Abstract: Bibliometrics is a statistical analysis of written publications such as books or articles. A bibliographic citationis a reference to a book, article, web page, or other published item. Thus citations are useful for identifying the progress ofthe particular work and measuring the quality of the research article. The cited papers are downloaded using the crawler. Fromthe downloaded article, identify article relation by analyzing the citation context of the article. So first extract the citation context from the article. Citation context are classifies based on cue phrases of Simon tufel. Next, identify the relation of unlabeled article by word embedding. After labeling all articles identifythe perspective behind the citation of the article. In this project, citation relation is identified based on cue phrases of Simon tufel finally article impact is quantified based on the citation network formed from citation analysis. Index Terms: bibliometrics, citation, word embedding, article

Background Bibliometric and Altmetric analyses provide important but alternative perspectives regarding research article impact. This study aimed to establish whether Altmetric Score (AS) was associated with citation rate, independent of bibliometrics. Method Citations for a previously reported cohort of 100 most cited articles associated with the keyword Surgery (2018, Powell et al), were collected and a three year interval Citation Gain (iCG) evaluated. Previous citation count, Citation Rate Index (CRI), AS, five year Impact Factor, and Oxford Centre for Evidence Based Medicine (OCEBM) levels were used to classify citation rate prospect. Results During follow-up, the median iCG was 161 (IQR 83 to 281), with 73 and 62 articles receiving an increase in CRI and AS, respectively. Median CRI and AS increase were 2.8 (−0.1 to 7.7) and 3 (0 to 4), respectively. Receiver Operator Characteristic (ROC) analysis revealed that CRI (AUC 0.86 (95% CI 0.79 to 0.93), p<0.001) and AS (Area Under Curve (AUC) 0.65 (95% CI 0.55 to 0.76), p=0.008) were associated with higher iCG. AS critical threshold greater than or equal to 2.0 was associated with better iCG when dichotomised at iCG median (OR=4.94, 95% CI 1.99 to 12.26, p=0.001) and iCG Upper Quartile (UQ, OR=4.13, 95% CI 1.60 to 10.66, p=0.003). Multivariable analysis identified that only CRI was independently associated with iCG when dichotomised at the median (OR 18.22, 95% CI 6.70 to 49.55, p<0.001) and UQ (OR 19.30, 95% CI 4.23 to 88.15, p<0.001). Conclusion Citation Rate Indices and Altmetric Scores are important predictors of interval Citation Gain, and better at predicting future citations than the historical and established Impact Factor and OCEBM quality of evidence descriptors.

Inform plays a very important role in life and nowadays, the world largely depends on the World Wide Web to obtain any information. Web comprises of a lot of websites of every discipline, whereas websites consists of web pages which are interlinked with each other with the help of hyperlinks. The success of a website largely depends on the design aspects of the web pages. Researchers have done a lot of work to appraise the web pages quantitatively. Keeping in mind the importance of the design aspects of a web page, this paper aims at the design of an automated evaluation tool which evaluate the aspects for any web page. The tool takes the HTML code of the web page as input, and then it extracts and checks the HTML tags for the uniformity. The tool comprises of normalized modules which quantify the measures of design aspects. For realization, the tool has been applied on four web pages of distinct sites and design aspects have been reported for comparison. The tool will have various advantages for web developers who can predict the design quality of web pages and enhance it before and after implementation of website without user interaction.

The Cloud environment is a large pool of virtually available resources that perform thousands of computational operations in real time for resource provisioning. Allocation and scheduling are two major pillars of said provisioning with quality of service (QoS). This involves complex modules such as: identification of task requirement, availability of resource, allocation decision, and scheduling operation. In the present scenario, it is intricate to manage cloud resources, as Service provider aims to provide resources to users on productive cost and time. In proposed research article, an optimized technique for efficient resource allocation and scheduling is presented. The proposed policy used heuristic based, ant colony optimization (ACO) for well-ordered allocation. The suggested algorithm implementation done using simulation, shows better results in terms of cost, time and utilization as compared to other algorithms.

Urban fabrics in contemporary Egyptian cities are torn between two development orientations. On one hand, there is the booming urban phenomenon of erecting walls and gates to house people within enclosed (gated) communities, which fragment urban fabrics while giving rise to isolated/secluded urban “islands.” On the other hand, there is the urban malpractice of “jamming” building blocks on empty plots in open urban fabrics; which continues to fuel urban sprawl. Both orientations have worsened the quality of urban living in Egyptian cities. They are deemed inherently irreconcilable especially in light of their traditional implementation scenarios. The aim of this research article is to attempt to reconcile these orientations and overcome their drawbacks by formulating an urban design process on the basis of “Organic Unity.” The research article endeavors to validate “Organic Unity” both as a concept and an application through a simulation design trial that fits the economic, sociocultural, legal, and ecological forces in the country.
