Training the system on how to make accurate prognostication with the help of machine learning and statistical models can lead to an intelligent personalized conversational system. The Chatbot industry is ever-growing and after the COVID-19 pandemic and rigorous lockdowns all around the world, people have realized the importance of human interaction in their lives. We are developing this model to create a more intimate relationship between the system and humans. For this purpose, many open-source platforms are available. Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) is derived from Extensible Markup Language (XML) which is used to build up a conversational agent artificially. The success of this project will help the model in observing and understanding human emotions which will ultimately help it to form a more personalized relationship to delineate the future course of events.

The world of work has been impacted by technology. Work is different than it was in the past due to digital innovation. Labor market opportunities are becoming polarized between high-end and low-end skilled jobs. Migration and its effects on employment have become a sensitive political issue. From Buffalo to Beijing public debates are raging about the future of work. Developments like artificial intelligence and machine intelligence are contributing to productivity, efficiency, safety, and convenience but are also having an impact on jobs, skills, wages, and the nature of work. This project is designed to facilitate an understanding of eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL). The materials are structured so that each can be used independently of the other components. The materials consist of a reading, research assignments, and two technical assignments. The reading is written to provide a background on XBRL. After obtaining a basic understanding of XBRL, research and technical assignments are used to increase the student's skill-set. The research assignments look at the evolution of XBRL. The first technical assignment modifies and styles eXtensible Markup Language (XML) tagged data. In the second technical assignment an industry extension is developed to the promulgated Commercial and Industrial (C-I) taxonomy. The second technical assignment concludes with the creation of an instance document and viewing of the instance document with a style sheet. Through an understanding of XBRL, students will possess an important basic skill-set for a technology that will likely play a significant role in the future of accounting. In addition, they should have an appreciation for the purpose of XBRL, including the nature of the technology and the inherent challenges.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has resulted in the disruption of the world of work whereby technological innovation such as artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics. These disruptions may be creative in that as some jobs are lost due to the development of artificial intelligence, new ones are created. This chapter explored the impact of disruptive technological innovations on the future of work. The skill gaps brought about by the emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution was also explored in this chapter.

The future of work is likely to usher in dramatic changes in the form and substance of the employment contract. Technology, artificial intelligence, automation, policy changes and evolving labour market are few factors playing a vital role in workplace transformation. It is important that organisations emphasise civility in engaging with employees in the workplace to enable them to feel happy as happier people are more productive. In order to shape a happy workforce in the future, leaders, particularly, middle managers need to reinforce the spirit of well-being-oriented human resource management (HRM) practices. Organisations need to engage with employees outside the domain of work as well, as life satisfaction constitutes an important factor in determining job performance. Finally, in order to structure a happy workforce in the future, employers need to recognise that business and ethics have an intimate relationship with each other and cannot be seen as separable.

The rapid growth of the World Wide Web provides major new opportunities for distributed databases, especially in macromolecular science. A new generation of technology, based on structured documents (SD), is being developed which will integrate documents and data in a seamless manner. This offers experimentalists the chance to publish and archive high-quality data from any discipline. Data and documents from different disciplines can be combined and searched using technology such as eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and its associated support for hypermedia (XLL), metadata (RDF) and stylesheets (XSL). A consensus is beginning to emerge that the next phase of artificial intelligence (AI) induction in business organizations will require humans to work with AI in a variety of work arrangements. This article explores the issues related to human capabilities to work with AI. A key to working in many work arrangements is the ability to delegate work to entities that can do them most efficiently. Modern AI can do a remarkable job of efficient delegation to humans because it knows what it knows well and what it does not. Humans, on the other hand, are poor judges of their metaknowledge and are not good at delegating knowledge work to AI—this might prove to be a big stumbling block to create work environments where humans and AI work together. Humans have often created machines to serve them. The sentiment is perhaps exemplified by Oscar Wilde’s statement that “civilization requires slaves…. Human slavery is wrong, insecure and demoralizing. On mechanical slavery, on the slavery of the machine, the future of the world depends.” However, the time has come when humans might switch roles with machines. Our study highlights capabilities that humans need to effectively work with AI and still be in control rather than just being directed.
