Science and technology for the Community (IbM) is intended to provide reinforcement for the management of business management Aisyiyah Twig Source Sekar and Jetak Ngasri Dau District of Malang. Aisyiah as social organizations have considerable social activities, for example in the fields of education, social, and community. Of course, to carry out these activities require considerable funds. The funds obtained from dues spontaneity or the officers and members of the donors and sympathizers. How to fund the acquisition of its existence is not one hundred percent reliable. Therefore, the board Aisyiah should start thinking about alternative sources of other funds, namely by establishing profit-oriented business units. Board Aisyiyah already have a business stub meatballs and nuggets but less good product display and marketing only to the scope of its own (for the surrounding communities). Based on this fact, IbM this time wanted to give a strengthening of business management for the board Aisyiyah. Strengthening the management here is more emphasis on production management and marketing as well as the accounting for business results. Team dedication to provide training related to business development, including: Tips entrepreneurship, Efficient Production Management, Marketing Strategy Strategies, Planning and Financial Management Small Business. In addition, the team dedication also provide assistance in the form of equipment: 2 pieces of meat milling machine, 1 meat mixer, and 1 hand sealer. Assistance was also given the initial capital to start production. Results are expected in the form of meatballs and nuggets products more attractive. Besides Tim also makes packaging and label design for brochures and trial manufacture of products using the machine and add the product variants. Other activities that have been carried out, namely: creating ads, advertise on the radio and on social networking Facebook. Operating results showed a significant increase, from an average sales per week 100 packs of meatballs and nuggets to 500 packs per week.

Human resource development in the home industry sector is mostly done by human resources with limited resources but have the will to be able to produce and have an impact on family and community economic resources. Mothers who are pioneers of productive economy in this pioneering are generally still weak in their capacity and capability in developing business, both in terms of business management in general, financial management, production management, marketing management, to human resource management itself in order to explore the deepest potential possessed. Introduction. The research is devoted to the problem of building intelligent production management systems. They allow organizing modern efficient production without human participation in its management. Problem. To develop a scheme for creating an algorithm underlying the creation of an intelligent production management system, using the example of a mechanical workshop of a machine-building enterprise. Purpose. To present a scheme for constructing an intelligent control of management system (workshop), which is developed based on the application of an intelligent modeling algorithm and the use of a set of knowledge about the subject area. Methods. The main method used in the development of an intelligent control system is the method of intelligent modeling, which is applied to the knowledge of the machine-building enterprise workshop. Result. A diagram of an intelligent shop management system is built based on the use of knowledge that describes this shop. The model of the workshop is proposed. It consists of a system of plans describing the work of the workshop. Not only the production process is planned, but also material and technical supply, resources, and financial management. Plans are built using the scheduling theory. Conclusion. An intelligent management system at an enterprise implies the possibility of management without human participation in the management process. This system is based on obtaining information about the state of all elements of business processes based on the use of cyber-physical systems and the Internet of things.

This training is an activity related to the economic empowerment of the community through cooperatives in partner villages. In order to support community economic empowerment, the counseling and training on managing business units in the scope of cooperatives is very precise. Cooperatives can be interpreted as a business entity that has members in which each member has the duties and responsibilities. Each member has the same voting rights in every decision to be taken. The cooperative financial management is very important in the management of cooperatives. How to manage finances on a cooperative will be delivered to this training. Therefore, this activity will give mentoring and training to the managers of cooperatives in particular and the general public so that the partner will be able to implement in the activities of managing the cooperative finances. The expected outcomes from this activity are: (1) Knowledge development in managing the finance of cooperatives in South Meruya village. (2) The formation of social groups concerned to develop cooperatives in South Meruya village.

The community subjection activities is a partnership program between the Community Partnership Program (PKM) with Dolok Masihul (Domas) Farmer Group partners. The problems are (1) Production aspects include a) Oyster mushroom chips are oily and less crunchy and do not last long; b) Plastics and labels used are still inadequate and straightforward because they are not accompanied by product information as well as packaging for oyster mushroom chips which is even done manually. (2) Aspects of Business and Financial Management, among others: a) Marketing is still carried out conventionally. b) Business management is always simple, carried out in a family manner, and there is no product legality. c) There is no separation between household finances and business finances. d) There are no records or business bookkeeping so that it is difficult to calculate the profits it gets. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and income of the Domas Farmer Group and the surrounding community through training in production, finance, and marketing. Community service activities are carried out using method 1). Transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions, 2). Training, and 3). Bookkeeping assistance for the Oyster Mushroom Chips business. The results to improve the skills and knowledge of the Domas farmer group include making Oyster Mushroom chips using Deep Fryers and Spinners, knowing the use of social Media for marketing, and being able to make a financial report—publishing the Compilation Guide Book.

Business management based on the local culture of catur purusa artha by making dharma (truth) the basis for carrying out all its activities, creating internal conditions in the form of a conducive work climate. This study aims to examine the application of the value of catur purusa artha and product innovation in creating business continuity. The research population is all active BUMDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 92 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the value of Catur purusa artha had a significant effect on product innovation. Product innovation has a significant effect on business continuity and the value of catur purusa artha affects business continuity through product innovation. This study also found that business management based on the local culture of Catur Purusa Artha by making dharma (truth), as the basis for carrying out all its activities, creates internal conditions in the form of a conducive work climate. BUMDes managers, including all employees who work comfortably based on dharma, have actually come up with creative ideas in product development. Management of business units based on dharma provides awareness to act in the truth and creates an environment that minimizes abuse of authority, including various other forms of wrongdoing. The concept of dharma also emphasizes to always provide good service to customers.

CAPACITY BUILDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE KERUPUK BALOK INDUSTRY THROUGH A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN BUKIT PENINJAUAN II VILLAGE, SUKARAJA DISTRICT, SELUMA DISTRICT, BENGKULU. Bukit Peninjau II Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, has very good potential for the development of small industries, especially home industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Bukit Peninjauan II Village is the block cracker processing industry which was started in 1995 and currently has 8 business units, including the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community. The team together with partners agreed on several issues faced by partners, including the lack of knowledge (soft skills) and skills mastered by partners regarding product diversification technology, packaging techniques, production equipment and knowledge about financial management. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to improve partners' skills in the field of product diversification, improvement of packaging and labeling techniques, application of drying system mechanization technology, and increasing partner knowledge in the field of financial management of small industries. The results of the activity show that the product of processed cracker diversification has been formed in the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community, with 3 variants namely original, spinach and carrots crackers. Furthermore, improvements have also been made to the quality of packaging and labeling, through training and providing assistance with labeling equipment. To overcome the problem of drying which has so far been using sunlight, the team provided cabinet drying assistance to the two partners.
