly understood, thus suggesting a need for further studies. Therefore, the aim of this study is to discuss the relationship of determinants of capital structure, specifically among oil and gas firms in Malaysia. The findings of this study will increase the understanding of the phenomena, thus assisting researchers in conducting further studies and guiding decision makers in making capital structure decision.

The study is aimed to investigate the impact of organizational justice over the organizational commitment and turnover intention perceived by the employees regarding their jobs in the Allied Bank of Peshawar region. A total of 180 employees selected from different hierarchical levels of Bank responded to the questionnaires used for the evaluation of this study. The collected data is analysed with the help of the SPSS 22.0 version, which provided the descriptive statistical analysis that further reveal means of employee’s Organizational Justice with two dimension Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice of organizational commitment and turnover, i.e. reported as close to 3.0. Reliability of the study is considered as adequate because the Cronbach Alpha values were reported considerably above than the predetermined threshold of 0.70 for all the four variables of the study. Multiple regression analysis, factor analysis were also conducted to test the hypotheses of the study and as a result, it was evaluated that the two dimensions of the organizational justice, i.e. distributive and procedural have significant positive impact over the employee’s job commitment and reduction in turnover of employees to other banks or other organizations. The study will help the decision makers and especially the HR executives in obtaining some better understanding of the relationship of two variables with organizational justice, so that they can formulate certain suitable strategies for the employees and organization as a whole, which in turns lead to higher level of satisfaction among employees and improve their performance as a whole. A number of limitations of this study and recommendations for the future researchers are also discussed at the end of the study.
