Рассмотрены тенденции диверсификации производств предприятий ОПК. Определена проблематика выхода на потребительский рынок для отечественной промышленности. Представлены результаты успешно реализуемых проектов отечественного промышленного предприятия: разработка и производство контактных устройств для тестирования ЭКБ, изготовление оснастки. The paper considers the trends of diversification production of defense industry enterprises, as well as identifies the problems of entering the consumer market for domestic industry. Besides, it presents the results of successfully implemented projects of a domestic industrial enterprise: the development and production of test sockets, the equipment.

The main aim of this article is to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the Romanian Defense Industry and to identify the main solutions for the development of this strategic sector, as well as to identify the most attractive markets in terms of economic viability and investments made in defense sector. To give scientific consistency to the article, the analysis will focus on Romania's situation, to identify the main markets that are attractive to the domestic industry, as well as setting up recommendations for Romanian companies and responsible authorities to develop this strategic domain.The data used in the article is retrieved from the Stockholm International for Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) – www.sipri.org, an independent organization that collects data and information on the defense industry from various states and provides relevant analyses on international arms market developments. Data on exports of military products made by Romania are collected from the website of the ANCEX Control Department under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.ancex.ro). Also, all data used in this material are reported in 2019, the last year available with relevant data regarding defense industry from open sources.

A strong national defense system does not require consideration of empathy, including the geographical factors of the country being examined, the national resources of a country, an analysis of possible threats that will arise, and the development of information technology. Defense is something that is fundamental to the survival of a country. Cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea in the defense industry is centered on the development of the changbogo class submarine and the development of the KFX / IFX fighter aircraft. Seen from the Government's policy, it can be seen that the domestic industry is unprepared to support the independence of the defense industry. This unpreparedness can be caused by the absence of supporting infrastructure or financial support for mass production of defense and security equipment. This scientific work is expected to provide recommendations in defense policy regarding submarine development. This study uses a scientific approach with qualitative descriptive methods and uses implementation tehory by George C. Edward. The results of this study a policy review of South Korea’s Submarine purchase policy . The conclusion of this study are constraints and challenges faced in improving submarines, particularly related to the ability of PT. PAL Indonesia is still limited in the manufacture of the DSME 209/1400 submarine.

The results of the dissertation research devoted to the preparation of production at the research and production enterprise of the military-industrial enterprise, during which it was revealed that when performing a large number of projects of varying complexity, the amount of information on design and technological prep-aration of production increases. At the same time, there are numerous information flows that complicate the management of technical preparation of production, which is why for structuring and ordering information flows on technical preparation of production, a modern tool is proposed-a system for forming and organizing the functioning of information flows of a project portfolio.

The main objective of the article is to substantiate a systematic approach to the introduction of all types of innovations in the development of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern world it is especially important to ensure the national security of the country and the defense industry plays a crucial role in this. At the same time, one cannot but note the importance of the defense industry in the production of high-tech civilian products and dual-use products, which enhances the country's competitiveness in the world market. In addition, the relevance of the topic is due to the presence of rather serious problems in the Russian defense industry, which require immediate resolution. The article uses the methodology of structurally functional analysis, the institutional approach and the method of comparative assessments. The authors conclude that technological innovation alone will not be able to achieve strategic results for ensuring national security, only in conjunction with organizational, product, social and marketing innovations, the domestic defense industry is able to solve its tasks.

The objective of this study is to analyze the determinants of Brazilian exports by levels of technological intensity in the period 2000-2015. Gravity models were estimated for total of the exports and for each type of exports by levels of technological intensity, using the PPML-estimator. The study indicates that there is a process of concentration of Brazilian exports in low technology and medium-low technology products, at the same period in which China's share of total Brazilian shipments abroad grew. Estimates of empirical gravity models have shown that the income and size of the consumer market of Brazil’s trading partners seem to have the greatest positive influence on the Brazilian exports. Indications of this study are that the Brazil should continue to diversify its trading partners to minimize the impacts of a possible reduction of the economic growth of large trading partners (such as China and the US) on its exports and increase its exports of products with greater technological intensity. The results also highlight the need for Brazil to make greater efforts to increase its competitiveness in the international market to reduce the negative impacts of transport costs on the final prices of products exported by the country.
