ABSTRACT Objective: to describe the bodily awareness of people with stomies. Method: a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out in the Ostomized Association of the State of Ceará, through semi-structured interviews with ten people with intestinal stomies, according to Merleau-Ponty's phenomenological thinking. Results: two categories of analysis emerged: The body that I have, in which the sensations of deficiency, imperfection and bad odor add to the feeling of strangeness towards one's own body, affecting the way of being in the world of each deponent; and The body that others perceive, in which the stoma is seen as an embarrassing and complex experience, since it hampers daily activities and conviviality with other people. Final considerations: The corporeal consciousness of Being-Stomp-in-the-world requires the movement to reconstruct the senses of the body from the body I have and from that which others perceive.

Based on a phenomenological study conducted in the state of Maharashtra, India, this article draws attention to how women with current and former engagements in commercial sex perceived delivery of justice. The article voices women’s responses to protective and penal measures enacted by the state through the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act (1956). Protective sections include rescue of persons, their intermediate custody and assessing prospects for rehabilitation. Penal sections include arrest of managers and pimps, punishment for keeping a brothel and living off the earnings of prostitution and soliciting in the vicinity of public places. The article points to women’s lack of participation and voice in the delivery of justice and highlights the need for attention to procedural justice in the context of justice delivery.

This article is devoted to the phenomenon of dialogue in everyday psychotherapy. The results of phenomenological research are illustrated by fragments of the interviews. Dialogue (as the occurrence оf life, a genesis event according to M.M. Bakhtin) is characterized by the following features: personal nature of communication that is not role-based; naturalness of speech; expressed purpose of supporting the “client”; the counselor’s authority in the eyes of the “client”; the novelty of the content; substantial changes in the state of the client. We distinguish between two basic types of dialogues: a dialogue with a predominant activity of a “client” and a dialogue with a predominant activity of a “counselor”. We note that within the framework of the dialogical approach it is possible to speak about a particular isomorphism of the phenomena of professional and everyday psychotherapy; we analyze the possibilities of considering the dialogue as a kind of a “connective tissue” of professional and everyday psychotherapy.

This study aims to determine the process of managing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in the Belu Regency government based on the experience of the State Civil Apparatus and to understand and uncover the social meaning that is carried out. The researcher uses the interpretive paradigm understanding method to uncover the intentions and objectives of the informants and uses the Husserl phenomenology approach to explain or uncover the phenomenon of experience based on awareness that occurs by individuals, which in this case is ASN which directly manages PAD. The results of the study revealed that the informants had a lot of experience related to the management of PAD such as non-compliance of taxpayers related to local taxes, the management of regional wealth yields that were separated always exceeded the target and the management of retribution was constrained due to various obstacles. However, the informants interpret the management of PAD as a form of duty and responsibility. Keywords: Government Accounting; Regional Original Revenue; Phenomenology

Various authors have emphasized the spatial information resident in an electron micrograph taken with adequately coherent radiation. In view of the completion of at least one such instrument, this opportunity is taken to summarize the state of the art of processing such micrographs. We use the usual symbols for the aberration coefficients, and supplement these with £ and 6 for the transverse coherence length and the fractional energy spread respectively. He also assume a weak, biologically interesting sample, with principal interest lying in the molecular skeleton remaining after obvious hydrogen loss and other radiation damage has occurred.
