The administrative financial data processing management system at SMP N 17 Semarang is carried out by students coming directly to pay to the Administration, because the use of 1 existing computer facility in the Principal's room and 3 computer facilities in the Administration room makes payment data recorded in a book. big. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.

The present study attempts to assess the present status of infrastructural facilities, innovative agricultural marketing practices adopted in regulated markets and problems of border markets in Bundelkhand Region of Madhyapradesh. The study is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data pertaining to the agricultural year 2016-17 were obtained from 120 farmers and 20 traders chosen from the selected markets. Secondary data were collected from the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board,. Data were processed using descriptive analytical tools and techniques. There was no difference between interior and border regulated markets with respect to facilities like market office, stalls/godown and telephone facilities, but the negative difference was observed in vehicle parking, fire fighting, rest rooms for farmers and conference hall, shed for animals. There was no difference between interior and border markets with respect to services like issuing license, collecting market fee, loading, unloading, weighing and recording of disposal, but the negative difference observed in the case of collection of taxes, computer facility and issuing gate pass service. Major constraint faced by the farmers in using ICT’s was computer illiteracy (74.17%), followed by lack of interest, lack of computer facility, lack of time, costly technology and illiteracy. Maximum number of farmers used Television as the main source of the market information for its accuracy, timeliness and content. Lack of competitive bidding due to poor arrivals was the major problem faced by the farmers followed by poor infrastructure facilities.

In the data processing of examination/test system for new students' entrance in Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu had been using computer facility for method of input the result of test when the test implementation still using paper sheets (conventional). In the process of writing thesis, the author discusses about how to create items that will be done by testee are not same as the others, its mean the number of that test items will be random so the testee are more coducive in implementation of test.Online examination/test system is designed by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). It hoped can be used to overcome the problems in the selection test of new students' entrance and can be fully utilized and feasible to be used in order to achieve system that is accurate, fast, precise and more effective. Linear Congruent Method (LCM) is a method that generates random numbers are widely used in computer programs. In this method, repetition in spesific time period or after a few times of generation. This is one of main characteristic from this method. Determination of the constants in LCM very determine whether good or not the random numbers obtained. In the sense of obtaining random numbers as if there will be no repetition. Using of LCM method in this case is simply to randomization number of items in order to every students who did a test selection run with effective.

cloud computing is the result of the evolution and adoption of existing technologies and paradigms. The goal of cloud computing is to allow users to take bene?t from all of these technologies, without the need for deep knowledge about or expertise with each one of them. The cloud aims to cut costs, and helps the users focus on their core business instead of being impeded by IT obstacles it is a new era of referring to access shared computing resources. On the other hand, wireless sensor networks have been seen as one of the most essential technologies for the 21st century where distributed spatially connected sensor node automatically forms a network for data transmission and receive among them is popularly known as Sensor Network. For security and easy access of data, cloud computing is widely used in distributed/mobile computing environment. This is possible due to miniaturization of communication technology. Many researchers have cited different types of technology in this context.

The facility layout design problem is concerned with determining the location of a number of facilities which optimises a prescribed objective such as profit, cost, or distance. This problem arises in many applications; for example, in design of buildings and in plant layout design. Most approaches for solving this problem are heuristic in nature and based on graph theoretic concepts. Graph theoretically, when the objective is to maximize profit, the facility layout design problem is to determine, in a given edge weighted graph G, a maximum weight planar sub graph. In this paper, a new heuristic based on graph theoretic concepts is presented. A comparative analysis based on 3600 random test problems demonstrates the value of this algorithm. Key words:  Heuristic, maximum planar graph, computer, facility layout design.

In X-ray powder diffraction, the use of the Rietveld technique to refine crystalline structures requires modeling the diffractometer. Some of the codes using this technique incorporate simple models for it. These codes do not affect the refined parameters only when the X-ray source is a synchrotron with enough X-ray optic to reduce the associated aberrations. When the diffractometer belongs to a standard laboratory, however, the optic associated to it gives rise to large aberrations; for example, asymmetric and shifted peaks that depend on the diffraction angle. When the above codes are used to refine crystalline structures, the refined parameters are non-confident, because they are partially modeling these aberrations. If in the code, the effect of the optical components on the diffraction pattern is modeled correctly, the obtained refined parameters will be more confident. This kind of modeling has been done in the codes that use the fundamental parameters model for the diffractometer. There are two ways to perform this modeling: in one of them the codes use an analytical model for each one of the optical components of the diffractometer; other codes use the ray tracing technique to model the path of the x-rays along the optic. This last technique requires a powerful computer facility. In this work, we present the developing of an open-source code to model the diffractometer by using the ray tracing technique. To reduce the calculation time, the code was written in OpenCL for a computer with a Fermi K20 coprocessor, and for a computer with a Xeon-Phi coprocessor, using the Qt platform for both systems. The device-function generated with this code can be used as input for any other code that models diffraction patterns, or refines crystalline structures. The code can also be used for teaching the effect of the different optical components on an X-ray powder diffraction pattern, including the effect of a wrong alignment of these components.
