The present study suggests a method of integrating user performance and attitudes toward the computer system into the quality control procedures (QCP). The objective of this approach is to enable the decision makers to manage by exceptions (MBE) and thus be more effective and more efficient. Accordingly, this study computes the correlations between performance related variables and users' attitudes. The computer facility management will investigate only systems whose users have demonstrated performance or attitudes below a desirable minimum level and thus manage by exception. Likewise, the relationship between performance and attitude will be investigated.

This study aims to find out the relationship of readability over financial reporting footnotes and audit outcomes. Audit outcomes are projected by audit fees and audit report lag.  Researchers used data from the company's financial statements listed on IDX in 2015-2018. Researchers used purposive sampling. From the copying, researchers processed 184 company data. This study used the panel's data regression analysis method. Data processing uses Generalized - least - squares.  This research proves that the worse the readability, the lower the audit fee.  Meanwhile, the worse the readability, the more time it takes the auditor to carry out an examination of the financial statements. This phenomenon occurs because the condition of the readability of notes to financial statements in Indonesia is still at a low level.

The sample was selected utilizing a purposive sampling technique using 35 samples obtained from the Sharia Commercial Bank financial statements for the 2012-2018 periods. These results prove that CSR and zakat also have a significant effect on profitability, besides CSR cannot affect profitability. Company size can moderate the relationship between CSR and GCG with profitability, While the size of the company weakens the relationship of zakat with profitability.
